The shark tank was great. Food really expensive. Free gift very disappointing, it shows child getting a soft turtle in picture but it was a pencil. Disappointing. Tanks great and staff very informative and patient with kids.

La réservation au club est très simple car elle est faite par Pierre, l'organisation est parfaite. Le seul petit hic était que l'accompagnatrice du car (car avec d'autres personnes d'autres club étrangers) ne parlait pas français et les instructions données étaient en anglais. Sinon l'aquarium est top surtout avec les enfants qui ont particulièrement aimé les jeux de l'aquarium.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders die Mitarbeiter:innen, die an verschiedenen Stationen etwas über die Lebewesen erzählt haben, waren sehr freundlich und informativ. Der einzige negative Punkt unseres Aufenthalts war die Gastronomie. Eine Pizza für 16 € finde ich auch für spanische Verhältnisse nicht angemessen. Im Restaurant waren die Schlangen sehr lang, deswegen kann ich da nichts zu den Preisen sagen. Im Endeffekt haben wir unsere mitgebrachten Snacks gegessen.

Eine Toilette im Bus bei 2h Transfer wären super! Ebenfalls wenn Familien mit Kleinkindern früher essen könnten, wir waren erst um 13:30 uhr dran und die Bootsfahrt um 14:40 uhr war mega knapp mit der Abfahrt des Busses um 15:30 uhr. Ansonsten war der Tag im Aquarium wirklich super organisiert und man hat so viel erlebt!!!!

We enjoyed the whole experience, but we felt the Shark Boat was not worth the money we paid for it. I wouldn't recommend that for the cost. Otherwise the rest of the trip was really great.

Die Busfahrt hat viel zu lang gedauert. Wir wussten, dass es ca 1h nach Palma dauert, wir haben aber viele Stopps eingelegt, um andere Leute mit zu nehmen. Daraus wurden dann 2h, das ist mit 2 kleinen Kindern eher schlecht.

Der Reisebegleiter hat lediglich sichergestellt, dass alle Personen an Bord waren und hat die Eintrittskarten verteilt. Ansonsten gab es keinerlei Betreuung. Negativ außerdem: es wurde zwei verschiedene Ziele angefahren. Dadurch dauerte eine Strecke 1,5 Stunden! Außerdem war der Bus auf dem Hinweg fast eine Stunde Verspätung.

Le parc est magnifique, nous avons très bien mangé et le personnel du restaurant est vraiment top (miracle ceux sont les seuls à parler français) Nous sommes déçu, aucun guides du parc ne parle français la visite des coulisses nous a été faite en anglais nous n'avons malheureusement rien compris même chose pour la balade au dessus des requins...

The Tui bus guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. My experience of the Aquarium couldn't have been better. The 3d Whale cinema is incredible and a huge variety of Aquariums to look at . Including a shark tank with an optional glass bottom boat. Would highly recommend

Wir hatten das Silber-Ticket gebucht. Dieses enthält auch ein Mittagessen mit Getränk und Dessert. Wir konnten uns leider nicht aussuchen, was wir essen möchten und das Dessert haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Des Weiteren fanden wir, dass viel zu viel Zeit eingeplant war. Wir waren über 2 Stunden früher fertig und mussten in der Mittagshitze draußen warten. Leider ist direkt in der Nähe auch nicht so viel, was man stattdessen hätte machen können. Das Aquarium ansich fanden wir aber sehr schön.

Das Aquarium in Palma ist mit Abstand das schönste seiner Art, das ich bisher besucht habe. Im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Attraktionen wirkt hier alles besonders liebevoll gestaltet und beeindruckend umgesetzt. Ich habe absolut nichts Negatives zu berichten – ein tolles Erlebnis, das ich jedem nur empfehlen kann

Sehr netter Ausflug, tolle Tiere die es zu sehen gibt vorallem die Meeresschildkröte und die Haie. Die fahrt dauerte etwas aber wärendessen schlief ich ein wenig. Arten Gerechte Haltung ja und nein ich meine es ist in der Stadt klar das der Spielraum auch begrenzt ist. Bei Kinder könnte es vielleicht knapp werden mit der Zeit, wir schafften es leicht (2 Pers.). Und die Jause aßen wir während wir auf den Bus warteten (Basic Ticket) Restaurant soll nicht so gut sein. Sonst alles in einem echt gut.

We saw four dead fish, and one obviously ill and struggling. When we approached staff they really didn't seem to be bothered. We were very dissapointed with the food, we upgraded to the silver ticket, but we're not told at the time of booking that there would be no choice of menu. We were given burger and fries which we did not eat. Dessert however was lovely. We had a voucher for a special free gift to collect from the gift shop, only to be told, they had run out.

We vonden de uitstap naar het aquarium zeker de moeite waard. Je hebt heel veel verschillende soorten vissen. De mediterraanse tuin vonden wij heel mooi alsook de bassins waar de haaien verblijven. De duur zoals het nu georganiseerd wordt (zonder gids) was voor ons te lang en mocht korter zijn. Een plattegrond van het aquarium werd niet aangeboden aan mensen die tickets gekocht hadden via een reisorganisatie.

Positiv anmerken möchte ich die Freundliche Art Ihrer Mitarbeiter und jener im Hotel sowie der Busfahrer. Negativ zu bewerten ist die Weitergabe von Informationen, sowie die unübersichtliche Deklarierung von Treffpunkten und der Reisebusse. Beispiel Am Treffpunkt für die Fahrt zum Aquarium kamen viele Leute zusammen, die dann auf mehrere Busse trafen. Dort erforderte es viel Eigeninitiative um den richtigen Bus für den Ausflug zu finden, bei der Rückfahrt war es dann das Gleiche.

Only negative comment is that there must of been 4 or 5 bus loads arrive within 30 minutes which meant it had been impossible to get to the viewing windows or even at times move through the first few stages of the aquarium, these two sections were also poorly lit, if there had been an emergency this could have been difficult to evacuate people safely

Alles in allem ganz ok...man wird hald zu einem Ort gefahren wo viele andere Anbieter auch hinfahren Dann ist momentan alles überlaufen von der Zeit her könnte es min.1Stunde länger sein damit man auch alles sieht...was am Schluss richtig schlecht war Daß einfach die Bussnummer geändert wurde und wir den Bus unter vielen anderen nicht gleich gefunden haben und mann bereits auf uns gewartet hat... The aquarium was too dark on the walkways , food and stink overpriced a sandwich was 10 euro . Indoor play was rubbish for the 2 year old was told we could not access the main part as you had to be 3 years and older. Dragged drawn out day. Coach transfer going had no aircon on . Overall a rubbish overpriced day out

Die „TUI-Extras“ waren vollkommen nutzlos für den Mehrpreis. Vorgeschriebenes Essen, ewiges warten beim Essen trotz Bestellung, exklusiv Geschenk: „2 Stifte und einen Beutel“. Für 100€ mehr als die Eintrittskarten auf der Website kosten, ist die Leistung einfach schwach und mehr zu erwarten. Wenn nur sowas wie Extras sind kann man sich das auch sparen, und als TUI nur die Karten und Transfer vertreiben.

Cost is too high for the experience. Pre trip the offer on app was £27 at hotel through Tui rep 55 euros! This did not include the other experiences within the aquarium which were extra, so we had to opt for standard ticket due to cost, disappointing.

The aquarium itself was a perfect day out to just take yourself off and around it and do your own thing. The disappointing part is we couldnt even tell you the reps name as she never intertroduced herself or even tell us it was a 2 part drop of aquarium first then aqualand, no information provided except get your ticket from me be back for coach at 3.30pm

Så ikke skyggen af en guide, svært at få overblik over stedet, mange mennesker. Stedet hjalp kun med en tung og det var at sørge for man blev tvunget til at de tog et billede man så skulle betale 10€ for når man skulle ud. Der var pres på så det blev udnyttet ret hårdt. Det er beskidt forretning. Kaos ved busserne. Men dyrene var meget fine. Undres dig over det der tiltag med at svømme med rokker? Er det bedre end delfiner? Det var frastødende for mig de tilbød det.

The Aquarium itself was amazing. We had a nice long time there (5 hours). As for (tour guide), the lady didn't say one word to us about the trip planned. There was no explanation as to what was going to happen apart from being back at the coach at 3.30. We didn't realise they were also dropping off/ picking up at the aquapark

TUIGuiden ved booking, oplyste at busturen ville vare “en times tid” Vi (med små børn) brugte de første 40 min i en varm bus, på at hente andre turister ved hoteller indenfor 2-3km afstand. Derfra ville køreturen mindst vare en time yderligere. Vi valgte at stå af bussen, efter en snak med kundeservice. Vi blev stadig opkrævet hele beløbet, på trods af at vi ikke var med på selve turen og bookede på fejlagtig oplysning. Samt at vi aldrig kom ud af det område vi boede i. Dårligt håndteret af TUI

Sehr schöner Ausflug, für Familien absolut zu empfehlen. Reiseleitung war überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hat versucht alle Wünsche der Teilnehmer zu erfüllen. Das Aquarium ist sehr interessant für alle Altersklassen. Wir hatten das Silberpaket, das Essen war gut, nur das 3d Cinema war nicht so toll, davon hätten wir uns mehr erwartet.

The aquarium itself was fantastic and you could definitely spend the day without getting bored. TUI guide Alison was amazing, very accommodating and knowledgable, ensured pick up times and locations were clear. Food included and a small gift was an excellent touch.

Spent 2.20 hours just to get there. Had to wait while the bus went to the aqua park first. No toilet on the bus. Says whole day trip..spent 4hrs on a coach! Very poor. Actual aquarium is great. Very very disappointed, had to rush around to see it all.

Das Aquarium ist absolut ein Ausflug wert .. es ist dort sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich . Es ist dort alles gut aufgebaut .. evtl. dass man für das Ganze eine Stunde weniger an Zeit benötigt .. mit dem ganzen Rundgang waren wir ca 1 1/2 Std früher fertig … Preis for den Ausflug ist etwas zu hoch

Trajet en bus trop long car il va vers plusieurs hôtel. Forfait silver ou nous devions manger à 11h30 (arriver à 11h ) suivi du cinéma 3 d à 13h30 (10 min de film) et départ à 15h. Très beau mais trop speed

Sehr schön waren die Aquarien und auch die Außenanlage. Das Personal war freundlich. Auf das Essen würden wir verzichten, dafür aber das nächste Mal alle Zusatzangebote(Schnorcheln mit den Rochen, Backstagetour,…) inklusive haben.

Magnifique aquarium, surtout la partie jungle. Le bassin avec les requins est impressionnant. La visite des backstage est très intéressante. Nager dans un bassin avec des raies a été un super moment !

Erlebniss online gebucht. Morgens pünktlich vom Transfer abgeholt worden. Der Guide hat im Bus auf Englisch über das Palma Aquarium erzählt. Ich und mein Freund verstehen nicht so viel Englisch so haben wir vom Guide die wichtigsten Infos über Übersetzer auf Deutsch bekommen. Das fanden wir echt klasse. Zeit ist super bemessen wir haben alles in der Zeit sehen können. Das Silver Ticket können wir nur empfehlen

Das Zeitmanagement 10.40 angekommen, um 11:00 Uhr war direkt der erste Termin bei den Rochen. Wir wussten nicht genau wie wir hinkommen mussten uns beeilen 12:00 Uhr der nächste Termin 13:00 Uhr der nächste Termin. Dann nur noch 1,5 Stunden für den restlichen Park

Das Aquarium wsr wundervoll. Leider mussten wir sehr durchhetzen, da wir die BackstageTour und Schnorcheln mitgebucht haben. Wir sind ca 10 Uhr da gewesen und mussten um 11 Uhr bei der BackstageTour sein. Und um 12.20 Uhr beim Schnorcheln. Dazwischen war nicht viel Zeit. Nach dem Schnorcheln mussten wir 14 Uhr beim Mittag sein. Kurz vor dem Mittag haben wir schnell ein Papageienfoto gemacht. Sehr viel Hetzerei und wenig Zeit. 15.20 Uhr fuhr unser Bus ab. Das Schnorcheln gefiel uns nicht.

Die Terrarien waren wieder beeindruckend. Im "Dschungel"fühlt man sich wirklich beim Betreten schon auf einem anderem Stück Erde. Das Außengelände ist im Vergleich sehr klein, aber trotzdem schön anzuschauen auch bei der großen Hitze . Freundlicher Service im Außenrestaurant, die Preise für das Essen waren akzeptabel, für die Getränke und Eis jedoch überteuert.

Amazing aquarium, brilliant viewing areas of the animals and fish. Swimming with stingrays was such an amazing experience and the 3D cinema was brilliant. Could have stayed a little longer, but the transfer picked up at 3:30.

Der Preis ist dennoch zu hoch für Familien mit Kindern! Einem vernünftigen Deutsch sprechenden Reiseführer hätte man sich dennoch gewünscht. Insgesamt etwas wenig Zeit für alle Shows und Aktivitäten.
