Know in advance:
Receive the redemption voucher in a separate email 24 hours prior to your travel date or within 60 minutes for the same day travel
The Etisalat shops are open 24/7. You can collect your eSIM/SIM Card anytime upon your arrival in Abu Dhabi Airport, Dubai Airports, Sharjah Airport, or any city-wide locations across UAE
SIM card activation using a passport is exclusively for tourists. UAE citizens and residents must present their Emirates ID for SIM activation
According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one eSIM/SIM Card can be issued per passport
The passport holder must be at least 18 years old and present at the moment of eSIM/SIM activation
All bookings for UAE SIM cards are accepted on behalf of KMTH Trading LLC (a TDRA approved SIM distributor) and all eSIM/SIM activations are done within the UAE

Ik ben tevreden over het gebruik van de lokale SIM kaart voor VAE en de prijs die hiervoor betaald moet worden. Maar ik ben zeker niet tevreden over de service t.a.v. de "pick-up" van de kaart. De tijd tussen aankomst en (via TUI geboekte) transfer is te kort om kaart op het vliegveld op te halen door de rij in de winkel. Als alternatief kan de kaart ook nog opgehaald bij een lokale winkel van Etisalat. Ondanks het volgnummer systeem werden lokale klanten eerder geholpen. Lange wachttijd.

I ordered an eSIM (as I wanted to keep my home number in cad so needed it for online banking, WhatsApp, and other authentication. However when I arrived the issue me with a physical SIM card, which I realised after they gave it to me. Initially they said they could not change it to an eSIM then. It took a good 10-15 minutes of back and forth and two different companies to get it changed. Initially their response was that it was my fault and it was too late to correct. they should ask beforehand

Sim-card voor Dubai. Prima geregeld, bij aankomst bagage ophalen en zodra je de bagagehal uitgaat zit daar kitmytrip. Voucher inleveren en de simcard wordt door hen in je telefoon geplaatst. Genoeg data en ook nog wat extra belminuten. Geen zorgen over hoge kosten bij je Nederlandse abonnement.

Fungerar som angivet. Fick instruktion om att gå till kitmytrip. När vi kom dit fick vi vänta en stund innan de skickade vidare oss till en annan butik i närheten. Tog förvånansvärt lång tid att få simkortet, men lätt att installera även vid dualsim.

Todo rápido y sencillo. En la terminal se ocuparon de colocarnos tarjetas y activarlo. Rápido, barato y sin dificultad, lo recomiendo 100% ya que por mucho que te comentan que en Dubai siempre hay wifi siempre necesitas de más, ejemplo para mirar mapa, pago con tarjeta virtual en taxi, info, etc ..

Gutes und zentrales Hotel in der Nähe der Mall of the Emirates. Gepflegte und schöne Zimmer. Ausstattung neuwertig. Genügend Stauraum. Personal sehr feundlich und bemüht. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder in dieses Hotel.
