What to expect
Begin your tour with a scenic drive from Las Vegas through the high deserts, dry lakes, mountains, and the geographical southern tip of Death Valley, as well as the Mohave Yucca and Joshua Tree Forest. These High Desert Views are of some of the prettiest views in the American Southwest.Then, you'll stop for lunch at the Santa Monica Pier and Beach, before a drive through the famous Rodeo Drive shopping area, Santa Monica Drive, and the Sunset Strip, the inspiration behind countless songs and movies. Your tour will continue past Beverly Hills, home to many stars, and onto the Hollywood Walk of Fame. See the ornate Chinese Theater (from outside) and the Kodak/Dolby Theater (home of the Oscars), the handprints of the stars in concrete, the famous Roosevelt Hotel (anyone can walk in, and it's beautiful!) and a wonderful view of the iconic “Hollywood Sign” from the Patio of the Kodak Theater.Your guide will tell you all about the attractions and let you go on your own with a meetup time.
