Step into the world of the ancient Maya with a visit to the ruins of Tulum on this full-day tour. Perched on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea, this iconic site is famous for its dramatic setting – think turquoise waters, white sands, and centuries-old stone structures bathed in morning sunlight. Then, snorkel among the corals of Turtle Bay, spotting sea turtles and tropical fish along the way. Wrap up your tour with a dip in a freshwater cenote, surrounded by stalagmites and stalactites in the heart of the Yucatan jungle.

What to remember
A conservation fee of $35 USD per adult and $20 USD per child/infant is not included in the tour price, nor are the photo package, tips, or souvenirs. This contribution supports the protection of marine wildlife in the area and is payable on the day of the tour.

Extra tax for the trip must be in cash and completely different price to what was told by tui when booking the locals use 18gbp to 1 mxm which is an extremely low exchange rate so cost us a family of 4 an extra the equivalent to 110 usd and they only want to use usd not mxn. Trip was good buy very geared up to sell you more at over priced shops on arrival and not given much time to enjoy the experience. Seen turtles swim back 10 minuite swim in cenote and get out not really a relaxed experience

Excursion au pas de course, pas pris le temps de faire le parc jaguar qui était inclus. Un guide en français était prévu malheureusement il ne maîtrisait pas suffisamment la langue ce qui a été très gênant notamment pour les explications historiques à Tulum. Le déjeuner prévu la cenote était très frugal

Make it clear about how much swimming/ how strong a swimmer you need to be for the snorkeling. Mt wife and youngest didn't do this trip luckily as if they had neither would have been able to manage it as it wasn't explained at the time of booking (in resort)

Honestly the tour guide, driver and photographer made the experience the best! You could tell just how much they love their job, enjoy teaching their guests, getting them around safely and capturing amazing photos. I honestly do not have a bad word to say about them. The tour was quality, so much experience for the cost! Hands down I would take a tour again with our guide. He called himself R2D2 and I went on March 22 with my reference number of MUS14647844 so you know who was my guide.

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié cette excursion nous sommes les uns sur les autres c'est inadmissible de payer pour une prestation comme ça.!!!!! Le respect de l'animal n'est pas pris en compte nous arrivons par paquet de touristes c'est inadmissible le site est beaucoup trop petit et beaucoup trop de monde!!!!! Je suis extrêmement déçue et j'aimerais un remboursement pour cette prestation car nous sommes partis à sept adultes. La journée était trop millimétrée, pas assez de moment tranquille!!!

Nous avons passé une ********** journée, par contre on nous a vendu une expérience dans les cenote ouverte et à la fin pas du tout, c’était complètement fermé. Le temps devait durer de 20 minutes et on a dû y rester 10 minutes un peu dommage.
