Poor
I was at the pick-up point ahead of time, but there wasn't a tour rep there, and they didn't call my phone to try and locate me. Went on the TUI FAQs, which said to use the contact number given on the voucher, but there wasn't one. Neither the voucher or the TUI booking area had the name of the tour operator, so I couldn't even ask around to see if they were looking for me. Contacted TUI, who said "they were there and marked you as a no show" and wouldn't discuss further, so I paid for nothing.
