Take a deep dive into the flavours and techniques of Thai cookery with this tempting experience. Starting with a market tour to select ingredients, we'll then begin our cooking class with Pui the master cook. Learn the Thai way of peeling, chopping, and slicing, and cook up a storm. Then it's time for a traditional Thai lunch around a large table so everyone gets to try each dish.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Köchin Pui ist sehr nett hilft und erklärt alles. Erst waren wir zusammen einkaufen und dann haben wir in toller Location gekocht. Wir waren eine große Gruppe von 10 Leuten, daher zog sich das Kochen für jeden und das Essen ist ein wenig abgekühlt aber jeder konnte von jedem mal kosten. Einfach super.

Ein durchweg super interessantes und lehrreiches Erlebnis für jeden Hobbykoch. In einigen Stunden, die Einkauf der Produkte auf einem regionalen Markt, Erklärung vieler dieser Marktprodukte (Gemüse, Obst, Fisch….) Vorbereitung und Zubereitung der einzelnen Speisen beinhaltet, erlernt man doch sehr wichtige, jedoch einfache „Geheimnisse“, die den speziellen und einzigartigen Geschmack der thailändischen Küche ausmachen. Und last but not least, man kann zuletzt all das leckere Essen kosten. SUPER!

The trip to the market was enjoyable and educational. The day was very well organised, Pui was very warm and friendly/ attentive and knowledgeable. The facilities were extremely clean, recipes were simple but tasty. Really enjoyed the day. The only downside was that the collection in the morning was an hour late, we were unaware of the delay as we did not receive the email.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! The whole day was great, from collecting our produce from the markets to making our dishes!! Pui and her sous chef were ????!! And my partner and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this ‘excursion’ (more like an experience) simply BRILLIANT!

Välorganiserat och pedagogiskt. Hade varit trevligt med en kort presentation av gruppen och de två som jobbade. Hade varit bra om aktiviteten tydligt avrundades så att vi visste när det var klart, lite av sammanfattning . På gränsen till för stor grupp - vi var 8. Mycket bra ordnat, fin lokal, roligt att få visas runt på marknaden. Toppen att få välja rätter själva. Väldigt god mat lagades. Vi är väldigt nöjda!

Great experience with Pui. Very friendly and explained the dishes and ingredients but I wish I remembered all the nuggets of wonderful information. Great other guests as well made this a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We made10 dishes in total amongst the group and tasted each others attempts.

Es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Die Reiseleiterin sehr kompetent und freundlich! Man hat einen großen Einblick in die thailändische Küche bekommen. Es hat großen Spaß gemacht! Das ganze Event war ausgezeichnet. Marktbesuch und Lebensmittelkunde sehr aufschlussreich. Location und Kochen einsame Spitze. Das Essen danach sehr sehr lecker. Pui ist ein fantastischer Coach und die Gruppe war ebenfalls super. Bilder und Rezepte wurden per Whatsapp am nächten Morgen geteilt. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Had a great morning, the market trip was fun and informative, the cooking class was a nice professional set up in a lovely setting, we did this on the last morning of our holiday and the food we made with the close guidance of our instructor, was the best Thai food I had all holiday!

Pui’s Thai cooking experience was just what we were craving to do after visiting the local markets. Pui allowed each couple in the group to choose 3 Thai dishes we would like to learn to cook & then helped us to source the ingredients from the market, Pui was extremely knowledgeable & taught us about the fruit & vegetables & spices of traditional Thai cuisine. Back at her beautiful home we rustled up our dishes & then ate them together, sampling each other’s cooking. Thanks Pui x

Pui is amazing! The course and location were extraordinary. Pui adjusted the dishes to our vegan diet requirement and they came out incredible!! The only downside is that they don’t have written recipes for any different dietary requirements and there’s only one version you can get, so you have to try to recreate and adjust them from memory. Although, Pui was very helpful and answered all our questions via WhatsApp afterwards.

Eine sehr freundliche Frau Pui hat uns durch den Tag geführt und uns alles erklärt. Besonders der Marktbesuch war für uns speziell aber interessant! Sie Räumlichkeiten sind perfekt und Piu ist perfekt organisiert. Ein paar Deutschkenntnisse sind auch vorhanden. Auf englischer Sprache gar kein Problem!

Markt was superleuk. Met het koken was het voornamelijk snijden. Je stond met het bereiden achter een wok en Pui deed de ingrediënten erin. Alleen een beetje roeren voor ons. In Bali maakte je ook zelf de boemboe. Vonden wij leuker. Het eten was erg lekker!

Sehr freundliche Ms Pui, die nicht nur auf dem Fresh Market eine Kräuter- und Lebensmittelkunde gab, sondern auch - wie eine Weltklasse Schachspielerin - das Kocherlebnis von 10 Teilnehmern überwachte und dirigierte. Das Ergebnis waren 14 verschiedene thailändische Gerichte, die von den Teilnehmern selbst gekocht und verkostet wurden. Zusätzliche schickte Ms Pui Fotos und Rezepte per WhatsApp und holte die Teilnehmer von ihren Hotels ab und brachte sie auch wieder zurück. Genial!

The experience was outstanding for me as a solo partaker as well as a great way for couples too enjoy their holiday and experience fabulous tastes with each other. Our guide was amazingly knowledgeable and with he food we bought and then cooked. The whole day was an amazing experience and I thoroughly enjoyed how to cook traditional Thai food which was exceedingly tasty. I would definitely revisit the cookery experience when I return to Thailand and enjoy trying different dishes to cook and eat.

Toll, toll, toll. Man kann sich die Gerichte aussuchen, die man gerne kochen möchte. Bei uns waren es 3 für je 2 Personen. Dann werden die Zutaten gemeinsam frisch eingekauft, Erklärungen inklusive. Anschließend wird gekocht und zusammen gegessen und hinterher bekommt man auch die Rezepte zugeschickt. Ich fand alles sehr lecker und hoffe, dass ich die Zutaten auch zuhause kaufen und zukünftig selbst unsere Lieblingsgerichte zubereiten kann. Unbedingte Empfehlung für alle, die kochen lieben.

Dieser Kochkurs war eine gelungene Veranstaltung! Die Inhaberin der Kochschule hat uns mit auf den Markt genommen, alle Lebensmittel erklärt und dann ging es auch schon an die Zubereitung. Ihre Küche ist sehr funktionell und alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Da wir nur eine kleine Gruppe waren, hat es natürlich noch mehr Spaß gemacht. Nachdem alles geschnitten und gekocht war, konnten wir uns ans Essen machen, was wirklich sehr lecker war. Diese Ausflug ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.!
