Wir haben gut in der Küche gekocht, danach eine ausgiebige Tour durch die Gärten, Olivenbäume & den Herstellungsprozess bekommen. Der Besitzer hat sehr viel Zeit mit uns verbracht und alles ausgiebig erklärt. Danach gab es noch ein großes gutes Mittagessen, alles frisch aus dem Garten. Diese Tour ist sehr zu empfehlen.

we did this as a couple. it was fun and engaging. the other people on the class were great company so this made the whole experience a pleasure. the time was fun and filled with interest. the hands-on activity was good for the feeling of being involved and the final part of the experience was a happy time sitting together to eat what we had produced. The pace was relaxed and the atmosphere welcoming and friendly.

Ist Ausgefallen, mir wurde 1 Std. vorher bescheid gegeben. Bei einer eigene Anfahrt währen noch mal mit dem Taxi von Kos noch 60-80€ dazu gekommen. Der Reiseleiter hat uns erst nach der Bezahlung darauf hingewiesen das wir selber dort anreisen müssen, auf eigene kosten.

The info says that it’s 2-4 hours when in actual fact it was 9-3. Very enthusiastic and proud farmer and knows his stuff. I think I would say to contain the olive oil info a bit more. Was an awful lot of information to take in but you could see how proud he was of his knowledge and oil. Loved the cooking too with his mother. Overall a fab experience, just needed to be a little shorter on information as we were all overloaded at the end. X

Really enjoyed this trip. The owner and guide for the day could not do enough for us. He has a real love for his farm. And his mother did the cooking with us. A homely and lovely experience.

Es war ein super Erlebnis, wir hatten viel Spaß bei der Zubereitung des Essens. Der Chef der Taverne hat sich sehr gut um uns alle gekümmert. Sehr interessant war die Runde auf seiner Landwirtschaft mit all den Früchten und Tieren. Im Ausflugsproramm wäre darauf ein Hinweis wichtig, weil wir doch fast eine Stunde bei größter Hitze auf dem Feld unterwegs waren ( festes Schuhwerk zu empfehlen). In der Ausflugsbeschreibung stand nicht, dass nur englisch gesprochen wird…

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Tag bei Nonna Kontessa und ihrer Familie: spannender Kochkurs, sehr leckeres Essen, interessante Einblicke in die Landwirtschaft auf Kos und in die Olivenöl-Herstellung. Die Olivenölverkostung war toll und die Preise für die Produkte der Farm waren absolut okay. SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN - VERY GOOD!!!

Als je koken en olijfolie houdt echt een aanrader. Gastheer vertelt kleurrijk zijn verhaal,we bereiden Griekse maaltijden voor o.l.v.zijn moeder,alles gaat de oven in,rondleiding waarbij je alle in en outs van olijfolie te weten komt,waarna een heerlijke lunch van de zelf gemaakte maaltijden. Bijna een dagvullend programma. Top.

De kookworkshop stelde eigenlijk niet zoveel voor. We hebben wat groenten gesneden maar verder veel gekeken hoe het eten klaargemaakt werd en kregen daarbij allerlei tips én de recepten. De eigenaar van de olijfboomgaard was erg enthousiast, liet ons zijn bedrijf zien en vertelde er veel over. We konden ook onze vragen stellen. De proeverij bestond uit 3 olijfoliën. Als laatste gingen we lunchen en dat was héérlijk. Een tip: we gingen uiteindelijk laat lunchen dus misschien de volgorde iets aanp
