Set sail for Capri, gliding along the Sorrentine coast on this full-day cruise. You'll pass the historic Marina Grande, ancient Roman ruins and waterfalls tumbling from the cliffs. Once you arrive in Capri, take a boat tour around the island's famous sea grottos, carved out by the constant motion of the ocean – the Blue Grotto's extraordinary natural light makes it a real standout stop. The skipper will find a nice quiet spot for some swimming and snorkelling in the clear waters. Then, it's off to explore Capri by land for a few hours, before heading back to Sorrento with a refreshing limoncello to round off your day.

The boat was too small for 8 guests, and there were too much diesel smells. The driver couldnt speak any English, which created a massive barrier and communication issues. Its funny/ amusing to talk to the drivers boss via his own mobile phone and his base, but not professinal. As we went over to the island we had 8 guests crammed together at the back with a white box bahing into our feet. later we found out this was the promised soft drinks service! The day was a joke!

Boat trip was amazing. The chap taking us was very nice. We could not go to the blue grotto but that was not his fault. It all went wrong when we got to the island and waited one hour for transport to Capri town in the searing heat of about 95 degrees centigrade. We only had 2 hours in Capri town which included getting back down again. Very disappointing. When we told the very lovely rep what had happened she thanked me for my feedback. We felt we should have had some recompense, but no.

Shuttle was late. Guide on boat wasn’t a guide. He pointed out 3 caves & a lighthouse but no information about anything at all. No lifejackets/other safety equipment apparent; it might have been there but we had no safety briefing so no idea. We stopped for barely 15 minutes to swim in an area busy with boats. Blue Grotto shut. Asked if we could return in afternoon if we left capri early. He said if it’s shut in morning, it’s shut all day. This is not always true. TUI could find out in advance.

Our skipper was really friendly and helpful, although the tide was up and we couldn’t go into blue caves we had a lovely swim under Sophia lorens villa , Alex had goggles and floats to enjoy snorikling , lovely small group offered us drinks before and after trip to capri on the boat , which we had more time to walk about very special experience highly recommend

Beste activiteit. Alles op tijd. Tof programma. Maar niet kunnen bezoeken blauwe grot was een tegenvaller. Ik zou toch willen suggereren dat de kapitein een minimum aan uitleg over Capri geeft eens aan land in Capri. Je wordt er 3 uur 'vrij' gelaten. Een klein plannetje meegeven met vermelding bezienswaardigheden is een kleine kost en zou toch klantvriendelijker zijn. We waren wat teleurgesteld dat het om 15u reeds afgelopen was. We dachten 17 uur... maar we hebben op de boot enorm genoten.

From beginning to end we were looked after by our skipper, Alessandro. He showed us many beautiful sights along the coastline and the communication was excellent. Our transfer was smooth to and from hotel. Our TUI rep went over and above to retrieve a lost pair of sunglasses left in our transfer.

Pick up was 30 minutes late got to Capri had to wait around 20 minutes to dockpaid €22 each for express transfer up to Annika Capri queued for one hour to get on chairlift five minutes at top to take photos queued again to get back down to Capri nightmare getting express Travel down to the dark which made us 40 minutes late for our transfer no time to even go to the toilet or get anything to eat or explore Capri was back at Sorrento for 4 o’clock should’ve had longer in Capri very stressful

Felt very sorry for skipper on boat. Because we were in a small boat he was ignored by rowing boats who chose bigger boats with more people for more money and bribes. Bobbed around doing nothing for a long time. He was getting very frustrated trying to get passengers to the grotto. No time to go on funicular as queues too long. Some advice to head there early may have helped

The visit to Capri was great and we enjoyed our day on the boat. However we did not get the full experience that is detailed when you purchase the excursion, there’s so much mentioned about what would happen on the day, which we didn’t do or get to experience. I can elaborate on this.

After arriving at the grotto it was chaotic, boats everywhere, everyone pushing their boats forward for a place. Boat drivers shouting at the grotto staff trying to convince them to see their guests next. Lines of people from Anna Capri plus at least 30 boats tussling for a place. The cost was outrageous, paying for trip itself was not cheap, then paying to enter the grotto and then told the minimum we could give as a tip.. Capri itself beautiful but very overcrowded.

The whole experience from start to finish was fabulous! Transfers perfectly on time. Laura the tour was amazing as well as the boat driver i think Marco was his name. Honestly one of the best experiences iv ever been on. Managed to enter the blue grotto that was also an amazing experience Highly recommend!

The young crew were very pleasant but we were surprised that there was no safety briefing. No mention of life jackets, life rings, etc. The water was quite choppy and many people were sat at the front of the boat and could possibly have toppled into the water. Unfortunately, the Blue Grotto was closed. A small amount of information regarding the area surrounding Capri was imparted but there was no mention of waterfalls or Roman ruins which had been included in the promotional material.

keinerlei Erklärungen bei der Bootsfahrt, keine Getränke außer Bier angeboten umziehen am Bord nicht möglich, keinerlei Interesse an den Ausflüglern gezeigt einfach alle schnell abgeladen schnell weg, an der Blauen Lagune Abzocke, insgesamt fahrt Bootsfahrt ab dem Bott mit Ruderboot 15 Minuten dafür pro Person 18 Euro für vielleicht 5 Minuten in der Lagune, anstehen mit den Booten war Pflicht, danach Capri der Ort sehr schön, viel zu spätes abholen von Capri mit 50 Minuten Verspätung,

The scenery of the island and location is spectacular. Capri is a beautiful island. Whilst the people of the boat were nice, they could have been more informative and interactive with the guests given the expense of the tour. There was no air con in the taxi on the way there and back. There was additionally a hidden cost of €10 per person to tip the skipper at blue lagoon.

Hosts were fantastic, Laura was friendly ,informative & attentive. They obviously have a passion for the area and i absolutely loved the white grotto & the info they gave. Be prepared to wait for the blue grotto, they did all they can to get us in as quickly as possible but was still a 90min wait . Was it worth it ? In my opinion yes but tbh the time spent queuing meant less time at Capri and not enough time to visit anna Capri just due to how busy it was.

Pickup bus late. Enjoyed boat trip. Total chaos at cave entrance. Health and safety issues transferring to rowing boat. Excessive entrance fee and then Boatman rude and constant harassment for tip. In our opinion this trip option should be removed from your itinerary.
