Not allowed:
Feed and disturb the animals, throw any objects into pens and aviaries
Use flash photography in rooms with animals
Use drones and remote-controlled toys
Enter with pets or other animals
Smoke cigarettes and all other forms of tobacco, drink alcohol
Know in advance:
Reduced ticket eligibility: children aged 3 and older; pupils and students up to age 26; retirees and pensioners up to age 75 (only with valid ID)
You can enter the Zoo at any time during the opening hours of the ticket offices. See the current closing times on the Zoo's website and social media
You can see animals feeding every day during set hours:Penguins: 9:30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. In the winter season, the penguin feeding show is cancelled
Chimpanzees: 11:00 a.m.
Piranha 11:30 a.m. (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
Pacu piranha 12:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
Gorillas: 1:00 p.m.
Seals: 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Lemurs: 1:30 p.m. (daily from 15 June to 30 August)
Hippos: 12:00 p.m. (daily from 15 June to 30 August)
Remember: you are entering the house of the animals. Respect their home and behave in such a way as not to disturb them
