Phuket is famed for beaches and temples. And while this trip visits both, it also takes in lesser-known treasures such as a cashew nut factory and Gem's Gallery. Afterwards, there'll be time to check out the Chalong Temple and Patong beach.You'll know you're about to arrive at your first stop when you can smell the aroma of freshly roasted cashew nuts. Tour the factory and see how the nuts are made from the locally grown cashew fruit. And you'll sample some at the end. Next, head to Gem's Gallery to take a look at its collection of handmade gold and silver diamond rings.For a spot of culture, you'll visit the amazing Wat Chalong, the largest temple in Phuket. Learn about Buddhism, wander round the impressive gardens and climb to the top floor terrace for great views of the grounds. You'll continue to Patong beach. You'll have free time to do as you please – chill on the beach or check out the street markets.

Väldigt trevlig och bra guide, samt chaufför som verkligen såg till att man fick ut det mesta av upplevelsen! Fick mycket trevliga bilder, hittade mycket kul och vi kände att vi fick till oss rolig och relevant fakta.

Kaksi kauppakeskusta joissa molemmissa ollaa kaksi tuntis, oli liian paljon. Yksi kohde olisi riittänyt.

Retki ei vastannut millään tavalla kuvausta jolla sitä myytiin. Retki kesti 12.5 tuntia eli aivan liian kauan. Käytiin kahdessa eri kauppakeskuksessa joista ei ole mitään mainintaa retken kuvauksessa. Lisäksi se tärkein eli Patong beachillä oleva oma aika puuttui lähes täysin. Sitä aikaa jäi tunti ja meidät jätettiin kauas rannasta eli rannasta ei ehninyt nauttia ollenkaan koska matka sinne oli pitkä parkkipaikalta. Todella pettynyt retkeen ja vaadin rahat takaisin.

My wife tripped over at the first stop, the gem gallery, and ended up in hospital with 2 broken shoulders. The gem gallery need to review their health and safety. The guide, Ann, was brilliant though and we cannot thank her enough

Wij hadden een trip geboekt met 3 stops. De cashewnoten, het goud en zilver en patong beach ( hier was ook winkelcentrum). Wat schetst onze verbazing. We zijn net vertrokken en horen dat er 6 stops zijn, waarvan 2 bij grote winkelcentra. Om 4 uur waren wij bij patong met winkelcentrum om hier tot 6 uur te blijven. Totale onzin. Dezelfde winkels als het andere winkelcentrum. Hierdoor stonden wij mega in de file om terug te komen naar ons hotel. De reisleidster sliep onderweg. Wat een flop!!!!!!

Uns hat gefallen: klimatisierter Bus Nette und informierte Tourleiterin Man lernt sehr viel von Phuket kennen Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Durch den starken Verkehr am Abend zieht sich die Heimfahrt sehr lange Man besucht zwei verschiedene Malls, eine wäre aber absolut ausreichend.

This is a good trip if you enjoy shopping. I booked it because it fit my schedule and other tours I wanted to take were already booked. The stop at the big shopping area is long, but there is enough to keep you entertained if you enjoy seeing how others live day to day and you like to shop too. The stop in the walking area of Old Town Phuket was very enjoyable and entertaining. It would be nice if the guide spoke on the long van rides and narrated about the local area, etc.

In the description it states 4-8 hrs but it actually took 14 hrs which was far too long we didn’t get back to our hotel until 9.45 pm.We didn’t need to visit the last shopping centre and could have been back 1.5hrs earlier which would have got us back by 8.15 which would be more acceptable.the guide and driver were very friendly and helpful. It was just too long and very tiring for older disabled people.

The gem gallery was waste of time as we were pestered by staff we just wanted to look and maybe buy but off putting - nut factory a waste of time, told we would be 4-8 hours but we were out for 13 hours as traffic was stationary in Phuket areas loved the temple, some of shopping malls not enough time given in shopping areas

The day was too long - 12 hours. I think that Patong beach could be left out. Only 1 shopping mall not 2 shopping malls Guide Anne and the driver were really good

Das war ein sehr interessanter und schöner Tag. Wir hatten viel Zeit zum Einkaufen und um uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten anzusehen. Der Tourguide hatte alles prima und ausführlich in Englisch erklärt. Leider dauerte die Rückfahrt von der Patong-Beach (die 6. und letzte Station dieser Tour) bis zu unserem Hotel in Khao Lak ca. 3 Stunden, sodass wir erst um 22.00 dort wieder ankamen.

Uitstekende flexibele gids. 3 shoppingmalls bezoeken is te veel. Tijd gemaakt om Big Budda te beklimmen, zeer de moeite waard. Ik zou Big Budda opnemen in de experiance. Ligt vlak bij Wat Chalong. Top dag!

Helheten var bra men smyckes stoppet kändes onödigt för våran del. Den skulle man plockat bort känner jag.Vill man köpa diamanter så skulle det finnas enbart en sådan resa, till och med guiden höll med om det. Annars helt ok och en toppen guide med mycket bra engelska!
