What to expect
This tour takes you through the ancient and modern parts of the city of Dubai. On the way to the old center of Dubai, you will be able to take some pictures at the Palace of the Ruler of Dubai-Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. You will then continue to Dubai Creek which runs across old Dubai. You will then continue for a ride on the local water taxi, known as 'Abra' on the Dubai Creek. You will enjoy the waterfront from the sea and then head to the peculiar Deira district. Here you will be amazed by the aromatic spice souq and the exquisite gold jewelry.In the modern part of Dubai, you will head to Madinat Jumeirah for a photostop featuring the iconic Burj Al Arab. Then drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's main thoroughfare. After this, you'll enjoy some free time at the Souk Al Bahar, an authentic re-creation of an old marketplace that combines stands from the traditional Middle Eastern shopping culture with boutique brands.You'll then continue to the Dubai Mall, the biggest shopping mall in the world, to experience a stunning view of Dubai from the 124th floor of Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building ever with its 828 meters. You will also have time to shop inside and visit the Dubai Aquarium and watch the fountain show in the evening.

Unser Ausflug war an einem Samstag---schlechter Tag. Mo - Fr ist wahrscheinl. besser. Schon die Abholung war erst 14.00, dann nach Rückfrage 13.00. Da saßen wir dann bis 13:45. Danach war es ganz in Ordnung. Wir hatten noch die 124. Etage mit gebucht. Leider waren wir allein von der Gruppe und wurden allein dorthin geschickt. Es war schon zu spät für Aquarium und Tower. Wir mussten sehr hetzen, da erst 18:30 dort abgesetzt wurden. Sollten aber schon 20:15 bei Tower sein. Staden dann 2,5Std.an...

Die Tour war leider sehr hektisch und wir sind die einzigen gewesen welche mit Burj Khalifa und Aquarium gebucht hatten. Wir waren auf uns allein gestellt und hatten durch langes warten am Khalifa viel zu wenig Zeit um entspannt alles anzusehen. Der Transfer zum Hotel war zu knapp, alles schnell, schnell. Der Preis war auch zu hoch.

Booking with Tui was great,Megan at the Sittingbourne office took time to help us make our choices. The staff at Dubai Airport were very helpful and this includes the driver who took us to the hotel. He was very respectful and helpful. We had a few issues at hotel. We were put in a smoking room with issues with lights not working at times,the smoke detector in the room which had green flickering light made it difficult for us to sleep on the first two nights. However, after speaking to the hotel operator (AJ) who was very polite and helpful, our room was changed which was great. We booked our excursions via Tui app which made it easy to manage our daily activities. All the drivers including the tour guide were amazing except the driver who picked us up at the Dubai Mall tourist bus stop area. He did not speak to us at all,not even a thank you from us would prompt him to say a word to us. It could be a language barrier issue? On the whole our experience for this trip was fantastic and we are looking forward to book our next trip with Tui.

Fantastic trip which covered lots of the sights we wanted to see. Very well organised and our tour guide Muhammad and driver Ahmed were both fantastic. Felt like we got a lot out of it and it was good value for money

Our guide was great, however a 10.30am pick up turned into 2pm. We had 10 mins up the Burj Khalifa, missed fountains, returned at 9.45pm missing dinner. An enforced stop at a 'craft market' was a v pushy, awkward sales pitch. I didn't expect to spend 45 mins there when we paid £450 for the experienc
