Z pol przewod tylo z nazwy powiedziala moze z 4 zdania w tym 2 gdzie znajduje sie toaleta, 1 ze Ci co nie zaplacili to u niej i ze mozna zamowic pinacolade czy homara i ostatnie gdzie sa nasze lezaki i obiad. Bardzo dlugo czekalismy na nia w porcie mimo ze jechalimy znacznie dluzej z powodu wypadku, przez caly czas siedziala na tel, cala opieke przejela zaloga lodzi i katamaranu. Zapomniala powiedziec, ze po drugiej stronie jest znacznie ladniejsza plaza wiec zmarnowalismy czas w glonach.

Wyspa sama w sobie bardzo ladna, naturalne baseny równiez i to w sumie tyle z plusów. Po przybyciu autokarem do portu czekalismy grupa pól godziny na “polskiego przewodnika”, po jego przybyciu kolejne pól godziny czekalismy w pelnym sloncu na lódke. Nikt nawet nie sprawdzil obecnosci uczestników. Nie wiem po co “ Polski przewodnik” jesli nie otrzymalismy zadnego info o wyspie, o basenach, zadnych ciekawostek. Lunch na plastikowych talerzykach na brudnych stolach po poprzedniej grupie.

The excursion was oversubscribed. There were not enough seats on the large bus making it very difficult for people to get seated and parties were split up. The speedboat was the same, not enough space and really crammed in every last available place. Lunch was good and free time on the island was good and drinks were free flowing. Overall a good day but suggest numbers are limited a bit less.

The island was nice. It’s portrayed that it’s a whole day on the island but it really isn’t. We were the last hotel that got picked up and that was at 07:40 we didn’t get on the island until 13:40. That’s 6 hours travelling to the island with a tour guide which was advertised as English, but spoke Spanish all day with the occasional bit of English. Tour guide said to meet at 15:30 at the food area to get picked up and he left on the first boat without telling any of the English where to go.

The activity itself was okey. The food was nice and the drinks were lacking and very low quality. Me and my sister were with the group or the guide called Danilo ‘ the president’ this person left us stranded at the end of the activity, we were supposed to stop to buy some souvenirs before finishing the day and when we came back from the shopping he left with the rest and me and my sister were alone by ourselves not knowing what to do next, who to call, where we are or anything . Horrible day.

We enjoyed the beach there. That first stop at the natural pool however, was a very scary experience as the water was not shallow for us (being on the shorter side). Had to literally tip toe to keep head above water. Guide was not paying much attention to those getting off the boat into the water. We got some assistance though, thanks to other tourists. And got help from the photographer getting back on to boat. Both me and my mom hit our thighs on the stairs trying to get back on

Die Tour wurde für Personen ab 13 Jahren angeboten, es waren deutlich jüngere dabei. Wir hatten auf Saona Island nur einen Aufenthalt von 1,75 Stunden anstatt versprochen 2,5 Stunden. Auf der Hinfahrt hatten wir sehr lange Wartezeit am Büro für Toilette etc. und die Leute kamen ewig nicht in den Bus zurück weshalb wir ewig warten mussten. Auf der Rückfahrt ebenso, nicht nur 20 Minuten sondern 45 Minuten gewartet. Schlechtes DE vom Guide. Alles in allem nicht den Preis wert, höchstens 50€.

Generalnie lipa jakich malo i pelne rozczarowanie. Rejs katamaranem i lodzia przyjemne z niezapomnianymi widokami. Plaza na Saonie to juz 100% turystyki - brudne lezaki, smieci - nic nie przypomina tych bajecznych obrazków z reklam i zdjec. Bufet na Saonie to dokladnie: ryz, 4 rodzaje owoców i dwa rodzaje miesa - wieprzowina z koscia i kurczak - skóra na kosci. Rum skonczyl sie po godzinie - nie dajcie sobie wmówic ze czegos bedzie pod dostatkiem albo bez limitu.

- Saona Island selber und das Boot / die Boote waren sehr dreckig, die Toiletten defekt - am Strand waren die Massagen absolut aufgezwungen und sogar unsere Tochter (3!) wurde bequatscht - Getränkeversorgung ließ zu wünschen übrig: dreckig, ungepflegt und man hatte Angst, sich was einzufangen - Rückfahrt war mit dem Extra Halt bei der Bio Schokolade der Gipfel der Unverschämtheit und führt dazu, dass wir nie wieder einen Ausflug mit TUI machen werden - Positiv zu nennen: unser Guide Castro!

12 Std on tour, nur 2 Std auf der Saona.3 x boot wechseln. Getränke, Wasser Cola Rum, Mittagessen ungenießbar. Bootsrückfahrt = wildwasserbahn, alle waren nass weil man sich vor verlassen der Insel normale Kleidung angezogen hat. Nass in den klimatisierten Bus steigen. Keine info bitte badesachen anbehaten für die bootsrückfahrt. 1 std an Souvenirladen. Es wurde mehr versucht Dinge zu verkaufen als sich um ein schönes Ausflugserlebnus zu kümmern. Von TUI erwartet man ein besseres Produkt.

Coach was late arriving to pick us up once on board commentary was almost non existent it would have been nice to learn about local culture and local day to day life. The boat trip was nice both ways. Once on the island we felt very harassed by various sellers and I was made to feel obligated to purchase a massage the amount of sellers on the beach really impacted on the ability to just relax The lunch buffet was awful local guide was obviously getting commission

Habe diesen Ausflug bestimmt schon 20 mal in 29 Jahren die ich Punta Cana bereise erlebt, jedoch Ihrer war preislich der höchste leider aber auch der schlechteste. Der Reiseleiter hat ausschließlich spanisch und englisch gesprochen, obwohl ich in deutsch gebucht habe. Leider ist die Tour mit dem Schnellboot quer übers Meer gefahren worden und nicht wie mir von anderen Veranstaltern bekannt an der Küste entlang wo man das Meer in allen türkistönen erlebt. Das ist sehr schade, werde in Zukunft

Pick up from hotel was confusing, there were many excursion pickups at our hotel from various companies and our excursion pickup gave no indication it was ours as there was no tui logo on bus or on driver who spoke very little english so was difficult to figure out which was ours.

The day was spent mostly travelling to and from the excursion. This is not made clear. The waiting around for the various transport in heavily crowded areas felt unsafe at points especially as you are usually harassed by people trying to sell you things that are either endorsed by the TUI guide or they do nothing to stop it

The journey to the island was great. The crew was outstanding. The island on the other hand was terrible. The eating facility was dirty and nasty. The food was cold and not presented very sanitarily. The chicken meat was dry and the pork chops were tough. The restrooms were completely unacceptable. They were nasty, smelled gross, and lacked basic cleanliness. The small lacked hand soap and hand towels to clean up before lunch.

We really enjoyed the trip once it got going. The staff and service is what let the trip down. There was no organisation when we were dropped off and were left standing and fighting for shade for an hour while the guide was coming from Punta Cana. Our return bus was also late, resulting to us being taken to a service stop to transfer. The trip itself was amazing, stunning views, but the service and staff needs improving

We met some lovely people on the day trip. Really enjoyed the catamaran and speedboat. The island was a HUGE disappointment. Pebbles and rocks in the water made it impossible to swim. The island was dirty and there was lots of litter on the sand. It did not look anything like the advertisements. The food was atrocious and there wasn’t enough to go round - especially because the greedy photographer woman went up first and took massive portions. Begging for tips was too much as well.

Soana island was beautiful but the food was covered by flies everywhere and would be much better if the foods had lids to protect it. And the staff on boats need better training in securing boats when transferring people from one boat to another as it was quite scary trying to step from one boat to the other in the open water to be taken to the island. I even mentioned that they need to secure it better by tying ropes boats together as they would fall in water am be trapped between boats.

Too much alcohol serving especially when someone is already drunk. It's a health and safety risk that guides should keep check on. Stay professional. Starting a excursion at 7:25 AM and not having time to eat breakfast then getting offered alcohol to the max being on sea for 4 hours no food finally reach the island starving only to come to a buffet that lacks quality, quantity and taste! Please consider more vegetarian options too not everyone eats pork! We starved not impressed.

was okay. wouldn’t recommend, only spent 2 and a half hours on the island and only got a small part of the beach. 12 hour day and only 3 hours of it spent in natural pool and on the island all together. not a lot of communication about transportation and kind of just left to figure it out on our own and left at a shop with no communication.

Parts of this experience was really enjoyable, the catamaran and speed boats were great and the opportunity to swim in the sea on the outward journey was amazing. However this was all overshadowed by a number of things, and I do not have enough space to detail it all but included the pick up and it was organised chaos, when we arrived at the island the buffet was poor inedible and covered in flies , just rows sun beds,on return we had to wait at least 30 minutes for the coach to pick us up.

The transfer from hotel to port seems far to long, driver going back to same hotel twice. Shopping stops not really needed after 12 hours out. Only 2 hours spent on beach out of a 12 hour day.

The island and natural pool alone was beautiful but they don’t tell you how much time you have on the island we was there maximum an hour when it took 2 hours on boat to the island. We was made to wait an hour and a half at the part where we get the boat and when asking them what’s going on and when we was going we got shrugs of shoulders and rude replies like just wait, when we first arrived we was told 10/15 minutes. We stood in the heat no shade for so long.

Ruben made the experience all the better, Sanoa island is gorgeous and must visit if you go to the Dominican. Ruben our tour guide made us feel safe constantly checking on the group making sure everyone got were they needed to be. TRY THE PINA COLADA THERE AMAZING!

Trip by cat out and speedboat back were great, Great and very friendly on the cat Island was lovely, although much more commercial bigger than the last time I was there 12 years ago. Negatives. Food on the island was very poor and for me not eatable. No lobster as advertised on the trip spiel Not enough life jackets on the speedboat return trip Our guide was very good, but disappeared on the stop before we got back to our hotel. This resulted in several people returned to the coach late

We had to sit on yhe floor in full sun while on the catamaran. I have a bad back and we'll I dont shout it from the roof tops and actual seat out of the sun would have been sufficient. Also the toilet on the island were an absolute disgrace. I'm going on another trip to Catalina Island in the 24th and I just pray it is more comfortable.

The transfer bus was lovely, the boat to island was very clean , the island itself was stunning / views / sea and the stop off for swim with huge starfish was just great. Our rep Ruben was brilliant also.

The tour itself was lovely - loved the Catamaran - great music played. Guide was very knowledgeable but didn't speak to anyone on the boat/island at all and it all felt a bit formulaic. He had to deal with an extremely intoxicated and obnoxious guest on the way home, who put us all in danger on the bus. He'd started drinking straight rum at 10am and didn't stop. It was obvious by noon that he was drunk and likely to be trouble and action should have been taken then . Food ran out at lunch too :(

Boat ride and catamaran were great guide staff and boat captains were great . Beach staff on the island were rude and moody and food was poor and too crowded . The amount of boats there was congested and not safe to swim in the sea. Toilets were very poor quality and cleanness. Would not recommend

Muy mala comida, ni en el barco ni en la isla tenían refresco sin azúcar y algunas personas no podemos consumir azúcar, el alimento muy limitado en variedad y en cantidad, sin opciones de snacks, muy impuntuales en el regreso barcos muy pequeños no cabíamos, el espacio en el camión es muy reducido para personas altas, bueno la estadía en la playita

The day was unnecessarily long as the transfer went to so many hotels. A twelve hour day is too much with a needless stop at a souvenir shop just 20 minutes from the hotel spzone. Also there are too many attempts to upsell on the trip. $100 for photos from a very pushy photographer and $20 for a bottle of mamajuana on the coach.

Really should make it clear to the larger Americans that if they need 2 seats on the boat they should pay for 2 seats instead of thinking they would be entitled to another person's seat! This kind of selfish behavior compromises safety for everyone and makes the trip uncomfortable and less enjoyable as a result.

At Soana island they immediately wrapped the lunch (15 minutes) , and were handing only one chicken piece. Boat took hours to reach the island and during bus guide was more interested in promoting souvenirs.

Loved the tour guide BJ he has a lot of patience and instructed us well about which bus and which boat he was very knowledgeable. As for Saona although the island was lovely and picture perfect I do believe the island has been spoilt by so many boats, snorkelling is pointless, as no colourful fish you would expect on a tropical island. The speed boat back was amazing and the last stop at the store made it a long but very good day which my family all enjoyed.

An absolute must, perfectly organised, tour guide Reuben was amazing, he worked so well to keep us all informed of the day. Island is stunning, people are so friendly too. If I was to change anything, perhaps having fries/chips on the menu for lunch, not everyone enjoys rice and pasta, other than that the trip was perfect.

Echt een superleuke excursie, blij dat we ons hebben laten 'overhalen' we dachten dat het erg massaal en overvol zou zijn, maar viel echt 100% mee. Catamaran was heerlijk, genoeg ruimte heel relaxt. Saona zelf is misschien een iéts te commercieel gebeuren, maar doet niet heel veel af van de ervaring. Ja er waren veel boten, maar goed aangepast aan de ruimte die er is. Ook het natuurzwembad was top. Druk, maar absoluut geen hinder van anderen. Zeker een aanrader!

The trip consisted of mostly waiting on coaches in car parks (2 hours in total) then when we got to the port had to stand in scorching heat for 40 minutes with no shade then got put on a boat to our speed boat. No speed boats free so floated around in the ocean and got put on an overcrowded catamaran where we had to sit on the floor or stand as was already full. At Saona we were sold 3 hours on the island, again had to wait 20 mins for a boat to take us in, ended up having 1 hr 45 absolute joke

Bij het boeken gevraagd hoe lang de transfer naar de boot was met de bus. Hierbij werd aangegeven dat dit Max een uur zou zijn. Uiteindelijk zowel heen als terug 3 uur in de bus gezeten. Veel insecten op Saona zelf. Verder prima excursie

Partir à 7h50 et rentrer à 19h00 pour en résumé profiter 30 minutes de la “ piscine naturel" et ensuite 1h30 sur l’île de Saona! Nous avons mis pied sur l’île à 13h50 et à 15h20 nous embarquions pour la quitter! Tout en pensant que dans cette fameuse 01h30 nous avons dû manger le buffet au milieu des mouches ( une trentaine de mouches rien que sur notre table) le tout dans une odeur de crottin de cheval ! J’ai fait cette excursion avec Tui en 2008, en 2017 et cette année.

El destino es muy bueno, sin embargo lo ofrecido por el plan como: bar abierto, almuerzo tipo buffet, animación y recreación) no cumplieron con las expectativas. El bar abierto tanto en el catamaran como en la playa solo ofrecía ron con coca cola y de muy baja calidad, el almuerzo muy limitado y mal atendido, el sitio "premium" no corresponde a esa categoría y no lo deberías ofrecer así, el precio de las fotos excesivo y el tiempo en la isla muy poco por todos los temas logísticos. Muy regular.

Une excursion inattendue… Contrairement à toutes celle que j’ai vécu chez Tui… Le voyage en autocar avec 50 personnes de 12 nationalités ce n’était vraiment pas bien, un guide qui traduit en 3 langues a chaque fois, un vrai piège à touristes. De surcroît le guide malhonnête sur la monnaie qu’il me rend pour l’achat d’une pina colada a Saona. Une vraie déception, j’espère ne jamais revivre ce genre d’excursion, ce n’est vraiment pas plaisant!

The whole trip was 13 hours not 8 hours. It took too long to get to the Island and when there, it was for 2 hours. The Island was beautiful, the sea was exceptional, food was good and boat ride to and from the Island was fun. Definitely worth a visit but 7 hours to get there was far too very long.
