Roberto, um dos nossos guias locais, diz: "O deserto de Viana é o pedaço do Saara de Boa Vista. Sua areia é soprada do oeste da África, criando enormes dunas, que vamos subir e descer." Não deixe pedra sobre pedra ao visitar o naufrágio na praia de Santa Maria, antes de parar na vila de Sal Rei e Povoação Velha. Além disso, há um almoço à beira-mar em um restaurante à beira-mar.A diversão começa no deserto de Viana. Sinta o vento no seu cabelo enquanto você atravessa as dunas de areia em um 4x4. Então, você parte para descobrir o naufrágio enferrujado do Cabo de Santa Maria – um símbolo de Boa Vista. Roberto diz: "Há cerca de 150 naufrágios nas ilhas de Cabo Verde, mas este é o mais misterioso de todos. É um ótimo lugar para tirar uma selfie também." Você fará uma parada rápida em Sal Rei para dar uma olhada no píer de pesca da capital, antes de um almoço de origem local ser servido em um restaurante de praia próximo.A próxima parada é em Povoação Velha – o assentamento mais antigo da ilha. Dê uma volta por este vilarejo isolado e aproveite para dar uma olhada na vida local, antes da nossa parada final, a praia de Santa Monica. Com 15 km de areia branca e dunas ondulantes, não é de se espantar que tenha sido eleita uma das 10 melhores praias do mundo. O lugar perfeito para terminar o passeio.

Unser Fahrer Nelson war der Beste. Er wusste genau wie er fährt und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. Wenn man bedenkt, welche Verantwortung die Fahrer haben, Hut ab. Was ausbaufähig ist, ist das Sandboarding. Da könnte man ruhig öfter runter rutschen und nicht nur 1x oder mehr Boards zur Verfügung stellen.

We’ve done this tour every time we visit Cape Verde. It’s amazing! The shipwreck is worth seeing but won’t be there for much longer. The guides are amazing especially Paulo and they make it more fun and realistic. The roads are very bumpy but good fun. Food is lovely and amazing views in the beach bar. Would definitely do this trip again next time I visit.

Als aller erstes war die Reiseleiterin Becky leider kein Gewinn. Mit dem Versuch, witzig zu sein, hat sie das Niveau dieses Ausflugs wirklich nach unten gezogen. Es gab viel zu wenige Informationen über Land und Leute. Die einzelnen Steps waren zum Teil sehr schlecht gewählt (die Kirche) und zum Teil auch viel zu kurz gehalten. (der Besuch der Hauptstadt Sal Rei). Der angekündigte Traum Strand (angeblich der der sechst beste der ganzen Welt) lag an einer Hotel Ruine. Sandboarding muss nicht sein

Stefan and George were fantastic guides answering any questions put to them. Only downside was the food. Wasn’t too clever and maybe the beach stop at Santa Monica could do with a lifeguard. Waves very big. A catastrophe waiting to happen

Throughly enjoyed everything a good day out considering there’s not much to do on the island. Paulo our guide & Nelson our driver were great!! Very informative and Nelson with his camera really captured are day and made it so special. Lunch with drinks was good at Morabeza & the sand boarding also. Would highly recommend.

Une belle expérience alors que nous n’aimons pas les excursions en groupe. Notre guide était super chouette. Les visites étaient bien choisies. Notre repas était délicieux dans un cadre idéal. Notre chauffeur était aussi au top. On recommande. Attention: les mises en garde de sécurité sont réelles car cela secoue beaucoup à bord du 4x4

Die Tour ist ideal, um viel von der Insel an einem Tag zu sehen. Die Fahrer der Jeeps sind sehr geübt, sodass die vielen off-road Fahrten erträglich sind. Leider hatte man nach dem Mittagessen kaum Zeit, noch ein wenig zu entspannen. Auch der Aufenthalt am Santa Monica beach war knapp bemessen. Insgesamt aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert. Die Organisation und Abholung hat wunderbar geklappt.

It was a good trip, we drove a lot in a car, through rough terrain and it is not comfy. Lunch was served in Morabeza Beach Club- simple and tasty. Guide and driver were attentive and gave us information through the day. Stop at the beach at the end of the tour was refreshing.

Preis Leistung passt nicht. Bei lokalem Anbieter wird mehr angeboten für 30% günstigeren Preis. Guide beantwortet Fragen nur oberflächlich und vermittelt den Eindruck am besten nicht zu fragen. Über die einheimische Kultur wird so gut wie gar nicht berichtet. Durch unnötige Fahrten quer durch die Prärie bekommt man den Eindruck das hier die Tour in in die Länge gezogen wird, um aus einem Halbtagesausflug ein Tagesausflug zu machen. Hinweis vom Guide ja Trinkgeld für den Fahrer und Fotografen .

Sand boarding was a great experience, but could have been good if it was a couple or more goes. The jeep was comfortable and cool. The ship wreck was good to see, but the rubbish around needs a bit of tidying up. The food was probably the only let down of the day. Chicken over cooked, steak under and over cooked. Too many flies and no deterrent. Welcome drink was very thick. The chapel & the beach/swim were both very good. Guide was good and you felt safe.

Super Reiseleiterin, super Fahrer !! Viel Spaß, Abwechslung und Unterhaltung. Gutes Essen. Einzig der Stop in Sal Rai war zu kurz ( nur 30min ). 20min gingen schon für's Anstehen für das leckere Eis in der Eisdiele drauf ... ! Unterm Strich aber absolut zu empfehlen !!

Really enjoyed the day Stefan our guide was really good giving great insight in to the island . Tour had all aspects a bit of fun with the sand boarding some good food and highlight the fantastic beach at the end of the trip and the best part met some great people who helped make the whole holiday so memorable.

Ein toller Ausflug um etwas über die Insel zu erfahren und zu erleben. Das Sandboarding war cool jedoch etwas kurz und nicht so aufregend wie gedacht. Vom Schiffswrack ist leider auch nicht mehr viel zu sehen, liegt aber nicht an TUI sondern am Zahn der Zeit. Mittagessen war Klasse, tolles Lokal super Atmosphäre. Alles in allem ein toller Tag und eine gefundene Abwechslung zum Strandalltag. Preis ist für die Leistung gerechtfertigt, Fahrer und Reiseleitung top, kann man nicht meckern.

We had the 4x4 tour on 26/06 (Friday), and I just wanted to say that Paulo was absolutely amazing. He is honestly one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. You can immediately tell that he truly loves what he does. He spoke about his country with so much passion, pride and heart that it made the whole experience incredibly special. It wasn’t just a tour – thanks to Paulo, we actually got to understand and appreciate Boa Vista and Cape Verde in a completely different way.

Alles war perfekt organisiert, wir hatten tolle Guides und einen sicheren und sehr freundlichen Fahrer. Das Essen war sehr lecker, Badestopp wurde kurzfristig verlegt, da am Santa Monica Beach nicht gebadet werden durfte. Somit dort ein Stopp zum Anschauen und Bewundern. Alles in allem ein toller Tag!

Wir haben uns mehr von der Tour erhofft, haben sehr viel Zeit im Auto verbracht, dafür viel zu wenig Informationen über die Insel und keinen Einblick in das Leben der Einheimischen bekommen Direkt am Anfang waren wir in einer Bar, was total unnötig war. Dafür in Sal Rei nur 25 Minuten Zeit gehabt, viel zu wenig Zeit um in der Stadt etwas zu sehen oder Souvenirs einzukaufen. An der Santa Monika Strand dann 1 Stunde verbracht, viel zu lange. Das Mittagessen in der Strandbar war sehr gut.

Andere Anbieter bieten deutlich mehr Programm zu diesem Preis. Die Reiseleiterin hat leider Rückfragen nur sehr gelangweilt oder gar nicht beantwortet. Positiv war unser Fahrer. Dieser hat deutlich mehr über das Leben auf Boa Vista zu erzählen gehabt.

The only thing that we were not overly impressed with was the stay in Sal Rei. As usual a queue for the WC and a not so pleasant encounter with a local resident. Have to say our guide, when he was made aware, along with the help of a police officer sorted it out. The initial restaurant we visited was good. The lunchtime restaurant was amazing. We also have to mention our driver. We all enjoyed the banter. Last but not least we made 4 brilliant friends with fellow passengers. Thank you

Die Tour war insgesamt sehr schön. Das Sandboarding war nicht unbedingt nötig, aber das ist wohl Geschmacksache. Ganz besonders gut hat uns der Besuch des Santa Monica Beachs gefallen ebenso wie die Wüstenrot, die gerne noch länger hätte dauern können. Aber alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Tour, die preislich vielleicht etwas hochpreisig war.

Ich bin es leid jedes mal nach Trinkgeld für die Fahrer durch den Guide angesprochen zu werden. Der Befehlston des Guides war unmöglich und jedes mal hat sie angemerkt das sie schon alles bezahlt hat, wenn wir Stops beim essen oder trinken hatten. Nicht sie hat es bezahlt sondern wir! Außerdem ähneln die Ausflüge immer mehr Kaffeefahrten, ein Stop nach dem anderen um den Touris das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Es ist viel angenehmer von sich aus Trinkgeld zu geben und nicht gezwungen wird.

Unsere Reiseleiterin Bekki und die Fahrer waren top, ein tolles Erlebnis! Einzig der sandboarding Hügel könnte durchaus etwas größer sein. Und schade dass wir am Santa Monika beach nicht baden konnten aber dafür kann ja niemand etwas.

Bonjour, la jeep n'était pas adaptée aux personnes âgées. Les excursions étaient banales, il n'y avait rien de très intéressant. 30 min de visite dans la capitale, ce n'est clairement pas assez. Le restaurant en bord de mer était bien. La plage de ce côté-là est bien mieux qu'à Santa Monica. La petite chapelle, aucun intérêt. La plage Santa Monica, aucun intérêt, c'est une plage beaucoup trop sauvage. Par contre, le chauffeur et le guide étaient parfaits!

Die geschossenen Geländewagen mit Klimaanlage waren echt gut aber auch mehr als Sinnvoll, da bei den offenen Geländewagen der Konkreten sie Sicherheit zu schlecht ist und der Sonnenbrand garantiert ist.

Nous sommes arrivés mercredi et nous n'avons eu la rencontre avec le responsable TUI que le samedi après midi . Donc nous étions obligés de faire l'excursion avec des anglais sinon avec les français c'était après notre retour... dommage pour le manque d'organisation sur place : quand le responsable est en vacances il faut le remplacer pour l'accueil des touristes!

Overpriced for what you get. The highlight was the shipwreck, this is nothing more than a rustbucket. The majority of the time you spend in te jeep on the dirt roads with nothing to see. Stops are too short especially Sal Rei where you can do some shopping but then again one hour at the beach? The best of the tour was the piece of tuna for lunch. For me this is a tourist trap
