Abholung am Hotel ein riesen Reisebus der zwei Stunden zum Ziel . Angekommen man wird an der Straße raus geworfen und pang. Dann in einem völlig überfülltem Servicecenter gelandet und man weiß nicht wie und wohin. Auf der Insel im beachclub in eine Ecke gesetzt essen und trinken 90 min ab dann heißt es bezahlen pro Person 10 Euro die Stunde um den Strand nutzen zu dürfen Golfcard die Stunde ca 85 Euro die Stunden.Also sind wir zwei Stunden auf und ab gelaufen bis das Boot wieder abfährt.

The catamaran and staff were excellent all round. Food quality on the island was ok but not great being honest and the drinks on the island were warm. We ended up going to the beach bar for a decent quality drink. The trip overall is excellent though and I would advise anyone to go on it.

Not only was this ridiculously overpriced compared to similar catamaran trips (like on Get Your Guide), we also got scammed by the hostess Grace. She ensured us that she had the best connection for renting a golf cart on Isla Mujeres for 70 euros. We were guided there by her and were completely scammed. When we got back to our hotel we saw they charged us 90 euros and they did so TWICE (claiming the machine wasn't working and to try again). Later we found out another couple had the same!!

The catamaran was top quality and the staff were great. I loved visiting the island. I wish we had more time there. The only cons were the buffet selection was poor. Also we were told by our rep that the cost of a buggy would be 50 dollars but on the trip we were then quoted 80 dollars. We then overheard the buggy people quote other people not on our trip 45 dollars so they were clearly conning us out of money which was disappointing considering how much the trip costs.

Great opportunities to swim in pristine waters. Superb atmosphere on the boat with the music playing at an appropriate volume. One song was very sexually explicit - not sure the staff knew!

In the morning our pick up arrived late making us think we missed the excursion. When arriving to Cancun it was chaos at the port and we had no guide as to where we needed to go. The catamaran was of high quality we loved the whole experience there. The brunch was also tasty and drinks were good. Drop off back to the hotel felt very rushed and the driver wasn’t very safe with his driving. Also some guests got dropped off at their lobby whilst others didn’t.

Loved the catamaran, our guide (Grace) was wonderful and very funny! The drinks were great, the snorkling was beautiful and the lunch was lovely! We even got made a fuss if because we are newly engaged, couldn’t have been more looked after!

We enjoyed all aspects of the trip. The only thing we found that could be improved is when we got picked up both ends the guidance could of been better by making coaches easier to locate and where to go, we basically had to follow other people and hoped we were going in the right direction. Also the capacity could be smaller as it made the snorkeling activity hard and I was kicked in the face numerous times as you are bunched up

Travel to and from the port was shocking. Drivers speeding then harsh breaking. Grace and the crew of the solano were out of this world. 14 people on the cruise and treat like VIP’s. Swimming and snorkelling was well organised and completely safe. The only down side was the tequila stop down town and the hard sell tactics from the shop owners high pressure sales pitch to buy. Even pushing to deliver to the hotel and then getting payment.

We had the best day on the catamaran with Grace and her crew. We loved it from start to finish. We felt like VIPs with only 20 people on our catamaran and some were packed! Would defo recommend

Tout était parfait. Très ********** organisation et le guide était très professionnel. Le catamaran était incroyable. Le seul bémol était le brunch (pas très élaboré ni très goûteux). A l’heure où nous arrivons sur l’île, un petit repas aurait été plus adapté. Équipe sur le catamaran (Soprano) était vraiment incroyable

Mit den Mitarbeitern auf dem Katamaran waren wir sehr zufrieden, aber nicht mit unserem Guide. Sie war hektisch und unorganisiert. Sie sprach so schnell englisch, dass sogar die Briten nachfragen mussten. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sie uns auf der Insel unbedingt ein Freizeiterlebniss verkaufen wollte.

Een ontzettend fijne boottrip. Zonder kinderen geeft dit toch net wat meer rust op de boot. De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en zorgen voor een ontzettend gastvrije service. Het nadelige was wel dat meerdere groepen tegelijk het water in gingen waardoor tijdens het zwemmen bij elkaar blijven wat lastiger ging. Ook moet je een goed uithoudingsvermogen hebben om dit te doen daar de zee erg sterk is.

The staff on the boat were amazing, really attentiveand ensuring that drinks were always full. They lead the activities really well too, although plan what to do on the island beforehand as there is not much direction. If wanting to snorkel ensure that you are a strong swimmer as it was tough against the waves and was minimum 30 mins with no option to get back on the boat before this. There is a second chance to swim which was much calmer and easier. Overall a really good experience!

Suppose to be 20 guest ended up with 32, music consisting blaring at levels so you couldn’t talk, was expecting a chilled event not a 18-30s all you can drink booze cruise. No life jacket instructions, just wanted to get you drinking and shouting

Me and my partner came off the trip two days ago and as soon as we arrived back to the hotel we started to feel the affects of the food that was on offer while on the trip. Furthermore the open bar which was open at the beach club was cut short and this was noticed by more than just me and my partner. In addition when we arrived at the port we were told we had to pay and additional 50 dollars, which was demanded this not paid I would not reccomend this trip and feel as if i have wasted my money.

Bus being late to pick us up, being on the bus for 2 a half hours being told this would only be 40 mins then being made to separate in order to get our tickets to get on the boat. Being told we would have a sunbathing spot on the boat when it only had 4 sunbeds and 6 bean bags with over 30 people having to sit under the shade. Only 1 swim stop when we were told there would be more and then only being on the boat 2 hours when we were sold a day boat trip then 2 half hours to get back to hotel

Transport driver from hotel to marina, then check in was not good. Very disorganised. Everything following that was exceptional! Maybe a little too much time on the island but it was very hot! Great experience

We werden aan ons lot overgelaten in de haven zowel bij het inschepen als bij de terugkeer Geen animatie op de boot Veel te luide muziek (alleen Amerikaanse en Mexicaanse muziek terwijl Tui Europees is) De Brunch was een lunch met brunch eten - 0m 13:30 moesten we terug op de boot zijn maar plots om 13:20 werden we gehaald met als resultaat dat een gast Saïdja Dewaele bijna werd achtergelaten. Gelukkig konden we dat tegenhouden. Dan werden we 200meter verder afgezet en door winkels geleid

The cruise on the boat in the sun was lovely. The music was on and we had a good time. However, there were far too many people on this trip for it to be comfortable. People didn't have seats and we were squashed together with other people. I asked for a prosecco to be told they didn't have any and then see other guests being given it. I guess if the guides liked you (or you gave them a big tip!!!!!!), you got what you wanted. It was a hard sell on photos and buggy tours. Not what we expected

The travel time to and from the boat was far too long 2 hours each way. The boat trip itself was amazing and the island and lunch . But did not expect it enjoy the 2 hours off the boat to shop as far to hot . A lot of people requested to stay on the boat but were told we were not aloud. When we booked the trip we were told we did not have to get off and go shopping so very disappointed with that part and cost a lot of money

Positives: Lovely boat, Isle visit and food good. Negatives: Client safety not taken seriously, eg been plied with alcohol not a good idea before snorkelling. Snorkels in distress due to current boat crew action not satisfactory, only 1 guide in the water again not satisfactory, tactless request for tips as do not expect tip box shoved under your nose.

Splendid trip enjoyed it very much only issue my wife is not a very strong swimmer so she couldn’t do the snorkelling other than that. We had a brilliant experience.

We did not use the water facilities, food excGrace was amazing we both have stick she and the rest of the staff were so helpful , I had a problem with my blood pressure dropping and I felt sick she noticed and helped me with the aid of the rest of the staff it passed as soon as I vomited into the bin luckily it was only a little I don’t drink and ate very little c but she stayed with us and helped us off the boat on tour coach ,we thank the staff especially Grace from the bottom of our hearts .

the excursion was absolutely fantastic. 10/10. it was our first time in mexico and our first time booking an excursion with tui. suffice to say we will definitely be booking again. grace was a fantastic host, as well as the DJ, photographer & other members of staff. the range of drinks were great and the time spent on each activity was more than enough. we loved the beach club too that provided us with a lovely buffet. couldn’t recommend enough

Great
We had very little time on the island and then lots of time just hanging around in the ocean. We stopped at a swimming point and stayed there for around 1.5 hrs. Everyone had been back on the boat for a long time just waiting to move again. We should have had more time to explore the island and less time hanging around. We all got bored.

We were really disappointed with this trip. It’s sold as a chilled experience but this was a party boat with far too many people packed on to it, there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. It’s sold as a day trip but should be a half day, the snorkelling and swim stops were far too long, we were really bored waiting to leave these stops and we were waiting (stationary) for over an hour to make a 20 min journey back to the port because there was nothing else to do they just couldn’t turn up early

The trip was too long, the transfer to the trip was too tong in duration and there was a lot of waiting around. We weren't told how far away it was from the hotel so it was a long start to the day. The trip was aimed more at a younger age group who enjoyed drinking alcohol and loud music. We were looking for a more relaxed and chilled experience.

Der Brunch war nicht der Hit, auch die Aufforderung zum Trinkgeld beim Brunch war ziemlich dreist, was nicht heißt, dass ich kein Trinkgeld geben würde. Ansonsten alles super, insbesondere die Betreuung an Bord der Soprano und vor allem auch durch die Tourleitung Grace, echt Klasse. Wäre das Thema mit dem Brunch nicht gewesen, hätte es volle 10 Punkte gegeben.

I must tell you how great this trip was on soprano boat .grace the guide was excellent and very helpful and kind .all the boat crew was superb and funny .the trip was faultless and the island beautiful. I was very upset with a few tears to say goodbye knowing I may never see them again .would I do the trip again yes yes yes

1hr journey took over 3hrs due to roadworks which staff are aware of but failed to mention. Had to get onto a different minibus 3/4 of the way there, at the side of the main road? Boat was delayed setting off. Staff on board were good, We were told it would only be a small group of tui customers but the boat was very busy and my group was split up as there wasn't enough seating. There were also other people from different tour companies as we found out talking to others. Poor value

Lobe the trip the staff were excellent the only thing which is a personal thing it was a long day we stopped for swimming on.the way back.for about a hour but because the snorkeling it was a bit much and the transfer was around 2 hours we were out at 745 am.and got back around 8 30 pm

This is a must experience, the luxury catamaran was amazing, there was only 7 of us in total onboard with 5 crew. Full size beds to lounge around on, complete with TUI towels. Staff and bar service was exceptional onboard. Only disappointing thing was the beach club for bunch(not really a beach club) and no unlimited drinks other than soft drinks. We really liked the swim stops, so much fun. Would recommend well done TUI.
