Set a course for the high life on this luxury catamaran cruise to Cancun's playground, Isla Mujeres. It's VIP all the way on this daytrip. You'll begin with a dedicated Musement check-in to board a brand-new catamaran that'll whisk you away to the island, just off Cancun's coastline. Stretch out and relax in the comfort of this boat, complete with an open bar. En route to Isla Mujeres, your crew will drop anchor at an exclusive snorkelling spot. The corals here are part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the second largest of its kind in the world, stretching from Mexico to Honduras – that's over 700 miles. Dive in for a swim or snorkel (equipment is provided) to look for resident sea turtles, rays and tropical fish.Once you've towelled off, you'll dock at the northwestern tip of Isla Mujeres and head to Zama Beach Club. There's an area reserved for your group here, making it feel like your own private Caribbean retreat. Swap the sea for a freshwater dip in the two pools, relax on the sunbeds and feast on fresh Mexican fare at an exclusive brunch. After you've finished splashing, eating or lounging at the club, the crew of the catamaran will sail you back to the mainland.There are two ways to enjoy this trip:Adults-only – available on Tuesdays, if you're after a more laidback, grown-up vibe.

What to remember
Upon arrival at the beach club, you will have 1.5 hours to enjoy lunch and an open bar. The rest of the time is free to explore the island
Loungers aren't included at the beach club but may be rented, subject to availability. You're also welcome to remain in the lunch area
Towels are provided for swim activities only and may not be taken onto the island
Adults-only trips run on a Tuesday. Family-friendly trips run on a Saturday
The minimum age allowed for snorkelling in Isla Mujeres is 10 years old, and the maximum recommended age is 60 years old
Participation in snorkelling is not recommended for guests with medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or heart problems
Pregnant women may participate in the snorkelling activity at their own risk. However, it is recommended only up to five months of pregnancy

Boat staff were great until they mentioned the tips they expected , very cheeky telling people only a pound sterling each wasn't appreciated between 5 of them even though there's 40 people on boat etc , they get paid anyways etc , snorkeling was rushed , didn't even see the promised tui ruins etc , isla partway great , next time just the island for half cost will be my choice

Dear TUI, the Soprano Isla Mujeres excursion was mis-sold as family-friendly. It was a party atmosphere, the brunch was poor, there was almost nothing suitable for our 4-year-old, and we had only one hour on the island. The advertised Mayan statue snorkel was changed with just five minutes’ notice, and the replacement felt overcrowded and unsafe. Chaos at catamaran terminal to book in, chaos returning to coaches after trip. Trip ticket shows 4-8 hours duration, left hotel at 7:50am, returned at 7:25pm.

We had fantastic service from pick up to drop off. The service on Soprano was first class. I enjoyed the sail and wander8ng round Isla Mujeres. It was also nice to have a cool dip in the sea on the return journey. The thing that could have been improved was if wine was provided with the buffet brunch.

Very well organised with an easy pick up from hotel coba , service on catamaran Soprano with Javier & his team was 5***** , fabulous music, great atmosphere and safety was a priority. The island was stunning with beautiful blue waters brunch at the beach club could be improved on *** however we ate well and drinks were included which was great 👍 There was plenty of swim stops and time for fun in the water which our son loved Fabulous experience all round we would definitely recommend

The price of the ticket wasn’t value for what was received. One alcohol drink on the boat trip heading to the beach. Arrived on beach directed to the brunch/ seating area. The food was mix match, very basic and not worth the money paid for overall ticket Arrived back on the boat and advise no wine or Prosecco left. End of trip the pressure was on for tips to the point they explained 100 pesos was £5 and there were 5 crew members meaning £1 each. It was a disgrace. Overall not worth it.

It was chaos. Hundreds of people shoving and pushing to check in. Staff members telling us to do different things, no explanation. The man who turned out to be the guide separated me from my partner, made him sign the paperwork even though it wa sunder in my name. We were told to go wait on the boat by another member of staff, we did. The tour guide then came and shouted at us as he wanted us to wait in the busy room. Island was overcrowded too. Guide laughed at me for having type 1 diabetes

The snorkelling is to much swimming, you need to be very fit to do this as 600m is a long swim, I had to finish and get back on the boat, the guide who leads the snorkell goes to fast, you are keeping an eye on him to make sure your going in the right direction so there is no chance to snorkell, he should wait until everyones in the snorkelling area. We had 2 hrs on the coach going there and on the way back, its a long day.

On boat : limited snacks ( 1 type ) , cheap low cost orange juice . Other available drinks OK ( but did overhear they ran out of wine). Lunch : limited food selection - passable but nothing you would say outstanding . Time on isla just about right. Swimming / snorkeling activities were enjoyed by those who participated. Music on board WAY TOO LOUD ! Left with a migraine headache. Coach to port was very hot . Port embarkation was chaotic . Return journey much better .

Sea to rough to go snokling even stronge swimmers got out after 2 minutes. When we got to isla mujeres sea and the beach fab. The brunch we had was not good. Not a good selection. Soggy Nachos and hash browns, poached eggs could not eat with the taste of vinegar. Asked for a sunbed but was refused as it was going to rain which it didn't. Went to bar to get a drink and was told we had to pay as the 90 minutes was up.time on this should be longer as we did not have a drink with lunch.

Tour in itself was good. I little rough at times swminning in the sea, but a good experience. Lunch was okay. But collection bus was overly crowded, with one passenger unrestrained sat over the engine, and the return bus took 2.5 hours to get us the 50 mins back to resort, driving back on ourselves several times driving to different resorts, completely ruining the day, we also had no way to use a toilet on the way home. Also no direction where to go when arrived for trip.

This trip was so much cheaper booked elsewhere. The beach club was dreadful. Not what you expect when you’re sold it by the TUI rep as a luxury experience. Lunch was disgusting, we didn’t eat much with flies around the buffet and birds dropping down to eat too. Not the typical beach club you’d expect, no music or atmosphere, it was more of a quick buffet lunch stop off under a canopy. 2/4 of us ended up ill the following day. The boat itself was good and good service but very disappointing day

Brunch was a snack bar. Snorkeling stop was in a horrible place and did not appear that safe. First time I have not snorkled on a boat trip. Tui rep stated it will be an hr to cancun on the coach. It wasn't. It was 2hrs and 2.5 hrs return on the coach. Did not hear guide on the catamaran. Certainly was not worth the money

We got picked up at 7.15am with other families - we checked in for our Soprano boat at 9.00am - however we were left inside a “shed” until just before 11.00am then told to board . On boarding we were last on boat and no seats left !!! We got speaking to others and once checked in they were told to board !!! We were being looked at as if we were holding the boat up from leaving !!! We had a lady with us who was diabetic and was not very well being huddled in “shed”. Otherwise it was lovely !!

The boat trip was excellent, crew were amazing. Taken to beautiful locations . However Advertised by tui as 8 hour trip. Our trip went on for 13 hours ! Lengthy bus transfer to and from hotel , disorganise upon leaving boat and joining bus back to hotel . Waited nearly an hour for bus to arrive. Set off at 7.30am did not arrive back in hotel until 8.20pm . Very nearly missed opportunity to have evening meal as restaurant close 9pm Lunch provided as part tour - too long a day without food

Enjoyed the first part of the trip and the beach experience, second part after pick up from the island, appeared the crew were playing for time. The second swim was provided, however, less than half the passengers took part, would have been better spent on the island. On way back to port, it was slow, almost waiting for a birthing time slot. On reaching the collection point we were left standing for over 30 minutes until the coach arrived. We didn't get back to hotel till 19:00.

The experience was an extreme disappointment The snorkelling was too short and very disorganised The lunch buffet at the beach club was the worst selection I’ve ever had There was a guest on hoarding who was allowed to get very drunk and his behaviour and language was appalling as he was shouting at the football result from that day. The staff did not challenge his behaviour and kept serving him drinks The best part of the day was the buggy we hired to explore Isla Mujeres, at our own cost

The crew on the catamaran were fantastic, the food in the restaurant which was advertised as an open buffet wasn’t an open buffet in a luxurious beach club as described, it was food brought to the table in just a beachside restaurant which was like any other beachside restaurant not a fancy beach club and the food wasn’t great. We wasn’t able to snorkel either as apparently the current was too rough on the reef but we were allowed to swim in a different area. The island itself is beautiful

This cruise was sold to me as a luxury cruise ,snorkel on a coral reef and food and sunbathing on a private section of beach. The boat was full to capacity and we got stuck in the hot sun both there and back hence I burned and lost the next two days in the sun. It's actually a booze cruise , loud music,drunk people and no private section of beach , I paid 500 pesos for a 2 hour hire of a sunbed to get out of the sun, my body was roasting, then all the photos began ,I wanted to be back home

Boat was overcrowded when we arrived. Could not find a seat. The crew worked very hard, but facilities were limited. Very few sunbeds available at the Beach Club, far too few for the number of guests. It is rather dishonest to advertise them and then hide the “subject to availability” as a little footnote. Finally, the snorkelling (which was the reason for booking) was very disappointing. A submerged car was the most interesting thing to be seen. Overall - very dissatisfied.

Nach anfänglichen Check in Problemchen, gestaltet sich der Trip als... brutal SUPER! Das Schnorcheln und Unterwasser-Museum, nja... aber die Fahrt mit dem Katamaran, die Insel... einfach nur Super! Das "Mieten" eines Caddies ist zwar mit 65€/Std. bzw. 120€ für 2 Std. sehr teuer, aber ein Erlebnis, ... muss man gemacht haben! Klare Empfehlung meiner, bzw. unsererseits. Nutzt ausschließlich den TUI Katamaran, bei uns war es die "Soprano" (geile Crew!!!)

2 and half hours on a transfer to boat we’re told it would be and hour by rep would never have booked it if we had known this. The food was absolutely disgusting worst we have ever had soggy nanchos, minimum choice, rock hard pastries with flies on , miserable staff. There was nothing luxury about this experience. 1. Not enough seats for the number on board. 2. Told by others that they had been overbooked onto the cruise due to problems with other excursions. 3.Alcohol free drinks very, very limited. 4. Bottles of water not readily available. 5. Only 2 toilets on board - not enough . 6. Quality of food very poor and choice very limited. 7. Not sure where beach club was as food served at a restaurant on beach. 8. The trip in its self was good although the description should read party boat trip, the islands disappointing its just a tourist trap constantly badgered by locals selling goods. The transfer times were miles off we should have been back at the hotel for 1800 hours but arrived at 20:00 hrs due to dropping off at various locations.

The boat was comfy,clean and spacious.The crew were enthusiastic and friendly.Lots of free alcohol. We did not see many fish snorkelling and the sea was a bit choppy.The brunch was nice but a waiter tipped all the water glasses out,used and unused,here there and everywhere and put them on an empty table and another waiter who had a long towel round his neck wiped them all clean and dry with it and stacked them into boxes.My husband asked if he was going to wash them,he did not understand him

Guide was abrupt, rude and kept blowing a whistle like he was hearding dogs. The catamaran toilets were disgusting, urine all over the mens and we had to be bare footed. When we got on the catamaran, we waited about an hour and a half before departure waiting for further guests. In conversation, these guests were staying in the same area as us and were collected at 8.30 where we were collected at 7.15! The snorkeling was awful, rushed and in very rough sea. The museum was not seen.

Trip excellent overall. Great catamaran, plenty of space to move around. Very clean. We had an open bar all day and a snack in the morning. When we reached the island lunch was provided. Plenty of time to explore. All the staff, especially Daniel, were amazing and so helpful. The trip was well organised.

We really enjoyed our trip, the boat was nice and spacious, drinks easy available, option to snorkel if you are a strong swimmer however if not you can swim later on. Island was lovely, shops all gift shops and you will be asked to go into each one, beach was beautiful, only negative would be the travel to the boat, it took over 2 hours and was poorly organised, too many different pickups/drop offs all over the place, needs better planning

The boat trip itself was brilliant and the crew were amazing. The transfer though was awful - small cramped mini bus with no air con. The driver checked our name but didn’t confirm any other details, we had no idea how long the transfer was or where we were going. When we arrived to get the boat that was the first time anyone checked any details. On the way home, again, the driver didn’t speak and drove far too fast - something we were told was a risk from booking ‘non TUI’ trips!

Katamaran-Service und Boot-Team sind toll. Die Fahrt sowie das freie Schwimmen im Meer sind überragend. Leider ist das Schnorcheln eine Massen-Abfertigung mit ca. 200 anderen Menschen. Von Fischen keine Spur. Schade - das könnte man besser machen. Essen im Beach-Club ist nicht gut. Nur im geschlossenen Bereich ist der Aufenthalt dort erlaubt. Keine Pool-Nutzung bzw. Lounge-Nutzung der Bar erlaubt. Isla Mujeres entsetzlich überlaufen - viel Verkehr- viele Händler, die einem ständig ansprechen

The staff on the Catermarran were so friendly, entertaining and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. They even dived down with my waterproof camera for a close up of a stingray and played a song over their system that I requested. It made the experience the perfect day!

8 hours trip turned into 12 hours. Poor communication, lack of information and totally missold. Over 2 hours to get to the boat, nobody to tell us where to go. Yiu need to swim over 400m to snorkel. Beach club was dreadful, scruffy, poor food and no pool or beds to be had. Trip back to mainland took forever, opened up the bar. People were encouraged to drink more, one girl threw up over the side. No bus when we got back to shore. 4 couple complained next day and did receive compensation from tui

Where to start? Pick up from the hotel was late by 25 mins which had we have known we could have had breakfast before leaving. We was told by the tui rep that it takes 1.5 hrs to and from the marina. It took 3 hours there and 2 and 3 quarters hours back, making what was advertised as a 4 to 8 hr trip 13rs Long. The food served at dinner time I wouldn’t give to my dog, meaning we hardly ate all. The pick up was horrible. We spent a completely unnecessary hour picking up other passengers in a loop back to our hotel - so could’ve been picked up last instead of first. No TUii rep and the coach driver didn’t speak English so chaos at several hotels leading to delays and fraying tempers. A two and a half hour journey to the harbour (our rep told us it was 1 - 1.15 hours). Really horrible. But the boat trip was good. We enjoyed all connected with the boat. The transfer from our hotel was advised as 1 hour 30/40 minutes. It took 2 hours 40 minutes to arrive. It was like a cattle Market to get check in and onto the boat. The so called luxurious beach club was nothing more than a cafe on the beach. The food was ok but nothing more than that, we felt rushed away to the town or beach, no offer of the pool on site. The return transfer took 2 hours.

The minibus that collected us was very poor , not very much room and some seats belts not working The food at lunch was cold and not great, the drinks included were very very poor , limited choice and very poor quality the rum punch was like very diluted orange juice. There were far too many people on the catamaran not enough seats to go around. We were delayed setting sail by 30 mins due some people arriving late at the boarding point. Overall very dissatisfied.

Coach terrible broken seats air con not working properly people blocking vents with socks as so cold. On arrival no Tui rep to be found. No instructions as to where to go. Check in shambolic, had no idea what was happening. Finally boarded then had to wait 45 minutes for another 8 non Tui people to turn up. No announcements given for reason for delay. Lunch not well organised and food generally cold and uninspiring. No space left for more issues.Won’t be using Tui excursions again. Disappointed.

The transfer time is too long as delayed by too many pickups. No water or snacks offered. No pitstops. The mini bus too small and mute drivers. The catamaran was lovely but lacked safety precautions. Incorrect and unsafe use of life jackets. The staff were good. The brunch quality and choice was under par and hardly could be described as a ‘beach club’. It was disappointing, ill conceived and we would seriously reconsider ever taking another TUI experience.

We got picked up at 710 and didn’t get back till 8pm. It was too long. After the island we should have sailed right back to Cancun. Very unorganised when you arrive and when your ready to come home.

Great trip. Staff were excellent and attentive, constantly asking around if you required anything, drinks topping up etc. Music playing onboard added a good vibe. Boat was modern, not crammed at all, had ample space to move around get seats. Snorkelling felt like a whistle stop. Barely 20 mins if that, which would probably be my only negative of the experience. Nice that they added a swim stop on the sandbar on the way back to Cancun. Isla Mujeres is a tourist trap. Beach club was decent.

Having booked a boat trip on a previous TUI holiday that I highly recommended I most certainly won’t be recommending this trip. Whilst the actual boat ride was fantastic, once at the Isla mujeres we were left to woalk to the restaurant alone and ended up at the wrong restaurant. Today I have had D&V, I am treating this but not great. The guide arranged a taxi to the temple and the price was pre agreed at £1200 pesos, to pay on card on return to port. We were charged £2100 and the driver wanted £

We were sold this expert by a TUI rep as relaxing catamaran trip with snorkelling. The theme from getting on board was to drink as much alcohol as you wanted which ended up people being intoxicated loud and at the end of the trip having to be separated due to getting into an altercation. Snorkelling was cancelled and the VIP beach brunch was diabolical I certainly think it’s was not worth the money and was spoilt by drunk loud fighting clientele.

Absolutely fantastic day. Staff, drinks & food amazing. Only thing let it down was the transfer bus driver on way back refused to stop on the 2hr transfer for everyone to have a loo break his attitude was terrible & he said he wouldn’t stop because people had not said hello to him!! People have need’s maybe medical so a loo break should be offered.

The transfer time is long to catamaran over 2 hours, Grace and the team were fab, the downside was no snorkeling due to winds the quality of the brunch was average but was a lovely catamaran. Even though we sailed, the price point for not having the activities was high considering and a discount should be offered. We know you cannot guarantee the weather but after such a long transfer it was disappointing.

Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Ausflug.. Lediglich die Preispolitik auf der Isla Mujeres hat uns gestört: Obwohl wir noch anderthalb Stunden Zeit bis zur Abfahrt des Katamarans hatten, war das All-inclusive-Angebot vor Ort bereits abgelaufen. Dass wir dann für Getränke und Liegen zahlen mussten, fanden wir schade, zumal an Bord des Schiffes später wieder alles inbegriffen war.

This experience was not what we were told. We waited on the boat almost two hours to leave. By the time we got to the site we could barely see anything because of how busy it was. We were only supposed to be on the island for an hour and a half and then we found out we were there for three hours. We were supposed to be home by 6. We didn’t get back until 6. I won’t be using you guys ever again.

The bus driver on the morning transfer was an absolute **********. The organisation was ********** poor. The time in yhe boat was fab, the food was **********. We were unable to rent a buggy on the island as we didn’t dint have any ID, we were not advised to take ID with us by the Tui rep or anyone else!!! We were charged an additional $50 dollars at the harbour a Tui representative for what they advised taxes and transfers- we asked others in the trip and they advised they did not pay that add

Retken aika-arvio oli 4-8 h. Meillä kesti 12 tuntia, josta yli 5 tuntia bussissa. Vene ja henkilökunta olivat ihan ok. Saari oli täyteen rakennettu turistikohde ja virtausten takia enne päässeet edes snorklaamaan. Tarjottu ruoka oli täysin mautonta turisteille tehtyä mössöä, kaukana autenttisesta Meksikolaisesta ruoasta. Hotellille palatessa kuljettaja ajoi kun mielipuoli. Ohitteli joka puolelta, tööttäili, kaahasi ja monta läheltä pitäen tilannetta. Onneksi olemme vielä hengissä.

Das ganze war nach unserer Ansicht keine Katamaran Tour, sondern eine Butterfahrt nach Muslim, Moé zum Shopping… Das war nicht Ziel der Reise, die wir ausgesucht hatten und auch nicht im Angebot beschrieben. Was soll man auf Islam Moes 3 Stunden in diesem kleinen Fischerdorf verbringen? Es ist leider ein Armutszeugnis, dass Tui überhaupt so eine Reise anbietet. Wenn man eine Katamaran Tour schon anbietet, sollte dabei auch im Vordergrund die Katamaran stehen.

The visit to Isla Mujeres was great, well worth it The catamaran was fab, staff great, snorkelling equipment provided and swimming spots were excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable day out. The only things I would change would be the food at lunch, which could have included more meat and fish and the check in bit at the beginning was a little hectic, but it was vey busy s understandable.
