The tour guide was great for an all inclusive package only rum was offered. Toliets were over flowing and need maintenance. No back up plan for bad weather

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal de mi guía de los lancheros de los encargados del almuerzo el ambiente familiar la música y los paisajes propios de la isla No me gustó el acceso a las lanchas un pedraplen oscuro se puede asfaltar recursos hay para eso imagino

The service overall was good. Danny was absolutely outstanding!! He was a great guide. I don’t recommend getting the massage on the first island stop unless you like pain. The ladies are extremely rough. The guys driving the boat were good, but the waters were extremely rough and we kept getting soaked! I recommend bringing a snack or several snacks. It is a very long day and the only food is lunch at like 215pm. I wish that they had more food offered throughout the day.

We were sold this trip as “a luxury VIP experience” and that is the biggest issue. I would call this a budget friendly experience instead. We were all starving, I never saw any bottled water, alcohol was hard to find and the speed boat was embarrassingly run down, old and dirty. The Island was beautiful but we were bombarded with people selling stuff.

This was not what was sold. The island was beyond beautiful the guide was great. The “catamaran home was supposed to be a sunset cruise” turned into a party boat. Not what I paid for. So freaking loud my ears are still ringing. Won’t use you guys again. 350 bucks to come home deaf no thanks! No I won’t recommend

Unsafe practices changing boats. We were told there would be snorkel on the trip when we booked it but no snorkeling equipment available. Most communication was not in English. Even though we were the only group with a child on board, due to the volume of people on the boat, we couldn’t get near the undercover and spent hours outside in the rain

Es un paraíso natural bien conservado pero es una irresponsabilidad el transporte acuático y la poca autoridad o capacidad del guía al manejar el grupo. El transporte al catamaran y ya estando en él es un riesgo, 60 personas en una lancha y sin salvavidas al igual que en caramaran

We were told it would take only 30-45 minutes to get to the first boat to take us to the island, but we were the first ones on the bus so it took over two hours after we stopped to pick up all the other people. We were told it would be a "full day" and we'd be back by about 19:00. We didn't get back until almost 22:00.

Long day - trip was great - lunch offering poor - it's advertised as all inclusive bar drinks throughout the day!!!! All that was on offer was rum, rum & more rum no alternative

Please try to look after the toilets and maybe place a couple of showers to rinse after swimming. A catamaran ride could accommodate fewer passengers, and part of the ride could be music-free so people can enjoy the sound of the water and wind. Aver all, it was a spectacular experience. We loved it. Special thank you to our tour guide, Raul Castro.

Lo mejor fue la playa, la disponibilidad de reposeras (camastros). Muy lindo el lugar en general. El servicio de almuerzo y bar podría mejorar para estar a la altura de lo que el lugar promete. Tiene mucho potencial!

Everything was really great. The tour guide Danny was so amazing!! The drink service was great and I never felt like a wasn’t safe at all. Always felt like I was in good hands. The only thing I can recommend is more umbrellas for shade.

A refeição ñ condiz com o prometido. Allmoço diferenciado, nada demais. Padrão. Foi informado como exemplo que haveria lasagna e teve um pene básico.Bebidas, apenas run com coca-cola ou Sprite. Nenhum drink. Não era permitido utilizar o próprio copo, ofereciam as bebidas em copos pequenos e que devido ao calor e o material a bebida esquenta rapidamente. Em geral atendimento PÉSSIMO. Pessoas sempre mal humoradas, preocupadas apenas com gorgeta e não oferecem o mínimo de um serviço de qualidade.

Better transfer from Bayahíbe to Saona. Better selection of drinks on catamaran. You serve rum &coke only… really? Not even beer?? Entertainment staff at catamaran should be more creative and fun. We liked Barceló beach, but again you need better selection of drinks. You advertise this trip as “barra completa “.. full bar. You should specify that you serve sodas, water, and Cuba libres only, so we would felt defraud. Hope somebody reads this.

Me parece que deja mucho que desear la “barra libre” solo tenia rom con coca y cerveza porque el mojito se lo termino el grupo anterior.. lo mejor era ir todo el viaje en cataran no hacer todo rapido 1 ********** en saona no era nada y la comida me la median

The itinerary of the trip was excellently tailored going from pleasant and interesting to absolutely exciting to culminate on-board the catamaran with the stunning Caribbean sunset. The guide Danny was amazingly hospitable, friendly and helpful. Thank you again, dear Danny!

The trip was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We wished we could have spent a little more time at Saona Island or the Starfish area and less time at the Barcelo area. Overall though it was a great day!

Pésimo servicio ,,en el catamarán de regreso , los animadores hicieron sentir mal a mis hijas excediéndose ,,y vi a muchas personas incomodas , nos juntaron con otro grupo y el guía de ese grupo en la isla siempre daba prioridad a su. grupo , cuando quisimos pedir piña colada, el primero sirvió a todos los de su grupo, al momento de desembarcar del catamarán igual , nosotros estábamos esperando y no quiso que embarcarqiemos y de forma casi matonezca , le dijo al otro guía que su grupo era primer

Una lástima que en bayahibe no tengan baños con agua potable, la comida de almuerzo que ofrecen en la isla es de baja y mala calidad, por lo que sugiero que si o si lleven snack extras. En las islas hay baños pero no agua potable. Al regreso, antes de subir al barco grande qurían hacernos subir a una mini lancha repleta de personas que sobrepasaba los asientos permitidos, tuvimos que reclamar y bajaron gente. El personal que trabaja en las islas es muy mal genio (hombres que ayudan en lancha)

Exclusivo? no es lo que nos vendieron, la guía mamá pollito fue agresiva y ofensiva, el lugar, comida y bebida no eran limpios, habías sillas y camas rotas en la playa. El servicio que pésimo. Enserio lancha rápida habían más de 50 personas sin salvavidas y luego pasando al catamaran en el mar totalmente peligroso. Al quejarnos de la situación la guía se ofendió y empezó a amenazarnos “que estábamos en república dominicana” y nos grabó exponiéndonos con todos los que estaban ahí. ES UNA ESTAFA

I purchased the VIP experience, and it wasn't the experience I had. The guide took us to the worst part of Saona Island, with so many rocks that it was impossible to get into the water. Then, we went to the natural pools where there was no snorkeling because there was nothing to see. There were no corals, no fish. Just a sandbar in the middle of the sea. Next, we went to Ron Barceló and again stayed on the edge of the beach, outside the VIP area where the Ron Barceló symbols are. On the way back

The boat rides were not very safe. My daughter fell slipped hurt her back. I have bruises on the bottom of my foot. Put it this way. I would not recommend it to anybody nor would I ever do it again?

This tour was presented as VIP one. Snacks have been promised also to be given. 3 pieces of fruit in 20 minutes before lunch appeared weird.Then was small sandwich on catamaran which was packed. They loaded 2 groups of tourists-not enough seats for all.Saona was packed with the tourists - that’s is normal. Ron Barcelo was really quiet, but dirty. Garbage from previous tourists was left. We don’t complain but this tour is not worth that money. You should tell people to take their food-I’m vegan

Trotz bezahltem Ausflug hat man das Gefühl gehabt das jede 5 Minuten dir jemand Geld aus der Tasche ziehen will … Spenden, Extra Kosten für Getränke, usw. Schlimm war das zum Schluss ohne Erlaubnis ein bild auf eine Mama Juana Flasche geklebt wird und 20$ von einem verlangt werden… das der Ausflug trotz grauenhaftem Wetter stattgefunden hat erwähne ich nur so nebenbei..

Die Isla Saona hat uns vom Strand und von den Schattenmöglichkeiten her besser gefallen. Ansonsten war dieser Tagesausflug wunderschön und unser Guide top. Das Tollste war der natürliche Pool (karibische Badewanne). Der Ausflug ist zu empfehlen. Die Beschreibung sollte dahingehend angepasst werden, dass der Ausflug mind. 12 Stunden geht (einschließlich Hin- und Rückfahrt) und dass auch Kinder dabei sind. Bei unserer Buchung wurde nur für Erwachsene geschrieben.
