You'll reach the city onboard an air-conditioned coach, and then you'll walk with your tour leader to the center and you'll have some free time to explore the city on your own. In the afternoon, a professional city guide will share with you the history and the highlights of this wonderful historical city, such as the Arena, now the home of fascinating Opera concerts in summer, the Lamberti Tower and Piazza dei Signori, Pizza Erbe. After that, enjoy free time to visit and explore, enter Juliet's house and leave a love message on its wall, or just stroll in the shopping street, Via Mazzini.

I cannot fault the excursion or the guide. However I must state very strongly that I was most disappointed to learn I was actually booked with a third party . The trip was advertised as a Tui experience, the paperwork I printed had a Tui logo and now you are asking me to comment on my Tui experience !! I only found out it was not a Tui excursion when I attended the welcome meeting at my hotel and your rep Diego explained it to me Why was it sold to me as a Tui excursion when clearly it is not!!

Excellent
Verona is a small city so very easy to get around. We were dropped close to the centre. Guide gave us lots of information. The actual city guide was very good, amusing and informative. The tour was around an hour, so plenty of time either side of it to explore and eat/drink.

Picked up close to our hotel,The guide was so friendly and informative then the walking tour guide was also informative knowledgable and the walking tour was relaxed. We felt the trip was so well organised and we knew exactly where we had to be at a certain time which was very useful in a strange city we really enjoyed the day.

The only negative aspect of the day was the walking tour guide used small radio receivers for the audio guide. He was a very quietly spoken chap, and the volume was only low , plus it only had 1 earpiece which meant you had to walk around with your finger holding the earpiece in or you couldn't hear it.

Picked up on time and guide on coach very informative about what would happen on the day and his knowledge of the history of Italy and Verona excellent. The Gide who took us around Verona city was also very good pointing out all the landmarks and their history, with an added sense of humour.

Alesandro was an amazing tour guide, he was very informative and helped make the day easy and enjoyable. Verona was a beautiful city and totally worth the day trip out if staying in the Lake Garda area. We had from around 11am until 4pm to explore the city. There was an optional tour at around 1pm but myself and my wife much prefer finding things at our own pace.

So much hard work went into this trip . English and German speaker . Alex our Guide was totally awsum . He was my guide for the past 2 days and he made a huge difference to the trips . Totally ?? knowledgeable and good to be around
