What to expect
A magical night out awaits you in Salou. There will be baffling magic tricks, mystifying mind reading, cabaret performance and hilarious comedy on this quirky night out at Sylvester Oscar Scary's House of Illusion – all accompanied by free-flowing inclusive drinks.Adults and kids of all ages will love the close-up magic, performed right in front of your eyes. The show itself features professional magicians, illusionists, hypnotists and top-notch cabaret performers. Even for those sitting at very front of this intimate venue, it's impossible to figure out how the magic performers do what they do. Although, be careful if you do get front-row seats – there's a good chance that you'll be dragged up and incorporated into one of the acts.This night of magic, card tricks and performance at Salou's House of Illusion gets five-stars across the board on peer-to-peer review websites, so Sylvester Oscar Scary and his crew must be doing something right. And if you're joining us on the early show, you'll also have the option for a tasty three-course dinner.

Absolutely loved it! My 14-year-old was absolutely thrilled that Matt was in the show and she was able to have photos and chat to him after the show. She hasn't stopped talking about it since. Everything was brilliant, from start to finish. The food was great and the magic was fantastic!

The show was absolutely incredible a truly entertaining experience and a real family favourite! The performances were fantastic, and the whole evening was full of energy and fun. The staff were excellent too, extremely attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. However, I don’t really understand TUI’s involvement here,it seems like all they do is sell the tickets. We still had to make our own way there and back, there's no TUI support beyond booking tickets.

3rd time doing VIP experience and loved it. Sad to hear Glen has retired now but I'm sure the new guys will fill his shoes soon enough. Thoroughly enjoyed the show overall and even though we've enjoyed all 3 visits I just felt this time seemed to blow our minds like iy was the first time again. Highly recommend this experience to anyone. We will defo's be back.

The staff st the venue very helpful especially with my partner who needed assistance at front of the house as due to his illness can't do the stairs the staff where very helpful. This would have been a ten out of ten however there was a argument going on at the bar between staff and I was getting embarrassed at how it was managed as I could see the staff member on the receiving end was mortified. The toilets let the Venue down However the show was great therfore I would highly recommend

One of the best shows I've seen. Made to feel so welcome and part of the evening. Very audience based compere is fantastic, warm, friendly made us feel like one big family. Magic is up there with the best, staff are lovely food was good. Very impressed with the whole evening, we were a family with small children and it was the perfect family evening. Worth every penny.

What can I say about the house of illusion.... AMAZING Rodney james piper his son Harry and all the team put on a show and we were left in amazement this is not ordinary magic show the show realy does draw you in to every illusion every trick and every word spoken and to throw in to the mix it's so funny at moments you are left trying to catch your breath with laughter. It's such a magical atmosphere this is my 2nd time attending the show and no show is the same I will always cherish the moment

I realise this will vary depending on the acts on at the time but lots of the acts were similar just the presentation was different. Overall the whole party had a good evening and enjoyed it. The food was good, the service was good. The staff were friendly. The venue itself could do with a little TLC.

I paid for the VIP experience and I am so glad I did. On arrival there you get a drink and go behind the stage for your own private pre magic show! That added touch was just incredible. The food was outstanding. Staff were English and absolutely fantastic! I would definitely go again for sure :)

Overall it was a fantastic evening and the staff worked really hard. My only negative would be that we never received our food order and had to chase this up after 45 minutes. I would also mention that the waiting staff do seem to focus on the tables with larger groups and tables who are having a meal and the smaller tables are forgotton.

Show doesn't start until just after 7 they advise you to be there by 1815 and you then feel obligated to buy drinks from there terrace bar whilst waiting until 7 to get in then start your all inclusive drinks. The all inclusive drinks are served in given in pitchers and they are quick in refilling them once empty. The show itself did not disappoint.

Fabulous exp, Son got a shout out for his 10th Birthday, got his dessert with Sparkler in it We were there in 2008 with our 8yr old and had a signed T-shirt from Staff then and Got it signed with the 2025 crew, Matt was only starting out his career, was delighted to see him and remind him of some of his acts 17yrs on??

Maybe more food options and bigger portions . The potatoes at the start are beautiful, but the salad was abit big. Also we paid to upgrade to drinks (cocktails ) my jug sat for the last 30 mins empty, maybe cause the end of show was near but I feel you should still be able to enjoy your drinks on the terrace even after the show.Maybe put a cap on the amount of jugs. As when we got the dinner and drinks package i had thought it was from the moment you arrived, not just when your in the theatre.

The bar before the show robbed us on house illusion premises, we asked for a drink in a jug, 3 bottles mixed together, we paid for 3 bottles, when they brought it, it was in a glass which held a bottle & a bit, the rest went down the sink. Shocking. Won't be back, complained before show & waiter did speak to bar manager, didn't even come to see us. Watched show but it spoiled our night. Waste of money & wont book again. Spoke to manager after show, offered us a drink but we'd had enough.

Got there at the recommended time but was kept waiting for over an hour which one of my parents had to leave even before the show had started due to feeling ill because of the wait. Also the second half of the show we wasn’t brought any drinks. Which was very poor .But the actual show was a great experience. And can’t complain about that.

Fantastic evening, show was supposed to start at 6.30 but we didn't arrive until 7.20 because we were waiting on a taxi ! They didn't start the show until we arrived and rang me to make sure I was still coming. The show itself was brilliant, highly recommend. And even had time for people to take pictures with them outside after the show was finished. Food was nice but could maybe be a bit bigger portion wise

The show is faultless! Entertainment from the moment we arrived. Waiting Staff/Door person etc. The best! My father is disabled I could not believe the consideration put in to include him and make sure he was comfortable. This is a tasteful show suitable for the whole family! We don't think they could top the show we saw.

Drinks at bar on entry are costly. Should offer a package to cover 1st drink before entry. Also get guests and sakes rep to check downloaded ticket. Repair was fantastic but between laughing and joking we got wrong package and had to upgrade on the door., which wasn't a problem as we arrived early. Show was amazing. Downside food was served between breaks and was not the hottest. Had McDonald's after show with kids as we were still hungry.
