What to expect
Immerse yourselves in this enriching excursion with different stops that make up the city's evolution throughout time. Choose your preferred language for the audio guide at check-out and start your exploration. The guided tour will be in English only.The tour will start with the discovery of the Jumeirah area, and the famous Burj Al Arab. You'll stop at an art centre and then visit or stop for a snapshot of the awe-inspiring Grand Mosque of Jumeirah that dates back to the Fatimid rule.Next, continue to the historic district of Bastakyia, located in the ancient fortress of Al-Fahidi, which dates back 200 years. Then, you will have a chance to cross a creek in an authentic boat called Abra.See the spectacular cityscape whilst heading towards the district of Deira, which is home to Dubai's biggest spice and gold souks. Here, you can splurge on a golden souvenir, and sample exotic spices. The tour will continue with the discovery of the Zaabeel area and the rulers of Dubai palaces before ending at the famous iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Your guide will then take you to the Burj Khalifa lifts to the 124th floor. Lastly, you will be able to discover the Dubai mall and its secrets on your own.

the Jumeirah Grand Mosque in Dubai entrance is not included in this ticket. However, if you want the option to enter and have a guided tour at your own cost, it's open on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 08h45 till 09h45 AM only. On Mondays and Wednesdays from 09h00 to 10h00 AM and from 10h15 to 11h15 AM. The mosque is closed on Fridays. Ladies visiting the Mosque are required to cover their heads with a scarf and do not wear shorts, beachwear or sleeveless outfits as they are to be fully covered. Men visiting the Mosque should wear long trousers

Excellent
The guide was brilliant. The stops were amazing. However, they were nearly an hour late picking us up. I also want expecting to queue the entire way up the Burj Khalifa, which took another hour. The view from the top was quite disappointing due to the level of air pollution in Dubai. We couldn’t see the Palm at all.

Leider wurden wir zu 2 Verkaufsveranstaltungen gefahren (Wandteppiche, Gewürze) dadurch leider in keine Moschee gegangen (nur von außen gesehen). Trotz gebuchter Karten zum Burj Khalifa lange Wartezeit.

Burj Khalifa was on my bucket list for years but now I can tick it as done. We enjoyed the day including a drive around Dubai, crossing the Creek in a dhow, lunch in Starbucks (our choice) then the rocket like lift up to the 124th floor for a few photos of Dubai down below and finally a wander in the largest Mall in the world. A busy day but very enjoyable. Would recommend

Der Begleiter war nur englischsprachig und hat auch auf englisch nicht viel gesagt. Den größten Zeitaufwand waren die zwei Verkaufsveranstaltungen (Teppich und Gewürze). Die Karten für Burj Khalifa wurden besorgt, war in Ordnung.

2 Foto-Stopps und 2 Verkaufs-Stopps. Laaange Schlange beim Burji Khalifa..1,5 Std anstehen. Gut, dass ich nur die Halbtagstour gebucht hatte und oben meine Zeit hatte. In der Ausflugsgruppe waren Gäste mit Ganztagstour, die eigentlich oben angekommen, sich schon in die Schlange zum Runterkommen hätten anstellen müssen - und wären auch dann zu spät zum Treffpunkt für die Weiterfahrt gekommen.. Durch die Warterei war deren gesamte Zeitplan hin....

Der Zubringfahrer war sehr unfreundlich und informierte uns nicht über den weiteren Ablauf. Wir fühlten uns etwas unsicher, ob wir wirklich richtig waren. Das Museum war in Wirklichkeit ein Teppichbasar, bei dem uns überteuerte Teppiche verkauft werden sollten. Auf dem angekündigten Marktbesuch wurden wir gezielt zu einem Geschäft geführt. Freizeit hatten wir hier nur in diesem Geschäft, wo die Verkäufer wieder versuchten, uns alles Mögliche zu verkaufen.

Taken to a carpet shop wasting our time. Burj khalifia should have been first stop when NOT busy, saving 2 hours of queuing! Trip was fine, but to be honest would have been cheaper, simpler & quicker to do it ourselves on metro or taxi. Just a lot of driving round in circles on a bus. Very little time actually stopped. Completely missed out the 200 year old town bit. Just rushed to the little boats. Whole day was about the queue at Burj, so as I said - why not do that bit first!?????.

Die Abholzeit war überhaupt nicht richtig! Der Fahrer kam 1/2 h zu früh, wir waren noch mitten beim Frühstück. Sehr unangenehm auch, dass der Fahrer dann wie der Presser auf uns wartete und null zählen ließ, dass er viel zu früh ist - echt nervig. Die Bus-Stadt-Tour war dann ganz o.k, der Guide sehr nett und kompetent. Unmöglich fanden wir, dass uns eine "Verkaufsfahrt" bei einem Teppichhändler nebenbei untergejubelt wurde. Das muss ja echt nicht sein, wertvolle Zeit zu verschwenden.

De tour was mooi. De pauzes waren interessant. Zoals de goud soukh, stukkies varen. En de tour op zich was leuk. Wij stonden alleen een beetje raar te kijken van kleine busje dat ons ophaalde. Was misschien handiger geweest als er was medegedeeld dat wij naar een ontmoeting punt werden gebracht. Naar de mooie luxe touringcar. Maar verder een aanbeveling. Ook de chauffeur, en de gids uitstekend, vriendelijk, en behulpzaam. Wij hebben in ieder geval genoten van de excursie.

Die tui Mitarbeiter in Oftringen waren sehr schlecht informiert über die Einreisenestimmungen nach Dubai. Als wir es selber bemerkten dass wir nicht alle Infos hatten, fühlten wir uns überhaupt nicht ernst genommen. Auch Hilfe konnten sie uns nicht anbieten. Wir mussten alles innerhalb eines Tages selber aufgleisen und wussten nicht, ob wir am nächsten Tag fliegen können. Am Abreisetsg um 8.00 hatten wir die Zustimmung dass wir fliegen können??

The half day tour started at 8am pickup, then we picked up other guests. We then transferred onto another bus that was lovely & comfortable. Our tour guide was very informative & helpful at all times. We definitely would recommend this trip.

Sehr gut organisiert von der Abholung im Hotel bis zu den Zielpunkten der Tour. Internationale Gruppe, Reiseleiter spricht Englisch. Im Tourbus Sprachauswahl Deutsch möglich. Kopfhörer. Tour dauert von 9.00 Uhr bis 13.30. Burj Al Arab, Moschee, Altstadt Dubai, mit Wassertaxi zum Goldsouk.
