As family activities go, it's hard to beat a visit to Palma Aquarium. It's brimming with marine life and plenty of other attractions like the 3D Aquadome – a cinematic humpback whale experience. See hundreds of species from the Med as well as explore the Tropical Seas section, where there are 25 tanks with species from the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific oceans. Don't miss the Amazonian ecosystem display in the Jungle zone or the exhibition on endangered bluefin tuna. There are also two play areas and a splash park that the kids will love.Choose the Silver ticket and you'll have access to the 3D Aquadome – a spectacular cinematic experience that immerses you in the world of humpback whales. And for the ultimate adventure, the Gold ticket offers an exclusive backstage tour where you can learn what it takes to be an aquarist. What's more, both upgrade options include lunch at the new Jellyfish Restaurant.

Das Aquarium ist wunderschön. Bloß bei schlechten Wetter, sind 5 Stunden einfach zulange. Bei gutem Wetter sind 5 Stunden super, weil denn könnte man sich auch noch was in Palma anschauen.

Good Morning, I only have a small issue, that is that we went on a very busy day at the venue. I appreciate there was a lot of people but we didn't have enough time to see the 3D experience, If we'd have had another 45minutes at the park it would have allowed this. Otherwise a great day out

Really excellent value for money - The Aquarium is well laid out and so good to see a range of sea creatures esp the Octopus and Sharks. Loved the 3D whale cinema show which gave a glimpse of the magnificent giants of the sea. The show featured the Hawaii Humpback whale. The vegan lunch was just right and tasty. The service was excellent. Overall wonderful day out.

Der Bus hatte über 30Minuten Verspätung. Eine kurze Mitteilung wäre super gewesen. Andere hatten schon überlegt zurück zum Hotel zu gehen. Indoor Spielplatz im Aquarium war abgesperrt. Der Außenbereich für Kinder wurde umgebaut. Nur ein kleiner Bereich konnte genutzt werden. Sehr schade das es hier vorab keine Infos gab.

Das 3 D Kino war leider defekt. Der Indoor Spielplatz war geschlossen und im Aussenbereich war ein Großteil des Spielplatzes auch geschlossen. Ansonsten war das Aquarium sehr schön.

Gebucht hatten wir ein Silber-Paket für 2Erw. und 2K (Eins <3Jahre, Eintritt frei, aber nirgendwo (esse, kino) eingeplant!!) Leider nur 500 Zeichen für Erklärungen, also Kompaktvariante: Versprechung: 10/10 Wirkliches Erlebnis: 6/10 Anfahrt: 6/10 Guide/Ablauferklärung: 3/10 Eingang: 10/10 wir konnten quasi an der Seite vorbei. Andrang: Massenabfertigung(Foto am Eingang, später zum Kauf..., erste Schleuse haben wir übersprungen, weil zu voll) Essen: 10/10 3D Kino: war natürlich defekt VR: zu voll

Not worth the money. We were miss sold what was included in the package. Cinema experience we paid for wasn’t not working and we were given a VR experience instead which wasn’t suitable for our 3 & 2 year olds. Really disappointed and will be making a more formal complaint.

Das Aquarium ist den hohen Eintrittspreis absolut nicht wert. Die Artenvielfalt ist erschreckend gering und die Präsentation der Tiere ist schlecht gestaltet. Man ist in unter einer Stunde durch und fragt sich, wofür man so viel bezahlt hat. Das Personal war kaum hilfreich und die Preise im Café sind eine Frechheit. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Ce que j'ai apprécié malheureusement c'est d'avoir éviter la pluie qui tombait ce jour. Ce que j'ai le moins apprécié c'est le rapport qualité prix par rapport à ce qu'il nous a été vendu à l'hôtel. Aquarium assez petit, animation 3D pour les baleines décevant et très court, le repas très limité avec des burgers contenant une viande inconnue en goût. Je ne recommande pas cette prestation au vue des services proposés, trop cher par rapport à la qualité.

Die Aquarien und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sind Spitze. Das 3D Kino würden wir nicht noch einmal besuchen, war nicht so ein tolles Erlebnis für uns. Das gebuchte Essen in der jelly Bar war ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft und vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden das Palma Aquarium auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen, wir hatten eine nette Reiseführerin und der Busfahrer war ebenfalls sehr kompetent.

Great value for money - we hesitated but definitely worth it. Alison (rep) and Tony (driver) were lovely. Aquarium was fantastic. The included meal if you get silver or gold is a burger - which was yummy but you don’t have another option. Drinks options also limited but also fine. Was a really nice day out and we really enjoyed it.

It was expensive for the experience. The 4d cinema was 3d not 4d and lasted like 2 minutes. The meal included was rubbish. Not any choices. I asked fir vegetarian burger they gave me meat. The transfer back was 4pm. We finished everything by 1pm. Bored for 3 hours. I was disappointed

Die time slots für lunch und 3d Kino waren unpassend. Da man im Restaurant trotz ausreichend Platz lang warten musste, um einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen. Da wurde sehr knapp bis dann das Essen kam, fertig war und beim Kino ankam.

Die einzigen Kritikpunkte sind das 3D Kino. Zu laut und beängstigend für kleine Kinder und dass man Ende im Shop rauskommt und man dann erst bemerkt dass man den halben Weg zurück laufen muss um im Gelände zu bleiben-schlechte Beschilderung

Vores tur til Palma AQUARIUM blev aflyst uden at vi fik besked om det. Vi stod og ventede på at blive hentet i 1 time før vi ringede til TUI der oplyste at rejsen var blevet aflyst. Vi skulle dagen før have modtaget en mail hvor der stod at turen var aflyst, men i stedet havde vi modtaget en mail der bekræftede at vi skulle afsted. Lidt spild af tid desværre, men vi fik heldigvis pengene tilbage og tog det offentlige hen til akvariet. Lidt ærgeligt at de ikke giver besked når der er aflysninger

Das Aquarium ist wunderschön und man hat auch genug Zeit, es sich in Ruhe anzuschauen. Das 3D Kino ist eher enttäuschend, da es viel zu laut ist und nicht wirklich viele Aufnahmen bietet, wo sich der 3D Effekt lohnt. Leider kann man beim Essen im Restaurant nicht aussuchen was man möchte. Ein Verzehrgutschein wäre besser, nicht jeder möchte ständig Pommes und Burger essen und zusammen mit dem Eis als Dessert war es auch viel zu viel.

The ease of collection & transfer were good. The whole experience was excellent so much to see & do for us & our 3 yr old. We had silver tickets, the lunch was very good & the gift added extra bonus point. The 3d cinema was good but not for 3yr old, very untidy with rubbish & not cleaned between performances! The play area was good but currently being done up, needed more cleaning in the ship! The gift from the shop was not worth adding as poor quality, restaurant gift much better.

Bus was ½ hour late picking us up and tour guide just checked our name. She did not speak again until we got to the aquarium where we were told what time to be back. It would have been nice to hear a bit about the island enroute. Could not fault our experience at the aquarium and the included meal made it good value for money

Very very rude staff - no one prepared to help - have a child with autism they let in over 2000 people in one hit so he was having a meltdown - missed all the coral coast as had to get outside ( he can deal with crowds but not that many in one hit shoving to see things and pushing etc ) was a nightmare - staff literally shrugging shoulders

The aquarium is tired, it was very busy. The fish were not very interesting. Information was difficult to digest. The cinema experience was very boring. The outside jungle area was dull. We left and went for a walk along the beach. Jelly fish restaurant was best bit but was very expensive.

Wet seat in the bus (I hope it wasnt pee) and very long waiting time for lunch. Our ticket was for 14 p.m, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated and 30 minutes for our food. Then had to rush eating every4hing in max. 15 minutes as the bus was leaving at 15.30 But overall it was a really good experience. Transfer on time and reasonably comfortable, guide Veronica was very good. Aquarium is beautiful and my kids loved it.

The value for money was really bad. We were told if would be an hour transfer and it was an hour and a half. We were told if we bought the silver experience we could get the 4D show experience which was just 10 minutes of a few whales swimming around. Also we were told we would get a free gift and on the gift ticket it showed a photo of a parent and a kid with a cuddly toy and when we got there it was only a small tote bag, pencil or a piece of material they called a frisbee. La réservation au club est très simple car elle est faite par Pierre, l'organisation est parfaite. Le seul petit hic était que l'accompagnatrice du car (car avec d'autres personnes d'autres club étrangers) ne parlait pas français et les instructions données étaient en anglais. Sinon l'aquarium est top surtout avec les enfants qui ont particulièrement aimé les jeux de l'aquarium.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders die Mitarbeiter:innen, die an verschiedenen Stationen etwas über die Lebewesen erzählt haben, waren sehr freundlich und informativ. Der einzige negative Punkt unseres Aufenthalts war die Gastronomie. Eine Pizza für 16 € finde ich auch für spanische Verhältnisse nicht angemessen. Im Restaurant waren die Schlangen sehr lang, deswegen kann ich da nichts zu den Preisen sagen. Im Endeffekt haben wir unsere mitgebrachten Snacks gegessen.

Eine Toilette im Bus bei 2h Transfer wären super! Ebenfalls wenn Familien mit Kleinkindern früher essen könnten, wir waren erst um 13:30 uhr dran und die Bootsfahrt um 14:40 uhr war mega knapp mit der Abfahrt des Busses um 15:30 uhr. Ansonsten war der Tag im Aquarium wirklich super organisiert und man hat so viel erlebt!!!!

We enjoyed the whole experience, but we felt the Shark Boat was not worth the money we paid for it. I wouldn't recommend that for the cost. Otherwise the rest of the trip was really great.

Die Busfahrt hat viel zu lang gedauert. Wir wussten, dass es ca 1h nach Palma dauert, wir haben aber viele Stopps eingelegt, um andere Leute mit zu nehmen. Daraus wurden dann 2h, das ist mit 2 kleinen Kindern eher schlecht.

Der Reisebegleiter hat lediglich sichergestellt, dass alle Personen an Bord waren und hat die Eintrittskarten verteilt. Ansonsten gab es keinerlei Betreuung. Negativ außerdem: es wurde zwei verschiedene Ziele angefahren. Dadurch dauerte eine Strecke 1,5 Stunden! Außerdem war der Bus auf dem Hinweg fast eine Stunde Verspätung.

Le parc est magnifique, nous avons très bien mangé et le personnel du restaurant est vraiment top (miracle ceux sont les seuls à parler français) Nous sommes déçu, aucun guides du parc ne parle français la visite des coulisses nous a été faite en anglais nous n'avons malheureusement rien compris même chose pour la balade au dessus des requins...

The Tui bus guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. My experience of the Aquarium couldn't have been better. The 3d Whale cinema is incredible and a huge variety of Aquariums to look at . Including a shark tank with an optional glass bottom boat. Would highly recommend

Wir hatten das Silber-Ticket gebucht. Dieses enthält auch ein Mittagessen mit Getränk und Dessert. Wir konnten uns leider nicht aussuchen, was wir essen möchten und das Dessert haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Des Weiteren fanden wir, dass viel zu viel Zeit eingeplant war. Wir waren über 2 Stunden früher fertig und mussten in der Mittagshitze draußen warten. Leider ist direkt in der Nähe auch nicht so viel, was man stattdessen hätte machen können. Das Aquarium ansich fanden wir aber sehr schön.

Das Aquarium in Palma ist mit Abstand das schönste seiner Art, das ich bisher besucht habe. Im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Attraktionen wirkt hier alles besonders liebevoll gestaltet und beeindruckend umgesetzt. Ich habe absolut nichts Negatives zu berichten – ein tolles Erlebnis, das ich jedem nur empfehlen kann

Sehr netter Ausflug, tolle Tiere die es zu sehen gibt vorallem die Meeresschildkröte und die Haie. Die fahrt dauerte etwas aber wärendessen schlief ich ein wenig. Arten Gerechte Haltung ja und nein ich meine es ist in der Stadt klar das der Spielraum auch begrenzt ist. Bei Kinder könnte es vielleicht knapp werden mit der Zeit, wir schafften es leicht (2 Pers.). Und die Jause aßen wir während wir auf den Bus warteten (Basic Ticket) Restaurant soll nicht so gut sein. Sonst alles in einem echt gut.

We saw four dead fish, and one obviously ill and struggling. When we approached staff they really didn't seem to be bothered. We were very dissapointed with the food, we upgraded to the silver ticket, but we're not told at the time of booking that there would be no choice of menu. We were given burger and fries which we did not eat. Dessert however was lovely. We had a voucher for a special free gift to collect from the gift shop, only to be told, they had run out.

We vonden de uitstap naar het aquarium zeker de moeite waard. Je hebt heel veel verschillende soorten vissen. De mediterraanse tuin vonden wij heel mooi alsook de bassins waar de haaien verblijven. De duur zoals het nu georganiseerd wordt (zonder gids) was voor ons te lang en mocht korter zijn. Een plattegrond van het aquarium werd niet aangeboden aan mensen die tickets gekocht hadden via een reisorganisatie.

Positiv anmerken möchte ich die Freundliche Art Ihrer Mitarbeiter und jener im Hotel sowie der Busfahrer. Negativ zu bewerten ist die Weitergabe von Informationen, sowie die unübersichtliche Deklarierung von Treffpunkten und der Reisebusse. Beispiel Am Treffpunkt für die Fahrt zum Aquarium kamen viele Leute zusammen, die dann auf mehrere Busse trafen. Dort erforderte es viel Eigeninitiative um den richtigen Bus für den Ausflug zu finden, bei der Rückfahrt war es dann das Gleiche.

Only negative comment is that there must of been 4 or 5 bus loads arrive within 30 minutes which meant it had been impossible to get to the viewing windows or even at times move through the first few stages of the aquarium, these two sections were also poorly lit, if there had been an emergency this could have been difficult to evacuate people safely

Alles in allem ganz ok...man wird hald zu einem Ort gefahren wo viele andere Anbieter auch hinfahren Dann ist momentan alles überlaufen von der Zeit her könnte es min.1Stunde länger sein damit man auch alles sieht...was am Schluss richtig schlecht war Daß einfach die Bussnummer geändert wurde und wir den Bus unter vielen anderen nicht gleich gefunden haben und mann bereits auf uns gewartet hat... The aquarium was too dark on the walkways , food and stink overpriced a sandwich was 10 euro . Indoor play was rubbish for the 2 year old was told we could not access the main part as you had to be 3 years and older. Dragged drawn out day. Coach transfer going had no aircon on . Overall a rubbish overpriced day out

Die „TUI-Extras“ waren vollkommen nutzlos für den Mehrpreis. Vorgeschriebenes Essen, ewiges warten beim Essen trotz Bestellung, exklusiv Geschenk: „2 Stifte und einen Beutel“. Für 100€ mehr als die Eintrittskarten auf der Website kosten, ist die Leistung einfach schwach und mehr zu erwarten. Wenn nur sowas wie Extras sind kann man sich das auch sparen, und als TUI nur die Karten und Transfer vertreiben.
