Great

You need more time at chichen itza at the end of the day. Less time at the other two places. The church was basically a toilet stop in disguise and a little bit too strong on the sell of local goods benefiting the community. The cenote swim was great and the historical tour of chichen itza was good. The gift sellers we can see ruin the atmosphere of the place and when they are placed outside in there new shops will improve the experience of the site.

Excellent

Great team, well organised and knowledgeable. A roughly timed itinerary would have been useful ahead of the day. I was picked up from the hotel at 6am and dropped off at 9pm. Solo traveller and I felt safe It would have been beneficial if I could have paid for the ceynote upfront.

Poor

2 hour into the journey, we were still within only a few kilometres of where we were picked up, picking up other people at local hotels. We had no communication with the tour guides in this time, they didn’t introduce themselves, tell us about the itinerary for the day or even if there were toilets on the bus. Then the tour guide got off the bus at McDonald’s, everyone was waiting in the bus for 10 minutes and she came out with a coffee. Trip advertised as 12 hours, lasted 15 hours, very tiring

Everything was great apart from being over charged on the entrance fee for Chichén itza. Ticket price was 671 peso and we were charged 800 peso by the tour guide before we left for the day.

Excellent

This was an incredible experience from start to finish. Yes it is a long day (14 hours for us) but so worth it. The Mayan village/Cenote was beautiful and the Temple at Chichen Itza was simply incredible. Our guide Sergio was so knowledgeable and helpful through out. Valladolid is rushed and I'm not sure its necessary for this trip but the square itself was also beautiful. Definitely a trip to recommend

Great

Excellent

Enjoyed the cenote, felt exclusive as not crowded. Chichen itza was great. Valladolid was a little too tourist centred and felt too long. Guide was great. Recommended.

Great

Hist. Stadt 20 min hätte man sich sparen können.
