What to remember
For the safety of our dolphins, it's prohibited to enter the habitat with cameras or phones
Transport is organised by the venue and costs USD 10.00 per person, see your TUI Rep for details
Children under eight must be accompanied at all times during dolphin activities
Government-mandated tax: A fee of $50.00 MXN per person (including children) will be collected at check-in, in accordance with Article 60 of the Tax on Activities with Aquatic Animals

The time in the water with the dolphin was great and everyone enjoyed, however the price of the photo packages were extortionate and so unreasonable considering the amount paid to do the actual experience.

Brilliant experience. The only down side is the pressure to buy photographs and not being able to purchase certain individual pictures. Having to buy a package is so expensive.

The experience was excellent. The interaction with the dolphins was absolutely amazing. The staff were great at getting you involved with the whole experience. The information given about dolphins was good but we would have liked to have had a video or more information from the staff themselves.

Was a amazing experience to swim with them just on the morning the transport didn't turn up at time of pick up but we got upgraded because of that but the experience it's self was unreal the staff were so good

The dolphins were of course beautiful the activities a bit staged Shane we had to pay more to hold the fin then astronomical photo prices. But the activity itself was good just pity the dolphins aren’t free
