The pick up was late, with no warning from tui, The tui guide didn't apologies, then the whole experience felt like she rushed from start to finish . Elephants were beautiful, and the lunch provided was lovely. But we weren't given the program that was paid for, the whole day just felt rushed

Was a fabulous experience with the elephants. But, I will say, if you have mobility problems there are quite a few steps to go down after you've fed the elephants. The staff were very attentive. Really worth it though.

Guiden Bibi var väldigt informativ och trevlig. Elefanterna fått det bättre men är ändå väldigt kommersiellt då de behöver ställa upp på bilder. Väldigt mycket tillfällen för bilder… onödigt och påtvingande för elefanterna. Lunchstället var toppen. Allt smidigt med hämtning och avlämning.

Top Erlebnis! Das Event ist grundsätzlich sehr schön organisiert! Mann bereitet mit eigenen Händen das Essen der Elefanten zu und darf dieses dann aus nächster Nähe verfüttern, später an einer zweiten Stelle gibt es noch einen kleinen Snack und dann darf man den Elefanten beim Baden zusehen! Was man tatsächlich nicht braucht sind die Stopps um Fotos mit den Elefanten zu machen! Diese Erwartungshaltung hatte ich auch nicht an diesem Ausflug! Weniger wäre hier mehr ! Bitte überdenken !

Vi var uforstående overfor at på bekræftelse og TUI guide fortæller man skal have badetøj med fordi man skal forbi vandfaldet på denne tur også hvor der er mulighed for badning dette var ikke korrekt i henhold til tur guide. Vi konfronterede TUI guide med dette ved retur til hotel dette blev modtaget med en tak og det virkede til de var ret ligeglade. Men lokal guide på turen var super god til at inkludere alle trods forskellige nationaliteter

Bra ordnat, hjälpsam personal och fin lunch. På minus sidan är att upphämtning var ca 30 minuter sen så det blev lite bråttom under själva rundturen då andra grupper också skulle hinna med sin tur.

Absolutely amazing and great value for money the guide was very informative and knew plenty about the elephants it was amazing to seem them be free and not used to be ridden or taken advantage off we had plenty of time to go around the whole park and spend enough time with the elephants ??

Loved the Elephant Sanctuary. Making the protein ********** to feed the elephants allowed you to be hands on with them at feeding time. Enjoyed seeing them swim in the bathing area and hear them trumpet with excitement. Short trip to site in air conditioned min bus that was very comfortable. Lunch was excellent. Just need to warn customers that there are some steps down (not up) these are not always even so not ideal for those with mobility issues.

Overall half day Elephant Sanctuary was excellent. The guide mark was very knowledgeable and the transport (driver) was safe. We prepared the food for the elephants and feeding the elephants was just amazing. It was so good to see that the elephants were looked after so well. We finished the tour with a lovely Thai food. We requested for a vegetarian meal and this was provided at the restaurant. Excellent tour - thank you!

We purchased this trip to bath elephants a year ago at the same time as booking holiday. Due to policy change at the elephant sanctuary they no longer allow you to bath elephants. This information was not passed on to us by Tui who happily took our money and forgot about us. Also the guide was one hour late picking us up and did not communicate this to us. We would have chosen a different sanctuary had we known the experience. Our children were disappointed because of expectations not being met.

This still was fantastic. From the minute we were picked up until we were dropped off the guide was very informative and explained everything effectively. The elephants themselves were outstanding. We really enjoyed making and feeding them there food. The whole experience couldn't have been better. The only thing problem was the large number of steep steps we had to climb down, about 100 in total. This trip is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The excursion was excellent and the Tour Guide was exceptional, he was interesting, engaging, very chatty about the surrounding wildlife too. He is clearly incredibly passionate about the elephant sanctuary and loves his job and even came to our table at lunch and chatted to my family for 20 minutes. If I could give him 11 out of 10, i would!

The work the staff do at this sanctuary is incredible! Our guide was very informative and funny. We got to make the elephants food, feed them, and even walked with them. After the sanctuary, we stopped for food at a lovely restaurant which was absolutely delicious! Not the usual buffet stuff, but a small variety of Thai dishes. After we had a foot spa where our host told us about the flowers and plants used for the spa. It was a morning tour so we got back to our hotel around midday.

Otroligt bra dag! Vår guide Mike tog sig tid för alla, berättade och informerade om hur allt fungerade för elefanterna på plats på ett tydligt sätt och lyssnade och svarade på alla frågor som dök upp. Hela turen var bra planerad och strukturerad och fotspa och en fin och vällagad lunch som avslutning var pricken över i:et på en perfekt förmiddag. Rekommenderar starkt denna upplevelse!

Gewoon een hele leuke ervaring. We waren met twee kinderen van 7 en 4 en een baby. Ik had gewild dat ik een draagzak had meegenomen, was best sjouwen met een maxi cosi en kon de yoyo kinderbuggy niet meenemen. Verder werden we half uurtje te laat opgehaald en was het best prijzig in tegenstelling tot als je het zelf op het strand zou boeken. Al met al dikke aanrader hoor! Ook als volwassene.

Not enjoy being in a mixed language group as it took guide twice as long to describe everything.The English contingent (4) were quiet during talk to Germans (6) but the Germans chatted all the way through ours. Thought that was poor manners.

Our guide James was lovely, friendly and pretty good english to have a fun chat. The elephant tour was beauituful and everything was explained well. Then we had a foot spa experience and a lovely authentic thai lunch, everything was very good.

Der Guide „James“ war super!Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles prima organisiert und natürlich alle Mitarbeiter freundlich, hilfsbereit usw. Alle sind sehr behutsam mit den Elephanten umgegangen und die Pfleger kümmern sich rührend um die großen Tiere.

Es war nicht weit weg in Khao Lak direkt. Mit Shittle Bus in kleiner Gruppe war angenehm. Man hat andere Gruppen nicht gesehen oder Zeitdruck. Wir durften Elefanten essen zubereiten und füttern. Fotos wurden auch gemacht gegen Gebühr. Zum schluss waren Sie im Becken schwimmen. Wir durften vom Rand aus zusehen. Es war sehr heiss deshalb waren die Überdachungen sehr angenehm. Leider hatte ich Elefanten in der natürlichen Umgebung erwarter. Ich nahm an wir durfen mit ihnen ins Wasser und slreicheln

The Eco Khao Lak tour company are amazing- we had Non and he was brilliant. Lunch was stunning also. One thing, on the experience page when booking, it implies that you will bathe the elephants however this does not happen. This needs updating as other families were not happy.

We loved our half day visit to the elephant sanctuary to make breakfast and feed the elephants. Our guide, Non, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The lunch in Khaolak was delicious and we enjoyed the foot spa and craft painting afterwards. It was a great half day out, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and we appreciated the love and care the staff gave to the elephants.

Sen sijaan retki itsessään oli todella hyvä ja eettisyyden puolestakin parempi kuin monet muut, koska turistit saivat syöttää ja valokuvata norsuja ja katsoa parin norsun kylpemistä altaassa, mutta ei muuta. Opas Non oli loistava ja puhui erittäin hyvää englantia. Lapset pitivät retkestä myös

This was an amazing trip, the guide was brilliant with a lot of knowledge of the elephants. There were a few other activities included and the food at lunchtime was amazing

Waren met ouders en onze kinderen. Onze gids (non) was echt super nam alle tijd vertelde alles op zijn gemak. Hij maakte echt de dag compleet. Verder de locatie is heel mooi en de olifanten hebben het echt goed daar. Een aanrader voor jong en oud voor een leuke halve dag. De lunch was overigens ook zeer goed.

I loved the food preparation & feeding the elephants. Would have preferred more time with the elephants rather than having lunch even though the lunch was superb
