Wat te verwachten
Het waterpark is een perfecte bestemming voor een dagje uit met de hele familie. Je zit er goed voor adrenaline kicks en chillen doe je er ook. Dus iedereen heeft hier de tijd van zijn leven. Dat is precies waar Watercity in Anopolis voor staat.Watercity heeft een doolhof aan kronkelende glijbanen waar de adrenaline door je lijf giert. Bij de rondom gelegen zonneterrassen, restaurants en tuinen kom je tot rust, maar als echte avonturier kies je voor de Black Hole, Kamikaze, Crazy River of raft je er op los.Je plonst in het grote zwembad of spettert in het golfslagbad. Op de Lazy River dobber je rustig vooruit of je springt in de gigantische whirlpool. Voor de kleintjes zijn er twee ondiepe zwembaden om in te spelen. En als het tijd is om te eten haal je wat bij een van de cafés, bars, restaurants en een ijskraam voor de lekkere trek.

De oppikplek bestond niet meer. Dus dat was aan het begin van de trip al stress. Eenmaal op het park bestond het vermaak voornamelijk uit wachten, wachten, wachten. Wachten tot je binnen kon. Lange rijen. Een half uur wachten in een rij voor een attractie voor een aantal seconden vermaak. En last but not least. De zonnebril van mijn man die werd gestolen ter waarde van €700,- .. geen camera toezicht helemaal niets.. dus nee voor ons en vooral voor ons kind een dikke teleurstelling

Pick op om 16u is veel te vroeg als je maar om 11u binnen bent. Het is park is nog volop open een later pick up zou wel leuker zijn het is tenslotte een dag uitstap voor de rest goed geregeld

Zakupiliśmy bilet dla dziecka do 12 lat i nie mógł korzystać praktycznie z żadnych zjeżdżalni, pomimo odpowiedniego wzrostu. Ogólnie duże kolejki do zjeżdżalni ale to pewnie norma. Ceny w "bufecie" rozsądne.

We were picked up from Candia Maris public bus stop dead on time by the driver (9.55am). Then took about an hour to get to the waterpark as it picked a few more people up, lots of people had been on the bus a long time. Bus driver clearly told us time and bus number for return. The park itself was great! No where near as busy as places like Siam Park in Tenerife but lots of great slides to go on with no massive queues. All payments on a barcoded wristband was a great system. Prices reasonable.

Es war alles super organisiert. Essen und Trinken vor Ort mit großer Auswahl (selbst bezahlen), für jeden was dabei. Die Rutschen werden durch mehrere Mitarbeiter überwacht. Es wird sehr auf Sicherheit geachtet. Badeschuhe empfehlenswert.

Unclear pick up point to go to watercity (we wasn’t the only family unsure) Transport late on both transfers Return pick up - no head count/ name check. Anyone could’ve got on the coach/ been left behind Inside watercity (no reflection on TUI) wait for food took over an hour. Our Children were only allowed wristbands that allowed them on 1&2 slides, however once inside my 10 year told she was too tall for some 1s but not tall enough for 3s so very limited on what she could go on. It was a fantastic day out and we loved it! The bus driver was really friendly and we felt very safe with him driving and the timings of the trip worked really well. The only negative of the day was on the way back we couldn't sit together. My 8 year old was at the back of the bus sitting between an adult and child she didn't know and I was at the front of the bus which wasn't ideal.

Tip voor Tui: Verkoop de kaartjes op basis van lengte en niet op basis van leeftijd. Wij moesten voor onze 12 jarige bij het park 20 euro bijbetalen zodat hij ook een bandje kreeg om van alle glijbanen te mogen (lengte 140 cm). Dat staat ook gewoon op de internetpagina van het waterpark.

The whole resort was great, the staff were all super friendly and I would highly recommend. The only negative was the food which was almost the same everyday and was a 6/10. Massive praise for the lifeguard by the main pool who helped my daughter after she cut her chin. Amy & Stacey from the TUI staff were fantastic. Amy was great with parents and kids, a real credit to TUI. Stacey, simply put was fantastic, super helpful and kind. We had a great holiday! Thank you, from David, Zoe, Mae & Hallie

Day was great and the water park was quite, so no queing! Only issue is the transfer time stated on the booking. Voucher states 9:35am pick up but we weren't picked up until 10:10am. This difference in stated time and actual pick up also happened on the 4x4 experience. States 8:00am not collected until 8:40am. This should be corrected as it affects breakfast and morning routines.

Great park but very disappointed on the cost of food and also the extra to go on Level 3 slides. Even though though park was great it felt like the park wanted money from you at every opportunity, from lockers, to photos to food and drink and the faster slides. Glad we went but would not go again.

No communication from the guide simply took our name and that was it half way to the rate Roark he got of the coach with no explanation as to why and did t get back on. On arrival at the water park it wasn’t explained what to do or how to get tickets literally the driver just held up a board with the time to come back to the coach. The coach was extremely warm and the climate control was not working. Water park was awesome

The waterpark's slides were great. Nice food, and we had just enough time there to feel satisfied we got the most out of it, whilst also not having too much time that we were waiting arund to go back. However, the staff at the waterpark were often quite rude, and generally the safety was not ideal. We hurt ourselves on the slides more than once, and we saw a woman with a broken ankle so it was clearly an issue for everyone. Also, the transfer was late. Overall though, was a good day out.

Goules pick up. Waterpark was great. Some of the pools needed a little clean. Transfer needs serious improvement. Was 20 minutes late despite being first pick up but did only take 20 mins to get there. No information regarding return pick up was given in the TUI app, during or post booking. Only found out about this when we were dropped off. Highly recommend adding some info about this in the experience description. Water park was fun, good selection of rides. Park needed more shade areas.

Available water slides were good, not enough to be entertained all day. Was ready to leave by 1pm. The park is looking tired and in need of maintainance. Lazy river is basically non-moving so you have to push yourself around. My son also cut his toe open badly against a sharp edge on a pool step which will need stitches. It would have been good if there was the option of an earlier bus back as we had to get a private taxi which cost €60 to return to Nana Golden Beach

Everything about the waterpark was great, the only disappointment was the transfer, picked up at 10am from the hotel, arrived at the waterpark at 11am after picking up at other hotels, then told transfer back is 5pm, waterpark didn't close until 6.30pm so why couldn't the pick up time be 6pm after getting through reception at the waterpark and getting changed etc, it was 11.30am so only had less than 5 hours in the park before getting sorted for the transfer back, very poor!!

Waterpark fine Transfer terrible. 2.5 hours to get there, 2 hour journey home on a bus that was dated with air conditioning that does work. The depart from hotel was 9:20, by time got to park was midday (too late). Transfer home at 5pm. We essentially pay entrance but miss around 3 hours of time in park which i believe is open 10-6. Spent as much time on bus as at park. Not great experience or value for money overall

The water park itself was pretty good … However the transfer coach arrived over 20 minutes late at our pick up point and we were beginning to think we’d gone to the wrong place or he’d simply missed the stop. It took me a while to locate the contact number for the experience and get the booking ref etc off my phone and key into the automated answering service. The help was pretty poor in this respect. Glad to say that when I did finally get through the bus arrived.

The transfer to the water park took 2hrs 20 mins and 2 hrs on the way back so we spent as much time on the coach as we did in the park. There was very little if not any air conditioning on the coach which was horrendous. We were told to return to the coach for 5pm and were left on the coach for half an hour. Whilst the information said the experience was 8 hrs, information on the estimated transfer time would have been helpful especially with a neurodiverse child

Der gesamte Tag verlief komplett reibungslos und perfekt. Transfer hin: der Fahrer war überpünktlich und bereits vor uns am Treffpunkt. Transfer zurück: auch hier absolut pünktlich und zuvorkommend Watercity: ein toller Tag. Für jeden etwas dabei. Der Park war sehr sauber, viele Guides die, die Rutschen und Becken im Blick hatten. Zahlreiche Liegewiesen wo man sich Frühzeitig einen Platz sichern sollte. An der ein oder anderen Rutsche musste man etwas anstehen aber alles im Rahmen.

Lots of slides but sometimes the queue was a bit too long so we didn’t get to experience all of them. Some areas such as the lazy river and the jacuzzi felt a bit lacking in maintenance (broken tiles etc) Overall, everyone enjoyed it and it was reasonable value for money

A great trip, the water park was amazing! Good rides, clean facilities, plenty of hoops to go around, good food, well organised with the wristbands and locker bands. Only downside was the TUI transfer being late to collect us in the morning - please look at your timings to prevent this happening in future.

The park is really good, not too expensive for things whilst there, clean and lots of do. Queues are not too bad either. Lots of walking if you aren’t physically able, but you can take it bit by bit. Only niggle was the pizza we ordered took ages. Transfer communication back could have been better.

Der Bus hatte am Morgen leider 20 Minuten Verspätung. Im Park angekommen verlief alles reibungslos. Viel Spaß für Groß und Klein, rasante Rutschen und spannende Erlebnisbecken sorgten für einen sonnigen Adrenalin Kick unter der kretischen Sonne. Erfreulicherweise war das Personal im Park sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Die Fotografen machen sehr professionelle Bilder, welche man für den Schnäpper Preis von 15 Euro am Ausgang käuflich erwerben kann. Alles in allem ist der Ausflug zu empfehlen.

The coach transfer isn't organised with TUI, it's with the water park directly. It turned up 35mins late and was so full people had to stand (which was very dangerous). The waterpark itself was average, there's not many two people slides and parts of the park were dirty. I wouldn't go back again.

Transfer hat gut geklappt, pünktlich, aber lang, da viele Treffpunkte angefahren wurden. Der Park ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, einige Rutschen / Verbindungen müssten erneuert werden, teilweise schmerzhaft für den Rücken. Insgesamt könnte der Park sauberer sein.

Transport to pick up was over 30 minutes late which distressed my autistic daughter. We were advised to walk to a local hotel for pick up but the coach went to our hotel as well. The park is aimed at younger children and was small. I wouldn’t recommend for teenagers

Bei den Preisen nach Erwachsenen (13 Jahre und älter) und Kindern (2 bis 12 Jahre) zu unterscheiden, macht keinen Sinn. Es geht bei der Nutzung der Rutschen nicht ums Alter, sondern rein um die Größe. Kinder unter 90 Zentimetern zahlen nichts, Kinder bis 1,4 Meter 19,50 Euro und alle über 1,4 Meter 29,50 Euro. Diejenigen mit "Kinder"-Ticket dürfen mit ihrem Bändchen nur die Rutschen der Kategorien 1 und 2 nutzen, auch wenn sie über 1,4 Meter groß sind, die Rutschen der Kategorie 3 dagegen nicht.

Auf dem Hinweg wurden wir ca. 45 Minuten später abgeholt, da wir vor dem Hotel gewartet hatten, hatte der Fahrer im Hotel angerufen und uns wurde Bescheid gegeben. Der Fahrer war recht unfreundlich, die Zeit die er zu spät war wollte er wohl wieder rausholen. Er ist sehr schnell gefahren. Auf dem Rückweg hat er uns dann 10 minuten vor der Abholzeit abgeholt.

Toller Ausflug! 35 min Fahrzeit im Kleinbus vom Candia Maris, 10:30 Ankunft im Park, 17:00 Rückfahrt. An unserem Tag (Sa im Sept) war sehr wenig los, freie Liegen und keine Wartezeit an den Rutschen. Am Eingang gibt es Schließfächer gegen Gebühr (8€/Tag). Im Park brauchte man dank Barcode-Armband kein Geld. Man bezahlt am Ausgang. Der Park ist sehr schön+grün, es gibt viele verschiedene Rutschen. Er ist am Hang gebaut, sodass Ein-/Ausstieg nicht immer beieinander liegen (->ggf Wasserschuhe)

Nice driver. Waterpark overall a great day out. Park organisation a bit slapdash for info/signage on how to sort out a locker & queuing for Sidewinder, stairs there are for 2 rides, go straight to top for Sidewinder, past those waiting for lower slide. Lots of insects & leaves in swimming pool. Queues for slides not bad, max wait 10 mins. Queued to have 'purchases' totted up then immediately queued again elsewhere to pay. Around 25 mins queuing just to pay & exit. Still a great day though.

The water park was lovely, clean and well organised. Reading other reviews I was a bit nervous to go - but queues were fairly short, there were plenty of tubes to use in the slides and it was really good fun.
Food is excellent and well priced.

Es war ein super Tag! Der Transfer hat einwandfrei geklappt und würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, da die Busanbindung mit den Öffis eher schlecht ist. Wer gerne schnelle Rutschen hat, ist hier genau richtig. Action vorprogrammiert. An jeder Rutsche sind Mitarbeiter, die für Sicherheit beim Rutschen sorgen. Das ist wirklich top!

Bus transfer was over booked meaning children had to sit on laps and bus was very cramped and hot . Park its3lf was not geared towards smaller children but ideal for ages 10 and up

We got on all the slides, queues were as expected within the park, around 10-15 mins wait (maybe 20 max) There was plenty of time provided and clear instructions from the guide when we were due back and the bus number we were. All information provided prior to the trip was accurate and up to date. We were picked up and dropped off right at hotel reception/entrance.

Abholzeit war eine halbe Stunde zu spät. Habe dann Tui angerufen und die Mitarbeiterin hat mich nochmal zurückgerufen und sich versichert dass wir dann doch abgeholt wurden.

Die Rutschen sind super und es ist für jeden etwas passendes dabei. Die Dauer des Aufenthaltes könnte etwas kürzer sein, 6,5Stunden waren für uns zu lange.

The kids really enjoyed the water park the slides were amazing, the only one criticism I have was that the food wasn’t great. I would recommend bringing your own lunch for the day.

It was a great day out. Sometimes difficult to get hold of tyres. Not too big so easy to become familiar with lay out for (older) children. Family all enjoyed it and I would recommend.

Wer gerne schnelle Rutschbahnen hat ist dort gut aufgehoben. Für die gemütlichen gibt es nicht viel. Auch der Schwimmbereich ist sehr klein. Und vom kWellenbad waren wir enttäuscht, sehr kleine Wellen. Der Park war sehr übersichtlich, dafür hat es aber sehr viele Liegestühle. Der Transfer hat super geklappt.
