This fascinating day trip is a great way to get to know Naples, old and new, and visit Pompeii, the famous Roman city buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. You'll journey through the ages of Western civilisation and experience a vivid snapshot of life in ancient Rome.First, after a ferry crossing from Casamicciola port and a short bus ride, your guide will lead you through the streets of Pompeii. Buried under volcanic ash, it's now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll uncover fascinating stories and visit iconic landmarks, including the thermal baths, the Basilica and the frescoes of the Lupanar. You'll also stop at the Macellum, where the historic shops transport you back in time. A highlight of the tour is visiting the House of Faun, a grand villa named after the statue found within.After a short break for lunch, you'll explore the centuries-old Naples, where you'll have free time to explore the city centre at your own pace. Later in the afternoon, you'll board the bus back to Casamicciola to catch your ferry and return to your hotel.

Das umfangreiche Wissen der Reiseleiterin Roberta und ihre sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Art waren beeindruckend. Lediglich die Größe der Reisegruppe war mit 35 Personen deutlich zu hoch, insbesondere da eine körperlich stark eingeschränkte Person den Ablauf der Führung stark behindert hat.

Roberta die Reiseleiterin hat alles super erklärt. Es war sehr interessant. Was ich nicht gut fand, dass es in Pompeji viel zu voll war und ich immer Angst hatte Roberta zu verlieren. Schade fand ich auch das der Bus uns nur bis zum Hafen brachte und nicht mehr zur Verfügung stand. So sah man nur die Innenstadt von Neapel.

Wir bekamen ein englischen Guide, obwohl in unserer Gruppe nur Deutsche dabei waren. Die Stadtrundfahrt durch Neapel viel ganz weg. Ohne Preisnachlass. Wir wurden am Hafen abgesetzt und das wars. Sehr unprofessionell. Gruß Jörg

Die gebuchte Tour fand nicht in deutscher Sprache statt. In Pompeji wurden wir im Eiltempo durchgeführt ( 1 Stunde 20 Min.) Keine Zeit sich Etwas genauer anzuschauen bzw. Fotos zu machen. Anschließend wurde man sofort zum Ausgang geführt, keine Zeit in den Shop (Bücher) zu gehen. Auch die angegebene Stadtrundfahrt hat nicht stattgefunden. Wurden sofort wieder zur Fähre gefahren und mussten 3 Stunden bis zur Rückfahrt warten.

Die Preise der Händler im Eingangsbereich sind pure Abzocke. Die Erreichbarkeit vom Bus bis zum Eingang war sehr gut. Beide Frauen, die als Guide eingesetzt waren, haben ihre Arbeit mit Bravour gemacht

Logistisch wirklich top! An allen Punkten wurde man pünktlich eingesammelt. Es wurden immer Zeiten und Orte genannt, wo man sich einzufinden hatte, bei freier Zeit.
Unsere Tourguide Roberta hat das wirklich toll gemacht, viel erklärt und Fragen beantwortet.
Das war rundum ein gelungener Tag!

Es war eine sehr gut geplante Tour.Es hat zeitlich mit dem Bus und der Fähre rüber nach Neapel alles zeitlich gut gepasst. Für den Preis hätte ich mir gewünscht das der Eintritt(19€ zusätzlich) für Pompeji mit drin wäre. Die Reiseleiterin Roberta war großartig und ich würde mit ihr immer wieder eine Tour buchen.Sie erklärt und erzählt viel und hat immer ein Ohr für Fragen gehabt und sie beantwortet. Der Busfahrer Paolo ist sehr gut gefahren,sicher und entspannt.

Pompeii visit was excellent but the tour was changed to German speaking only so we couldn’t understand any of the information being given. The guide did try her best but she had very limited English. The tour of Naples was too long and it would have been better to spend longer at Pompeii.

Die Tour war toll und man hat viel gesehen. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Zeit in Pompeji erhofft und gern auch gesehen, wie die Ausgrabungen noch stattfinden. Aber man muss auch sagen, dass es in Pompeji extrem warm war.
