What to remember
The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, however, you are welcome to take your time. Guests of At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY can stay at level 148 for up to 30 minutes and then continue the journey to level 125/124, where they can stay for as long as they wish
Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage Check Room located near the entrance. No food or drinks are allowed
Please note: for visitors who wish to view the sunset, we would recommend booking an entry time approximately 30 minutes prior to get a good spot
For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather

Beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder die 148 Etage buchen. Die paar Euro mehr sind es auf jeden Fall wert. Keine Wartezeit und auf der 148 Etage toller Service und nicht so viele Besucher. Auf allen Bildern sind wir alleine drauf. Auch beim verlassen des Turms bevorzugt und fast keine Wartezeit vor dem Fahrstuhl.

Preis Leistung war nicht so Top, da es keinen wirklich Tour Guide gab der einen was erklärt hat. Es gab nur kurz ein paar Infos über den Turm. Und ansonsten wurde nicht viel Leistung erbracht, man bekam nur ein Orangensaft und eine Dattel und einen Keks, was völlig ausreichend war aber mehr Leistung wurde dann auch schon nicht mehr erbracht!

Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall die Tickets für die 148 Etage mit Fast Lane zu kaufen. Es geht wirklich viel schneller und die Aussicht von ganz oben ist noch mal besser. Und es ist oben nicht so voll. Wir fanden das super so.

Overall a nice experience but found it very rushed. Would like to have it been explained when they sat us down in front of a camera and took photos we wondered what was going on also the cost of these were extorionate. We were given a price and said no then when we were going out of tge building we were offered again at a discount price. We bought 3 which cost roughly £110 it was our golden wedding we wanted a souveneir but thought it was very rushed and overpriced.

Der Ausflug mit Kind 6 Jahre war sehr schön. Im 148 Stock ist es nicht voll und dadurch sehr angenehm. Auch beim Hochfahren musste man durch die premium Tickets nicht anstehen. War ein sehr gelungener Ausflug. Kleines Minus die Preise der Fotos finde ich schon etwas unverschämt teuer und im 148 war die Bedienung wohl etwas gelangweilt.

Fast Track galt nur für hinauffahren, aber nicht fürs hinabfahren. Im 148 Stock gab es wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gab für Frauen und Männer jeweils nur eine Toilette. Die Servicekräfte im 148 Stock waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten nach der Beschreibung mehr erwartet was die Räumlichkeit und die Snacks angeht. Es gab auch noch den VIP Bereich im 154 Stock. Das wurde von TUI nicht angeboten.

Ein tolles Erlebnis vor allem ohne Anstehen. Die geführte Führung war ja nur im Eingangsbereich und so schnell dass die letzten nichts verstanden noch hören konnte. Die Baufakten sind total an uns vorbeigegangen, hatten keine Möglichkeit zu lesen, der Guide quasi rannte im Stechschritt weiter und war nicht besonders freundlich und einladend. Oben war gut, nur Erklärung für Stock 124+125 war nicht dabei und schlussendlich ein Kaos mit herunterfahren mit dem Lift. Alles im Superschnellen Tempo.

Really enjoyed this experience and think it’s a must for any visitor. Very efficient service. We enjoyed the 6pm booking and arrived a couple of hours early and sorted our tickets first, got our sticker on and then went to look around Dubai Mall. Then we arrived back at 5.30 and was shown straight into the waiting lounge area for a pre information chat about the beautiful Burj Khalifia. All in all an amazing experience.

Der Ausflug an sich, war wirklich toll und sehenswert und unbedingt zum weiterempfehlen. Die Beschreibung vom Startpunkt war mehr schlecht als recht. Ich bin dann in der Lobby des Turms zur Gruppe gestoßen, obwohl ich bis heute nicht weiß, ob es die richtige war. Ich habe mich mit dem Ticket einfach einer Gruppe angeschlossen die auch zum entsprechenden Zeitpunkt vor Ort war.

Um auch wirklich seinen Vorrang zu bekommen muss man der Person die die Tickets am Anfang der verschiedenen Kategorien (jede hat ihre eigene Schlange) etwas dreist von der Seite sein Ticket zeigen, sonst steht man wie alle in einer sehr langen Schlange. Danach geht alles reibungslos zügig und zügig beschreibt auch die Art und Weise wie das Personal das Butj Khalifa vorstellt: schnell, schnell, weitergehen, wer nicht zuhört hat Pech. Das Personal im Kaffee ist sehr freundlich.

Das Erlebnis ist überragend und unvergesslich. Gerade der 148 Stock macht den unterschied aus. Man wird hier super Bedient, Trinken und Snacks so viel man will, wir haben die Ruhe genossen, verglichen mit dem 124 und 125 Stock ein riesen vorteil, da dort wesentlich mehr los ist, der Preis ist natürlich hoch, aber war es uns absolut wert????

Den Burj Khalifa muss man besucht haben. Ob man unbedingt in die 148. Etage muss......., wir finden im Nachhinein das auch 124 und 125 gereicht hätten. Der Guide war schwer zu verstehen aber die Entstehung ist auch bildlich dargestellt, also kein Problem. Alles in allem war es aber klasse.

prachtig uitzicht op 148, en vooral je komt er tot rust. Genieten bij een koffie thee of sapje en kijken naar Dubai. Op 124 en 125 was het een stuk drukker. Jammer TUI verkoopt de excursies maar veel meer dan een mail is er niet, vervoer en wat begeleiding zou wenselijk zijn; zeker voor personen die niet gewent zijn in de drukte van een grootstad te dwalen.

Ein einmaliges Erlebnis, kein preisliches Schnäppchen, aber doch sehr besonders und beeindruckend. Wenn man Dubai besucht, ist der Besuch des Burj Kalifa ein „Muss“. Der Ausblick in der 148. Wer den Burj besichtigen möchte, muss unbedingt diese Tickets im Vorfeld kaufen. Ansonsten kann man sich darauf einstellen mehrere Stunden 2-3 beim hochfahren und 1-2 Stunden beim runterfahren anzustehen. Ansonsten wars ganz okay. Nichts besonderes.

Man sollte den relativ hohen Preis für die 148ste Etage schon investieren, um das Gefühl gehabt zu haben, die höchste begehbare Aussichtsplattform der Welt begangen zu haben und vor allem deshalb, da man ansonsten stundenlang !!!!! in Warteschlangen steht, um dann endlich mit dem Lift nach oben fahren zu können. Den HÖHEN-Unterschied zw. den Leveln 148 / 124 merkt man eigentlich kaum. Die obere Etage ist weniger von Besuchern frequentiert. Die (Außen-) Aussichtsplattform ist relativ klein.

Leider hatten wir keinen Guide bei Ankunft zur Stelle und mussten in einer Riesenschlange anstehen. Aber ab dem Zeitpunkt, wo wir oben waren, war es wunderbar. Wir würden bewirtet mit Café und könnten die Aussicht genießen.

Fast track enabling us to go straight in slightly earlier than planned. Guide showed us where to go but not that much information overall. Enjoyed floor 148 and plenty of time to enjoy the view. Coffee. Juice and pastries offered. Less crowded than floors 124/125.

Wie in der anderen Rezension schon gesagt würde ich nicht mehr über die App buchen sondern vor Ort beim Reiseleiter. Die Information die man vor Ort bekommt ist einfach besser. Dafür würde Ich auch etwas mehr bezahlen. Positiv kann ich den Reiseleiter Michael erwähnen Serbien kleinsten Problem sich sofort kümmert und eine Lösung herbeiführt

Führung gibt es nicht. Man fährt alleine mit dem Lift von der 125. Etage in die 148. Es interessiert aber auch niemanden, wie lange man dort bleibt.

Vanwege de “fast line” is alles soepel verlopen. In een groepje zijn we snel naar binnen geleid. Met de lift zijn we in een mum van tijd naar de 148e verdieping gegaan. Het uitzicht is schitterend en magisch. Een geweldige ervaring. Tijdstip om 19.00 uur is uitstekend. Zo zie je ook de zonsondergang.

Wij hadden dit geboekt precies rond zonsondergang dit was heel mooi om te zien, het is ook overweldigend om mee te maken “zo hoog”. Ga je alleen kijken naar het geld dan is het natuurlijk veel te duur in ons geval 240 euro om met de lift naar boven te gaan om een een paar lekkernijen en een drankje te nuttigen, maar goed als je het niet doet dan mis je naar mijn idee een hele mooie speciale ervaring. Dat uitzicht en de ervaring is onbetaalbaar, dus ja ik zou het zo weer doen.

First if you smoke don’t take and experience lighters ie zippo’s as your not guaranteed to get it back as you have to leave with staff as can’t take them up, it’s worth paying the extra to go to 148th floor as when we went back down to 125th floor it was packed and views not as good, the lift ride up was amazing, quite a long walk to get to lifts from welcome room but plenty to see about how it was built on the way to the lifts. Not really worth the £112 each to go up, but still nice to do.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Durch den bevorzugten Eintritt erspart man sich langes Anstehen und im 148 Stock ist es einfach toll. Man hat Zeit, gemütlich etwas zu trinken (kostenlos) und die Aussicht zu genießen. Die Perspektive von oben ist eine ganz andere als in Stockwerk 124/125, fast wie aus einem Flugzeug. Was wir nicht wussten, weil wir nicht genau gelesen hatten, dass man den Voucher erst noch in Tickets eintauschen muss. Also hierfür vorher genug Zeit einplanen.

Sas finden des Eingangs ist etwas schwierig, wurde uns von unserem AP michael aber vorab gut erklärt... sonst wäre wa sicher eine längere Suche geworden. Die Tour im burj khalifa ist natürlich stark frequentiert... alleine ist man zum Sonnenuntergang dort nirgends. 148 ist aber ein muss... die Plattform darunter ist überfüllt und nur inside.
