This tropical oasis, boasting over 700 authentic palm trees and a constant temperature of 32°C, offers year-round water attractions and relaxation for all.The park is thoughtfully divided into three distinct zones to cater to every guest's needs. Jamango, the first zone, is open to all ages, while the other two zones - Relax with Wellness and Spa, and Saunaria - are exclusively available for those aged 16 and above. These areas provide an ideal setting for guests seeking tranquillity and wellness treatments.Adjacent to the park is Suntago Village, a dedicated accommodation facility featuring 102 contemporary modular houses. This provides the convenience of staying close to the action, ensuring your visit to Suntago is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

What to remember

Accessibility:

Most Suntago attractions are accessible to people with disabilities, but some high-difficulty attractions require full mobility
Wheelchairs, dedicated gates, and elevators are available within the park to assist guests with disabilities

Not allowed:

Due to sanitary regulations, strollers are not allowed in the pool area. Please leave your stroller in the designated area behind the ticket office. You are welcome to enter the Water Park with your child using a baby car seat or baby carrier
Bringing and consuming your own alcoholic beverages at Suntago is strictly prohibited
Guests are not allowed to bring their own food and drinks to the Water Park. However, you may bring special-purpose food for children under 3 years old and for individuals with food allergies

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

Parking is free for the first 60 minutes. After that, a charge of PLN 25 per parking space applies for each calendar day or part thereof
Towels and bathrobes are available for rent. Renting a towel costs PLN 15, with a refundable deposit of PLN 50. Renting a bathrobe costs PLN 25, with a refundable deposit of PLN 130

Know in advance:

Children and young people under 16 years of age are only admitted in option 1, Jamango
Children's tickets are divided by height range. If your child is taller than 120 cm and under 16 years old, choose the ‘Child 0-15’ option
Opening times: from Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 - 21:00. Friday and Saturday: 10:00 - 22:00
Closed on 24 December
Each Suntago restaurant menu includes meatless dishes, but specific vegan options are not currently available
