Pick up was nearly 20mins late. Appreciate the tipping culture but keep being told they don’t get paid unless you tip. Don’t like the hard sell from just about everyone involved. People from other countries may be more used to it but not the uk. Otherwise, loved the speedboat experience and the snorkelling over the reef.

We got to the start only to find we couldn’t do the snorkelling due to the breeze. Then there was a show which had no relevance to the tour, just another way to get tips. When we finally got to the speedboat that was great until our boat was faulty and kept stopping. We were told about the snorkelling once we had got to the start by coach and felt we couldn’t say no. We paid over £50 then £15 tax and then £30 for photos. Not great value for money.

Es ist ein großes Touristenareal, der Tourguide ist die ganze Zeit anwesend, außer beim Schnorcheln(ca 30 Min.). Maya-Zeremonie ca 30 min, man wird mit eingebunden, anschließend geht man zu den Booten, wird eingewiesen und fährt dann raus. Am Ende gibt es etwas frittiertes mit Zwiebeln und Tomate. Man kann ein Bier für 7 USD kaufen. Vorher nach dem Preis fragen!!! Fotos die der Tourguide macht kann man für 49 USD als Download kaufen. Es macht viel Spaß und man sollte es definitiv buchen.

Outstanding activity with really good friendly staff. Big shout out to Flash, our guide/Captain. Traditional ceremony dancers were fantastic, set the sense before going out on the water. Boats were fast and exhilarating through the mangoes with a 25 minutes ride before stopping in the ocean for a 25 minute snorkel. The road back enabled us to swap drivers which was a plus for us as we both wanted to drive the speed boat. ???

We booked for a family of four but were told they did not have enough four person boats. My wife had to sit out and was in tears the whole time without any alternative being arranged. Lots of people there that could have driven her but she was left all alone crying for an hour. This was the only alternative to avoid disappointing our children and wasting the trip as it was clear there would be no refund.

Speed boat was great, could have done with coming back a different way on the way back from the reef which a different tour did previously. The food when you get back was awful, ended up with stomach issues. Staff on arrival don’t tell you that you can rent lockers for $5 deposit, we ended up taking our bag with us on the speed boat. Overall would highly recommend, kids loved it.

The overall price for this excursion was fab! But was disappointed on the prices they were charging to buy your photos. Which is a shame because it was a one in a lifetime experience. The actual place and excursion itself was great! Big shout out to Tony our guide and all of the staff who made sure we had the best time!

The port tax which is payable on arrival along with the additional insurance for the boats increases the cost by approx 50% - it was a good experience but very expensive, then the taxi, mayans, boat guide, restaurant, bar all expecting tips on top of an already expensive trip. Then the photos are $29 per photo or approx $120 for all which is absurd. They are good photos but I think they are charging way too much.

Christian the guide was fantastic really felt safe. The speed boats were amazing and had loads of fun driving them too and from the snorkelling spot. The little ceremony at the beginning was also very good and the pictures and video of the trip was brilliant. I didn’t even notice the drone filming us. Nice short tour and I’d say it’s one I’d definitely do again.

Amazing but not for the faint hearted! The mayan show was great, really accessible for all. We then drove our own speedboats as part of a convoy through the lagoon and out to sea at high speed! We had 25 mins for snorkelling at the coral reef and then drove back in our boats and were given a small snack of 3 tacos. The pictures were good but there are deals to be done. The staff were all excellent and I would definitely recommend. More info in advance would be helpful.

The reason I didnt give them a 10 it’s because they started late and tried to rush the swimming part. Actually gave us about 10 min. When they took us through the bridge runnig the rope burned the tip of my fingers so be careful. I was in pain plus the salt water getting on my rope burned was painful. Also the snack omg it was like they scraped the pan literally two pieces of meat the size of my trim nail. They should just remove the snack from the package!

The speedboat, snorkelling and Maya ceremony were really good. The snack provided at the end was poor. The photos and video were good quality but expensive especially after paying for the excursion, then the marina tax and tips for the minibus driver and staff providing the experience.

We had a great time driving the speedboats and it took a good length of time through the lagoon. The snorklling was great, saw lots of fish and coral reefs but we could have done with a bit more time there, it felt like less than half an hour. The Mayan ritual was also a bit short but cool to see. Very well organised and safe, good value for money overall and one of the best experiences we've had in Mexico.

Verschrikkelijke TUI ervaring en gewoon slecht geïnformeerd. Via app ook al klacht ingediend maar werd weinig serieus genomen. We wilden zo vroeg mogelijk deze excursie doen, jullie geven aan dat we in de eerste groep zaten, niet waar. Daarnaast transfer bizar vroege ophaaltijd waardoor we heel lang hebben zitten wachten. Wordt tevens verkocht door TUI als uur varen, 30-45 min snorkelen, en terug varen. Realiteit 20-30 min varen, max 30 min snorkelen en terug varen. Al met al waardeloos incl Tui

Our view was tainted because we originally booked for Saturday 23rd. Made the arrangements for the day made sure we were up early and ready to be picked up only for the transfer to not arrive. We found your rep who made some hasty phone calls to tell us that the supplier did not action our booking. The options we were given were to take an Uber later in the day which we would have to pay for and reclaim from yourselves or reschedule. Booked sun 24th which curtailed sat night for us.Not happy

The only thing that let the experience down was trying to get back in the boat after snorkeling it was quite embarrassing as my strength had died after all my swimming g and I had to be dragged out by the life jacket a small ladder at rear could have helped.

Everything was delivered well, it was my 1st time of being in a speed and was on my own but very easy to pickup aslong as you follow the instructions given at start. Snorkeling was good but did expect clearer water but was still able to see fish swimming about. Would recommend.

We were informed about the $20 oer person tax and to take mosquito spray. 30 mins wasted on the ceremony in the mosquito filled area. Speed boat journey rushed from start to snorkeling. Snorkeling good not long enough. Getting back on boats very hard. Very rushed back to port. Lunch was a very poor tiny snack! Not sure what part was the jungle tour!

A must do while in Mexico, fantastic trip driving your own speedboat, snorkelling was a little disappointing, don’t expect too much but still nice to stop off and get in to the. Not suitable for climbing in and out of the boat if you have mobility problems. The ceremony at the beginning is a nice start to the trip but loads of mosquitoes!! You will get bit. Overall a fantastic trip and one of the highlights. Only half a day so nice one to do and well worth it

Great tour, the first Maya ritual part was a bit underwhelming, but driving your own little speedboat and the snorkeling was absolutely amazing! They also gave us a little snack and drink in the end and the whole thing was very punctual and well organised. Definitely recommend- best tour I did in Mexico!

The Mayan ceremony was so intense but so interesting to learn about the culture. The speedboat and snorkelling was amazing! My husband was in his element driving the boat - he hasn’t stopped talking about it! Even when our boat decided to stop we were rescued within seconds by two boats. Amazing and such a wonderful trip! Would advise anyone who goes to Cancun to do this trip!

The trip was great , The transfer to and from where expensive. We booked to go on Thursday at 7:40 pick up ,then we received a email Wednesday evening at 9pm to tell use tge pick up had change to 11:30 ,which had to rearrange other plans we had made,we will be making a review on trip advisor, about the late email to tell use are trip time had change ,and interpreted the rest of are day,very unprofessional........

It was well organised, our transfer was on time and the guides were informative and helpful. Really enjoyed having our own boat to drive it was quick and great fun. Love the snorkelling, but could have been a bit longer as it didn’t feel like you got long once you were out there. Would recommend to anyone visiting Cancun.

We really enjoyed the tour overall. My husband felt all James Bond driving the little speed boats. Snorkel time was just enough and whilst there were some colourful fish to see we didn’t spot any rays, turtles or manatees which I had hoped to see. The trip was very well organised from start to finish. Photos were a little on the pricey side but there was no pressure to buy and they looked very professional and there was also a video shot throughout the day which was a really nice touch!

Unser Boot Guide hat angedroht , dass wir Geld bezahlen sollen weil beim Boot Parken sich zwei Boote kurz leicht berührt haben. Es entstand aber keine Beschädigung. Es ist dann nichts weiter passiert, aber die Drohung empfanden wir als unpassend.

De goedkoopste tour aangeboden, bood even veel als andere aangeboden touren. Als verrassing dat we zelf in een soort ‘speedboot’ mochten varen, om via de ‘swamps’ naar de snorkelplek in een groot koraal te mogen duiken.
