We were travelling with a 5 year old and knew before we went that we would be limited but we looked at the map and found a few areas that would be suitable. When we arrived, an entire section was closed (the section that was perfect for my son’s age) he was too big for the small rides and too small for the big rides. We should have been told before we purchased tickets that this was the case. On top of this, the staff were very rude and seemed inconvenienced by us

There was no indication when booking that the travel time to and from the park was 2hrs each way. With children this wasn’t a pleasant journey plus no food/drink on bus. only had 5hrs at the park to enjoy instead of a full day and this was due to journey time which we didn’t realise when booking as it wasn’t stated. Kids enjoyed Aqualand but some slides were slow and my niece bumped her head on a slide. Floors were slippery around the park but luckily we took water shoes. Staff were friendly..

The transfer was a 4 hour round trip with under 5 hours in the park. First pick up and and last drop off, which isn’t ideal. With young children a 2 hour journey to get there and 2 hours back was awful. TUI need to explain this in their itinerary. My daughter banged her head on the first slide as it was so slow. Luckily the lifeguard was able to get her ice to apply to her head. My nephew got stuck on a slide as it was too slow. The day was exhausting with the travel. Wouldn’t recommend using.

Floor tiles were coming off in kids pool and on the way into the pool which was dangerous, have a 2 year old and was worried they would trip. Would be good to know on the bus that the lockers were digi/card based. Would have liked to know more about the park on the bus before we got off. Good selection of slides and variety for young ones

Park is great but the multiple pick ups and drop offs meant we only had 5 hours in the park with 4 hours of travelling. You are inly ever given a pick up time not a collection time. Better and cheaper on public buses. Journey time is only slightly less- but at least you can maximise your time at the park

Not very clear what I score . The Aqualand I score with 9, but the TUI part with 4. - leavening in the morning, half hour delay not any communication about this delay. We are in 21 century and a SMS or email or message in TUI app are free and easy tu be done if Tui want -leaving. . A lot of busses with TUI level and a lot of TUI guides, but non of them can help you to tell what is your bus. 15 minutes delay. Not any communication. - duration. The leaving was set 2.5 before closing

The water slides are death traps i cut my elbow on one and was sent flying in the air in another my son came out covered in bruises i paid for gold tickets that god me free ice cream amd soft drinks and toys for the kids and not one shop or stall would take them i was chased by everyone I asked, I spent near 800 euro at this and to be treated like that is unacceptable

I’m appalled that even on a relatively calm day, you cannot hope to go down a slide more than 1x per 30 minutes. The fast lane passes costing 90 euro on top of the several hundred we paid to get the family in is just shocking.

Der Aquapark ist sehr voll und die Wartezeit ist sehr lang in der prallen Sonne. Man kann einen Fastpass für 90,00€ dazukaufen und muss sich dennoch anstellen (in einer anderen Schlange). Eine Pizza mit Getränk kosten 20 €, sehr teuer und nichtmal lecker. Wenige Schatzenplätze. Ein Geschenk für die Kids gab es leider auch nicht. Getränkegutschein und Eisgutschein wurden nicht akzeptiert, also umsonst gezahlt

My son came out of a ride ,he's bruised his torso and arm. A member of staff asked him what had happened and he said when he was in the ride the ring, it threw him out when he got to the bottom. After this he wouldn't go on any other ride. He has a bump and bruise on his arm.

Fin park! Inte så smockfullt när vi var där. Fick ändå köa i 30-50 min i de större kanorna. Vi köpte den resan med transfer och Guld. Guld kostade 9€ till per person. Jag reste med mina två barn. Inte värt att köpa Guld via TUI! Man får en solstol till den vuxne (som man ändå inte är vid), en varsin kula glass och en varsin läsk. Barnen får också en ”gift” i shoppen. Vilket var en varsin ful keps. Solstol, glassar och läsk = 23€. Så det jade blivit billigare att inte ta Guld.

The park itself was really expensive. Fast passes were really poor value for money. Everything geared towards getting you to spend more. The park was also extremely uncomfortable in the heat. Metal steps to the rides and really tough concrete paths not fun in bare feet.

From the moment we arrived the staff were rude and not polite at all. From asking a member of staff which way were the lockers. To ordering food, to politely declining photographs )multiple times) we experienced rudeness. Our 10 year old daughter who is autistic had a horrific day as on 2 occasions staff members failed to keep her safe. On one slide she was stuck for 3 and a half minutes, screaming her head off for help and it was only right at the end did the man acknowledge her.

Had to get up earlier that usually and rush having breakfast to meet at 25 past 8, when the bus didn’t arrive until nearly 5 to 9. Then tickets were not ready for our entry and even tho we paid for priority to get early entry we did not get it and then the bus collected us at 3:45 even tho its open until 6pm. Shocking value for money. Would not book again and will be sharing my experience on relevant sources

Meine Frau durfte als Brillenträgerin keine Rutsche benutzen. Ohne Brille sieht sie nichts. Also war es für sie leider nur rausgeschmissenes Geld. Die Warteschlangen an den Rutschen waren mit unter sehr lang. Teilweise standen wir eine halbe Stunde für eine Rutsche an (Hauptsaison). Essen und Trinken sollte man sich auch mitbringen- etwas teurer dort. Die Kinder und ich hatten unseren Spaß und man kann dort den ganzen Tag verbringen. Transfer hat ohne Probleme geklappt

It should have been clear that it would be a 3pm pick up, the park did not close till 6pm and we lost vital time and did not go on every ride. The park was badly managing the queues, could have made more of spaces on the rides of bigger numbers and more inflatables available for those not on fast pass. There were no water fountains and the food was very highly priced and very low quality.

Długie kolejku sprawiają że nie jesteś w stanie się w pełni bawić się na dostępnych atrakcjach. Nikt nas o tym nie poinformowała że tyle czasu trzeba czekać w kolejkach. Na miejscu oferują dodatkowy bilet na ominięcie kolejek za 90EUR za osobę. Jak dla mnie to jest to celowe naciąganie dlatego nie mówią że mogą być kolejki.

The travelling was 2 1/2 hours each way, total 5 hours, longer than time at park. Guide? Someone counted us on the bus, gave us a ticket and pick up time at the park and waved us in direction of the entrance. Counted us back on bus.

Alles überteuert, wenn man keine fast line hat ist es ein verlorener Tag. Abgesehen davon da die fast line abzocke gegenüber den Gästen ist. Das System muss besser organisiert sein. In der Hitze 45 min warten für nichts und wieder nichts. Sehr enttäuschend. Beim essen das selbe. Viel zu lange Warteschlangen zu wenig Personal. Und die Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Er was ons meegedeeld met gold, dat je niet moest wachten, maar dan moesy je nogmaals €120 betalen voor 4 faspasses pp of zo... dus dit was niet correct. Ook de duur dat we binnen waren. Van 10.30 bus vertrekt 15.40 uur. Te kort voor dit geld. 1 atractie ging mega traag omdat er maar 3 banden waren, we stonden daar meer dan een uur. Dannog een haöf uur wachten tot je iets kan eten en drinken.. Te weinig kummem doen voor dit geld, jammer.

Het park is op zich leuk, maar 1,5 uur in de rij voor 1 glijbaan zeker niet. Een fastpas is belachelijk duur, maar heb je eigenlijk wel nodig om iets te kunnen doen. De tijd dat je hier met de excursie door kan brengen is veel te kort. Om 15.30 uur werden we al opgehaald, terwijl het park tot 18 uur open was. Ook de reistijd er naar toe was erg lang. Er werd aangegeven dat het +- 1 uur rijden vanaf ons hotel, maar doordat we ver weg van ons hotel mensen op moesten halen waren we 2 uur onderweg.

Not Tui but Aqualand fast pass system means more money has to be spent to actually get on the slides! It makes it double the cost. We couldn't do most of the slides due to not having fast pass bands due to cost, qued for 30+ mins, didn't move where as a family of 5 went on the same slide 3 times due to having the fast pass. Definitely an unfair system, unless you have unlimited money to spend!!!

Tolle Rutschen - aber: Besitzer einer Gold-Card haben Vortrittsrecht, also wartet man ewig, da sich diese Leute immer vordrängeln (dürfen). Ich habe nach 40 Minuten aufgegeben, da immer neue Gold-Card Leute aufgetaucht sind und es einfach nicht weiter ging. Hat man eine GoldCard, so steht man auch in einer Schlange (wenn auch kürzer) und muss sich die Kommentare der anderen anhören. Kurz: Ein absolut krankes System, das abgeschafft gehört.

Leider hat es wenig Sinn das Aqualand zu besuchen ohne einen Fastpass der für 6 Rutschen die man mit dem Fasspass einmal rutschen kann 35€ kostet und für alle Rutschen ohne Limit 80€ natürlich pro Pers. Wir haben für den Ausflug mit Transfer schon 60€ pro Pers bezahlt. Ohne Fastpass hat man kaum Gelegenheit zum Rutschen da alle mit Fastpass Vorrang haben. Essen und Getränke sind auch sehr teuer, was wir allerdings vorab wussten. Ohne Fastpass macht es keinen Sinn!!! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

The tour operator issued the tickets outside the gates prior to us entering the waterpark. This process could of been completed while we travelled on the bus. The journey was over an hour long. Because she did it outside the park. The queue to enter was growing fast. This could of been avoided

A real rip off for the cost. Not enough time in the park and we had to pay for fast track to have ANY chance of getting on more than one ride. Spent almost 3 hours in round trip coach time for just over 4.5 hours in the water park. Not great!!!! Would not recommend. Better hiring car and driving yourself.

We shared the coach with the marine land even after being told by the rep we wouldn’t we could have had more time there as we were picked back up at 3.45 when aqualand was open till 5 we got into aqualand at around 10.15 so we had less than 6 hours which wasn’t really great value for money the guide on the coach left us at the aquarium as someone had phoned in sick and we were meet by another guide at aqualand who seemed to have no clue at all of what she was doing the price was a lot for wha

the gold pass was good but with another 80 extra per person for fast pass was too expensive. not value for money for a family of 4. With an autistic child the shorter wait times were needed so we did pay ,thankfully we could but would have been nice to have that information before booking the tickets. without pass we would have not gotten on all the slides in the time we had between out transfers, so therefore would have spent more time queuing than in the park.

Bei der Buchung über TUI im Hotel selber wurde uns gesagt, wenn wir diesen Goldstatus jetzt gleich über TUI für 9 € plus pro Person buchen, dass wir dann auch direkt bei den Attraktionen an anderen Teilnehmern, die nicht diesen goldstarter Sagen vorbeigehen können, um die Attraktion direkt nutzen zu können. Dies war leider nicht der Fall ja mit diesem Goldstatus über TUI haben wir bekommen jeder ein extra Eis jeder ein ein Getränk, man hat einen kleinen Rabatt bekommen im Souvenirshop.

Good rides, lovely surroundings, tickets for drink, ice cream and sunbed all work. Extra cost for fastpass, queuing if not got it as others pass you for 3rd time before you even on ride slightly annoying. Time in park v number of times actually on rides limited, and standing in queue for rides. Lazy river good and rides varied plus fun once on them.

Att säga att det tar 1 timma dit är en ren lögn. Det tar en timma dit fågelväg ja, men transfern tar minst 2 timmar dit och 2 timmar tillbaka på en buss utan toalett med massa barn på. Du får aktivt 4-5 timmar på parken där attraktioner tar i genomsnitt 45 min i ren kötid. Du får alltså åka 4-5 turer inkluderat att man också måste äta, göra toabesök osv. Inte värt en krona.

The organisation was poor - no guidance when arriving and despite having’fast track’ entrance we were last to enter. The park is poorly maintained, 3 out of 5 rides for the dmallest in our group were closed. Tickets massively inflated - €18 direct €32 with transfer from Cala Bona compared to €59 from TUI.

The Aqua Park excursion was completely mis-sold. We paid €240 extra for the Gold Pass after being told it included fast-track rides, drinks, sunbeds and children’s gifts. It didn’t. The journey took over 2 hours, not under 1 hour as promised. We only managed 3 rides, queued for hours in extreme heat, were asked to pay extra for sunbeds, and the “children’s gift” was an adult hat. Very disappointing and poor value. TUI should ensure reps give accurate information.

Aqualand has the potential to be a lot of fun. But the experience is utterly pointless unless you pay the extra £70 each for Fast Passes. This was an unaffordable cost for me and my sons and we had to wait for up to an hour for some rides that only lasts a minute. We did not get to experience all the rides in the time available because of the whole Fast Pass debacle. There is also not enough shade in the park, making the process of queuing somewhat torturous.

Guide was awful - looked like he had rolled out of bed onto the bus. No uniform. No lanyard. Come on, guys. Really?! Aqualand could be great. But queues were awful, hidden fast pass price was extortionate relative to the ticket price. Lack of information. Not great.

Very expensive, for what you get. Even after paying for the gold package with TUI. It was only worth it because you get the sunbed and drink just a little cheaper. The park overall needs to be updated. Needs to be maintained and cleaned better. Better signage to know about what time wave pool is on and how long waiting in queues will be. Food is terrible and very expensive. Staff are rude but I put that down to language barriers and that the staff are very young.

Ohne Fast Pass hat man keine Chance zu Rutschen. Wir standen mehrere Minuten auf einer Stelle und es ging kein Stück voran. Immer wieder sind welche an uns vorbei gezogen die einen Fast Pass hatten. Das ganze haben wir mehrmals an verschiedenen Rutschen versucht. Leider ohne Erfolg. Wir sind dann immer wieder runter gegangen und haben dann aufgegeben. Das macht echt keinen Spaß. Es ist auch viel zu teuer was man dort dafür nochmal extra ausgeben muss. Da würde ich leider nie wieder hingehen.

I’ve booked this trip many times and the coach is shared with those going to the aquarium. It used to be the case that the aquarium people were dropped off first so those going to aqualand had less time there. This time we were dropped off first so had 6 hours at the waterpark which was so much better. The guide on the coach was lovely and efficient. Aqualand food is expensive so take your own food if going

Very expensive for what’s available. Long queues at a number of slides and the park wasn’t really busy. Leaving early to get bus back to hotel limits time on slides. Food and drink at park is very expensive and poor quality, long queues as only 2 outlets open wasting more time. Some slides dangerous, I bang my head hard on the roof of one of the slides, member of staff brushed it off with a ‘it happens’.

The Aqualand itself was grea we really enjoyed it up until the point a member of the Aqualand staff at a ride stole my son’s sliders. Went to management with it and was fobed off. Was disappointed that we were not advised everything before trip. We’re not told we would have to rent sun beds. Did not get advised about lockers. Did not get advised about fast track wrist bands. Did not get told about no where to top flip flops so had to go bare foot and then ended up with burns on bottom of feet. One of rides I came off and damaged shoulder.

Blev lurad att köpa sk "Gold Pass" för hela familjen vilket skulle göra upplevelsen bättre, men det var en total bluff. Det utlovas 10% rabatt i hela parken (som är dyr!) men ingen av butikerna eller matställen har hört talas om nåt Tui Gold Pass, testade 5 olika. "No not here, i don't know" säger de bara. Sen fick man intrycket av att sk fast pass ingår i Gold, det gör det inte, man får en rabatt på 2 euro! Ett pass kostar 45 euro i parken! Alltså en rabatt på under 2%. Fler saker var dåliga.

Mycket uppskattat besök av såväl mig själv som vår 19-åring! Parken är fin och fräsch. Väldigt bra med skåpen man hyr över dagen och som man kan öppna hur många gånger som helst (låses med kod). Bra är att ha med badskor - de är tillåtna i vattenrutschkanorna och så slipper man springa runt barfota (marken blir dessutom väldigt varm). Vi hade inga långa köer så behövde inte köpa ”fast pass”. Mao kändes ”guldpasset” som TUI sålde något onödigt.

Ausflug hat uns sehr gefallen! Was mir nicht gefallen hat ist lediglich dass die Rückfahrt zum Hotel um 15.40 Uhr viel zu früh war. Man hatte überhaupt keine Zeit sich mal auf die Liege zu legen und zu entspannen.

Park is completely wrong dimensioned - way too long queryies for the slides even with fast track - park wasn’t even fully booked and we get used 4 slides for waiting of 4 hours - absolutely not worth it, same with query for the food .. high prices and no chance to get food in acceptable time. And.. it’s not Europe largest..

We visited the aqualand park during the second week of June. As it was during normal school term time, the park was relatively quiet, and therefore we didn't have to queue for most of the slides. There were plenty of slides to keep my family entertained for the day. The food was a little pricey, but tasted ok.

We went for our 4 year old, and although there were 3 pools with some slides available, the smaller set of big slides were broken, so for us it was an expensive trip for pools we had available for us at the hotel. Had those additional slides been open it would have been much better. The food is extortionate so take a picnic. The transfer was fine, the journey home was long. We only went on 1 big slide which was good, park was quiet so no waiting time.

The park was well set up but expensive once inside. Sun loungers were 6 euros each and needed as it was very hot. Fast food was available and was booked and paid for via an electronic system. It was expensive as a family of 4. The park had slides for very small children and very high octane slides but nothing in between so 2 of us who were less high octane did not enjoy the park as much. It looked like there was a mid range slide area but this was closed down which was a shame. Hit and miss! !

The park was great , very clean and luckily for us no queues . The downside was not every ride was open and only 1 food place , non of the little shack type places were open for drinks / ice creams . Luckily it wasn’t busy so wasn’t a problem

Tui and Aqualand need to be on the same page regarding dress code and what is available on site and the further expenses you have to dish out. No seating is available unless you pay for it Lycra tops is all that can be worn for t shirts You need a spectical head band to paddle in water All of these were not disclosed when purchasing you entrance ticket by tui or Aqualand

The park was fantastic however not a great deal of slide choice, there could be more. We did not enjoy that we had paid over £50 each for entry and they charge for a sunlounger bed and lockers
