Only driver on bus, no Tui guide, tickets/vouchers not checked, only surname asked for. Driver dropped us at winery early and staff there were still setting up as they had been harvesting the vines until just before arrival. No one really knew what to do. Once the tasting and tour officially started it was fantastic. Host was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. Wine and food was amazing. Family run business that we were glad we were able to support/buy wine from.

The lady who presented the wines to be tasted was very accommodating, knowledgeable and spoke very clearly. It could have been a longer afternoon ! 😂 I thought it was expensive in the sense that for those picked up at the last location it was only a ten minute drive compared to others who were from hotels further away.

The guide was lovely and very professional. We would have liked a txt confirming pick up time and what transport to watch out for. As we got to bus station early as requested and pick up was late we ete just wondering if the visit was on when mini bus turned up

A short drive from our hotel which was great. The taxi driver didn’t speak and just dropped us off and left, no body came to greet us so we just sat down at the table outside. After a while the lady came out and spoke to us about the wine. I didn’t get the name of the vine yard we visited. Neither of us were keen on the four wines we tried (1 white and 3 reds, sadly no rose) but the food was lovely and the tour very informative. It lasted about 1.5hrs.

Fantastic! The guide at the vineyard was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. She gave us lots of information but in an easy to understand way. We arrived and had the tasting all sat outside together followed by a tour of the vineyard and factory. We got to try 4 wines from the vineyard along with olive oil also produced on site. The tour and tasting was 1.5 hrs total which we found to be just right. We were very happy with this tour and would recommend it.

This is one of the best wine tasting experiences we’ve had well organised tasted for wines bread dried meat cheese was all for us in informative about the wine different types how it is grown couldn’t ask for anything more and they talked through the ground conditions and how they grow the grapes make it and borrow it definitely do this again when I’m back here, and it’s the best olive oil we have ever tasted. We got two bottles a bit expensive but worth every penny.😉😃

Having the tasting round a dinner table, with other guests was very good. The information was very informative but also enjoyable. The tour was not too long in the production sheds Would highly recommend, which we did on return to our hotel.

Good range of wines to taste, four in total. Accompanied by tapas. Wine tour was informative but short. No opportunity to get near the wine groves. Beautiful none the less.. The vineyard was just two stops from Bardolino so nice easy bus ride up the hill and dropped off.

Very expensive for what it is, our 15yr old had to pay full price but there were no soft drinks only water provided. Tasted 4 wines, the lady had great knowledge and the short tour around the facilities was good, but we didn't get to see the vines etc. And no option to buy any wine at the end!

It was only a short bus ride to the vineyard in a small bus, hence no guide or commentary, I had expected to see and here a bit about the countryside, should be made more clear the trip is only about 2.5 hours, not a half day. The actual winery tour was informative , but the wines presented for tasting were a bit bland, with one of them seeming to be an experiment that went wrong and using the tour to get rid!

I felt that this wine tasting was overpriced for what you got. Next time I would have a good bottle of Barollo and sit at a cafe at the Lakeside and still it would be better value for money. We tasted 5 wines. with a 50ml amount in each glass. They’re obviously conserving what they are producing. I would also say I have tasted better wine at Aldi. Oh no Tui rep with us either. Obviously one to avoid by them. Won’t do it again and certainly wouldn’t advise others not to waste their money.

Great experience - guide gave good explanation of the vines - the soils in which the vines grow to produce the different flavours. How they are picked and processed to make the different wines. Good all round experience and friendly staff. Opportunity to purchase products - enjoyed the time spent.

The guide from the winery was very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. She gave background to a lot of the processes involved in the winemaking and was very willing to go into the processes in more depth if asked about them. The inclusion of the olive oil tasting was inspired. It was unfortunate that the transport returned slightly early before having a chance j to purchase some of the wine.

easy pick up on time at bus station and could identify bus! Good aircon and needed. Short drive to vineyard above Bardolino. Good reception,Table set in covered patio overlooking vines. 5 wines tasted and one olive oil. Nice selection of bread,cheeses and local meats with wines. Tour of production with good information on stages even though no grapes were being pressed at this time in season.

The tour was excellent, Daniela explained the process & took us into their historic cellar. We were given lots of different wines to taste and could opt for different ones if we preferred. The food supplied was plentiful. Overall was good value for the money and we purchased some of the wine we tasted too!

Great vineyard,close to Garda (previous tours more time on pick up,journey,return than at vineyard) Taxis used direct? but we were looking out for tour bus and nearly missed pick up at bus station? Good food/8 wines tasted(drunk?) They were expensive to buy but select organic producer and great explanation of different varieties,tour and setting of tasting-comfortable chairs,under cover but with great views.!

It was a great tour , unfortunately the pickup was 30mins late and with no phone number to conntact TUI we had to tx via the app to find out what was happening….when the bus did arrive fellow passengers had received a tx giving an update on the delay. I never received this. The tour was great & thoroughly enjoyed the experience with delicious wine & copious amounts of cheese & cold meats to accompany.

It was very well organised and you get to taste various wines. Also served bread with olive oil produced there too. Then lovely platters of meat & cheeses to complement the wine. Very informative during tasting followed by a tour. Only a smallish winery but very good. No safety information issued and floor wet in parts and a dog roaming around ( who was friendly but there were two young children in attendance).

This was an amazing trip to a beautiful vineyard. The hosts were friendly and very informative. We had a tour around the wine cellars which wasn’t rushed and our group asked lots of questions. We then sat in a beautiful shaded setting and enjoyed tasting 6 wines, red and white and ate beautiful bread, cheeses and meats. It was wonderful from start to finish, highly recommend this trip if you love wine.

Picked up in minivan with another couple, no information on where we were going, to meet bus? to vineyard? 40 or so minute drive with no information. Once there it was a group of 10 in total. Tasting and tour was excellent and Daniel the guide was so good at explaining the process and the enthusiasm the family have for their products.

We were disappointed with a few elements of this tour. The wine was all red apart from one sparkling whilst we are white wine drinkers. There was no chance to walk around outside in the vineyard, we were sat at a table and then looking at the small indoor area where the grapes are pressed and wine is stored. The visit lasted less than 2 hours which was not great value. The plus points were the knowledgeable hostess at the vineyard and the nice people on the tour who made the trip more pleasant

This was a great trip. Our journey to the winery was very comfortable. The guide from the winery was very knowledgeable and was very happy to answer any questions asked. He was very entertaining and very generous with the wines he let us taste. The food that provided was also very good. This was an excellent trip and would highly recommend it.

The family run vineyard was set in a beautiful location in the hills. Very knowledgeable about the wines we tasted and food delicious! The only dislike was how the taxis arrived just after 2hrs and we had to end tour abruptly and felt so sorry for the lady doing the tour as we had to quickly buy some wine and leave! The tour does state 2-4 hours and felt 2 hours not long enough!

Our tour was to Tenuta La Ca, a small relatively new winery located not far from Cisano located in a very gorgeous hilly part surrounded by lots of vines and olive trees. The tour was very relaxed, after we sat under a covered area of the building looking out to the vines and we sampled numerous wines which was enjoyed with cheeses and meats. The guide was very informative and made the whole experience very relaxed. I completely recommend this tour as it was different to others I’d been on.

We were presented 5 wines but only offered 4 to taste. We arrived early to board a bus. There was a taxi there with no TUI sign visible. Our pick up was 10 minutes late, the taxi driver was preparing to leave. I went and asked if he was TUI, and he got his sign from the floor, waving it at me as if I should have seen it. He'd had every opportunity to make himself known to us, but did not. Then, he angrily drove like a maniac, which led to me losing my phone in the car. No photo's, much distress

We were picked up 20 minutes late and we had no Tui guide on board, so had to make our own way to the vine yard and make sure we were all on board before our return. The tour on the vine yard and the information about the premise was interesting. The wine tasting was excellent and the generosity of bread, cheese and hams made it a perfect afternoon.

An enjoyable experience. Offered a bottle of water on arrival which was well received. A little awkward at the beginning with the first minibus arriving 5-10 minutes before the second group arrived. All sat around a large table. Everyone was chatting together by the end of the tour and tasting though. Very informative lady who showed us around as well as the man who worked there, who collects the grapes and does all the preparation involved in producing wine.

Couldn't fault anything. We opted for the package because it included transfer to the vineyard....all the other tours needed us to find our own way there which is hard with so few taxis in Lake Grda

I little time with the option to purchase wine. The whole experience and scenery was exceptional, made more enjoyable by the friendly staff and other wine tasters in our company.

Enjoyed the experience very much. Very informative guide at the vineyard and willing to answer questions and engage with guests. Enjoyed tasting the wines and the tour around. Only downside was wish it could of lasted longer.
