Excellent

Was an amazing experience! Definitely worth the money. Our tour guide was brilliant. Her name was Kary (sorry if name is spelt wrong :) ) she had very good knowledge and could see she had good passion with what she does for work. Kary answered all of our questions and ensured we were safe the whole way through the tour. Thank you for the amazing experience for our honeymoon.

Excellent

For myself it was disappointing, having paid plenty of money for the monkey sanctuary and turtle watching, because it said it was ok for people of all abilities I bought this excursion, however, when it came to getting off the boat, they don't use a ladder and I couldn't jump in with my arthritis issues, so they went without me to see the turtles and took me back to the shore, let me use a ladder to climb out at the shore, then left me sat on a rock to wait for the rest of the group to return. Awful

Great

Tierauffangstation: gut Schnorcheln: schlecht

I thought the ziplines would be faster an up higher for the price we paid. And the pictures were just ok. But the price was double of anyplace else we went. Lower the price and you will sell more. Nobody in our group bought them after they seen price.

Great

We loved what this experience offered, it let us see the tropical side of Mexico. We didn’t like how we were placed into a bilingual guide and were made to listen to 2 sets of explanations, meanwhile standing and waiting in 32 degree heat. Then the main building also didn’t have any AC. We also weren’t made aware this was a guided tour, we like being able to go at our own pace and select what we pay interest in. This experience didn’t allow that. We were also made to wait for our transfer back.

Poor

We appreciate all the hard work that the staff put in at the sanctuary. The tour and guide of the sanctuary was informative and pleasant, but could have been done in half the time. This was not the main thing that we had booked for. We had booked 'swimming with turtles', yet this experience felt like and add on and was very disappointing.
