Explore the historical centre of Avignon on a 3-hour walking tour with your English-speaking guide.You'll be climbing up to the top of the fortified medieval city walls, discovering Avignon stretching in all its beauty along the Rhône river. Discover the rich historical past of the city where the papacy established in the early 14th century. You'll also enjoy skip-the-line access and follow the guide inside the Pope's Palace, the largest Gothic-styled Palace in Europe. Avignon’s visit with Matilde was excellent.
Her direct and kind attitude together with Her sincere smile and authenticity made the difference. It was pleasant and useful time spent together and I recommend asking for Matilde because She will always make the difference.

We had a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Nicolas was excellent, knowledgeable and fun. We would highly recommend this to others. We especially enjoyed the wine tasting after the tour. It added a lovely quality to the experience.

Im Internet war es nicht möglich zwei Tickets zu buchen. Ich nahm an, dass die Führung ausgebucht sei. In Wirklichkeit fehlten 5 Leute (Buchungsproblem). Ausserdem wurden zwei verschiedene Meeting points angegeben, wobei der erste die Adresse der Agentur war. Allerdings existierte kein Büro mehr.

The tour guide was outstanding. She had 2 that did not speak English and was able to simultaneously translate. The only confusion was the meeting place. The email stated the tour office and in a square. It was the square. Once she found us all was well.
