La sortie était formidable car nous avons pu voir et approcher des dauphins et des baleines. Les 2 hommes d équipage étaient très accueillants et sympathiques et ont fait l effort de nous donner les explications en français. Par contre la boisson d accueil c est juste un verre d eau et le sandwich n' est pas de qualité.

Cela nous a été vendu comme excursion de luxe. Il y avait en effet max 12 personnes au lieu de 80 sur une excursion moins cher. Mais le service sur le bateau était très basique avec de la bière, vin blanc et soft. Un petit Cava régional aurait été top et les sandwich jambon fromage étaient aussi très basique pour une balade en catamaran de luxe. Sinon, j'ai quand même mis des côtes à 7/10 et 9/10. Je le recommande mais sans insister sur le fait que ce soit une excursion de luxe !

Everything was enjoyable White Tenerife. Friendly and respectful crew. Very knowledgeable about the Whales and Dolphins and humorous as well, which made the trip enjoyable. There were 7 of us on board which made the whole experience feel personable. I think that is about the right number, as seating on the bow is limited. Overall a brilliant excursion and we saw Whales and Dolphins, plus tuna, oh and a turtle.

leuke boottrip, gezocht naar walvissen (gevonden) en ook nog in de verte wat dolfijnen gezien. De zee was wat uw, waardoor ik me niet helemaal lekker voelde, en daardoor ben ik met het eten op het voordek blijven zitten (in de wind), maar begreep van onze vrienden, dat zij ook nog een hele leuke uitleg hadden gekregen over de dieren e.d.

Excellent trip with a small group attentive and knowledgeable staff. I would strongly recommend this experience. I would have appreciated a safety brief although at no time did I feel in danger. The crew were very considerate with less physically able customers.

Servicen svarer ikke til det annoncere fordi man ikke starter ikke med at "få en drink" men får en kop vand. Heldigvis, for så var alle gæsterne ædru, dejligt ?? Min bror fik vin. Han sagde den smagte rædsomt. God lærerig og humoristisk fortælling om hvalerne, topsuper! Der burde være tilbud om sikkerhedsvest. TUI-guiden glemte at fortælle at vi skulle kunne svømme

Zimmer und Essen waren sehr gut. Aber die Matratzen rutschten im Doppelbett immer wieder auseinander, behinderten also Annäherung... auch fehlten auf den Poolliegen Auflagen, was das bequeme Liegen nicht angenehm machte.

Het kleine aantal personen op de catamaran maakt het gemakkelijker om zich te bewegen en om het spotten eveneens. De maaltijd op zich was matig (broodje kaas, ham, olijfjes, toasties....) Kon meer met gedaan worden. De gids was ok, niet meer of niet minder. Alleen hidden we adults only geboekt, maar er was toch een kindje (6 a7jaar) mee aan boord. Strikt was het dus niet meer adults only. De veiligheid aan boord en het omgaan met eventuele noodsituaties kon meer en beter uitgelegd worden.

It was phenomenal and so intimate with the smaller numbers. We have done similar trips on bigger boats but they don’t even compare. We had the added bonus of actually seeing a family of seven whales.

The Catamarran was plenty large enough for the 12 guests. The food was good. We saw Whales really close up. On a day when the sea was reasonably calm, there was enough swell to have to make sure that you looked at the horizon most of the time, to prevent sickness taking over. However, I would go again.

This exceeded my expectations. Unlike other boat trips that were really rowdy with people packed in like sardines, this trip was relaxed with only 12 people who were on the boat to see whales and dolphins rather than seeing how quickly they could get drunk. Everyone on board got on really well which made for a great atmosphere. Complimentary beer and soft drinks were available along with basic but good food, Staff were great, knowledgeable and with a real interest in the sealife.

Die Abholung zwar etwas verspätet, aber in einem bequemen Kleinbus. An Board haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Guides waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jonny hat uns einiges über die Wale erzählt, die wir gesehen haben. Der vorbereitete Snack war gut und der Badeplatz nett zum Schwimmen.

Helpful friendly crew, comfortable catamaran, lots of space, on board food/drink good. Spotted pilot whales, crew knowledgable. Much better than larger vessels with crowds of people. Collected from hotel. Overall excellent but perhaps slightly more expensive.

There should be a shop. Not everyone wants to eat at certain times and being told you have 5 minutes and they are taking the food away is not good. Other all inclusive hotels offer food all the time and not just burger/chips. People who are unable to walk up hills have no choice. Hotel was clean, entertainment could have been much better, long gaps and not starting until late.

The whole trip was amazing. I personally didn't swim from the boat ,but those who did said it was fantastic .We saw lots of Pilot Whales Dolphins and Flying Fish .Scenery around the coast ,staff ,lunch everything was perfect .

The boat trip was very good..the staff on the boat were very attentive and informative. The food on the boat was a little bland ...a cheese and ham roll, a few crisps and a couple of slices of banana and apple each. On the plus side we did see whales and overall the trip was very pleasant

Amazing trip seen loads of Whales .Food and drink was lovely stopped for a swim .Adults only and loads of room for sun bathing .Staff on board absolutely lovely Johnny was full of chat and had a laugh with him very informative too about the whales etc.Had a absolute great time was almost a 3hour all round trip .Myself amd my husband really enjoyed it .Would highly recommend.

Sehr gut organisiert von der Abholung über die Tour mit Imbiss, Badeaufenthalt und Rücktransport . Wir waren nur zehn Personen auf dem Katamaran. Jonny und Lava waren unsere Tourguides. Wir haben an mehreren Stellen Wale sichten können. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ma 1ere en catamaran car j’ai une peur bleue des fonds marins et j’ai un peu le mal de mer mais franchement très belle expérience où j’ai pu voir des dauphins et tortues mais au final trop courte alors que j’avais une appréhension. Le fait de pouvoir se baigner en pleine mer est top pour les plus courageux .Le bateau très propre, le personnel pro et accueillant, les collations suffisantes. Expérience exceptionnelle et que je recommande vraiment car rappeler qualité prix

Both captains were very polite & helpful. Experience was nice, we saw a few whales. Unfortunately the catamaran bounced around quite a lot, my daughter was sick twice, my son felt ill for the majority of the trip. 3 out of 12 passengers were sick. None of us had lunch, we only had 1 drink of water when we boarded. We stopped for a swim for 10 minutes, just enough time to get off & on again.

Pick up was 40 minutes late which meant we had less than the 3 hours on the boat. Everything felt really rushed because of this. Didn’t spend much time watching the whales and very little time swimming in the sea. No time at all to go snorkelling. The tour is advertised as whale and dolphin watching but the guide informed us there wouldn’t be any dolphins. Not very good value for money.

Eine sehr schöne Katamaranfahrt in kleiner Gruppe. Transfer pünktlich und freundlich. Delphine und einen Wal gesehen. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein , daß es auf dem Meer Wellen gibt und es schon ordentlich schaukeln kann sowie auf dem Meer Wasser ist und man nass wird. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Essen naja.

Fantastisch gehad , de zee was ruw dus wel paar flinke klappen op het water gemaakt , maar tussen een school pilot walvissen gevaren , het was geweldig ! Johnny van de catamaran heeft zoveel verstand van wat er in de zee gebeurd , heel ervaren en hele prettige man , en lekker gegeten aan boord ! Een minpuntje en dat was de chauffeur van het busje , we stonden te wachten bij hotel en riep al geërgerd met raam open dat we in moesten stappen en reed niet fijn dus ben terug gaan lopen

Enjoyed the whole experience, all staff were friendly and the service was great! On the experience they really made you feel relaxed and added humour where they could! On this particular experience it stated “all inclusive”! It offered a small selection of food and drinks but I’d rather it said lunch provided rather than all inclusive, makes it sound something it’s not! My expectations in this area were set high due to the wording chosen on the description.

The tour itself was great! Alex and Tony were great on the boat, and made sure we were all comfortable and saw the whales, however the rep didnt seem to have much info when we booked. We would have liked more of a itinerary, and she also said we only got canapes so we had a huge breakfast, but then we were served a buffet of sandwiches and snacks ect on the boat, which we werent hungry for.

Expérience incroyable avec un personnel à bord attentionné et agréable. Nous avons vu dauphins et baleines. Le petit repas proposé était très bon et l’instant baignade au rendez-vous. Petit bémol : les explications uniquement en anglais.
