Una giornata al parco acquatico è il non plus ultra delle vacanze in famiglia. Il mix di emozioni forti e divertimento rilassante significa che c'è qualcosa per tutti e per tutti i gusti. Questo è il parco acquatico tematico Watercity.Watercity ad Anopolis è un labirinto di giostre da brivido e scivoli serpeggianti incorniciati da terrazze per prendere il sole, ristoranti e giardini. Prendetevela comoda sotto il sole mentre i bambini si lanciano nel Black Hole, si lanciano nel Kamikaze o corrono lungo il Crazy River - o magari unitevi a loro per provare il brivido dell'acqua bianca.C'è anche un'enorme piscina e una piscina con le onde, oltre a due numeri poco profondi per i più piccoli. Se volete qualcosa di più rilassante, potete galleggiare lungo il Lazy River o rilassarvi nella gigantesca vasca idromassaggio all'aperto. No communication from the guide simply took our name and that was it half way to the rate Roark he got of the coach with no explanation as to why and did t get back on. On arrival at the water park it wasn’t explained what to do or how to get tickets literally the driver just held up a board with the time to come back to the coach. The coach was extremely warm and the climate control was not working. Water park was awesome

The waterpark's slides were great. Nice food, and we had just enough time there to feel satisfied we got the most out of it, whilst also not having too much time that we were waiting arund to go back. However, the staff at the waterpark were often quite rude, and generally the safety was not ideal. We hurt ourselves on the slides more than once, and we saw a woman with a broken ankle so it was clearly an issue for everyone. Also, the transfer was late. Overall though, was a good day out.

Goules pick up. Waterpark was great. Some of the pools needed a little clean. Transfer needs serious improvement. Was 20 minutes late despite being first pick up but did only take 20 mins to get there. No information regarding return pick up was given in the TUI app, during or post booking. Only found out about this when we were dropped off. Highly recommend adding some info about this in the experience description. Water park was fun, good selection of rides. Park needed more shade areas.

Available water slides were good, not enough to be entertained all day. Was ready to leave by 1pm. The park is looking tired and in need of maintainance. Lazy river is basically non-moving so you have to push yourself around. My son also cut his toe open badly against a sharp edge on a pool step which will need stitches. It would have been good if there was the option of an earlier bus back as we had to get a private taxi which cost €60 to return to Nana Golden Beach

Everything about the waterpark was great, the only disappointment was the transfer, picked up at 10am from the hotel, arrived at the waterpark at 11am after picking up at other hotels, then told transfer back is 5pm, waterpark didn't close until 6.30pm so why couldn't the pick up time be 6pm after getting through reception at the waterpark and getting changed etc, it was 11.30am so only had less than 5 hours in the park before getting sorted for the transfer back, very poor!!

Waterpark fine Transfer terrible. 2.5 hours to get there, 2 hour journey home on a bus that was dated with air conditioning that does work. The depart from hotel was 9:20, by time got to park was midday (too late). Transfer home at 5pm. We essentially pay entrance but miss around 3 hours of time in park which i believe is open 10-6. Spent as much time on bus as at park. Not great experience or value for money overall

The water park itself was pretty good … However the transfer coach arrived over 20 minutes late at our pick up point and we were beginning to think we’d gone to the wrong place or he’d simply missed the stop. It took me a while to locate the contact number for the experience and get the booking ref etc off my phone and key into the automated answering service. The help was pretty poor in this respect. Glad to say that when I did finally get through the bus arrived.

Trip was booked in for the wrong day, so we rescheduled. Transfer never turned up. Kids crying with disappointment after looking forward to it all week. No response to phone calls. Took our money and disappeared. Avoid at all costs.

The transfer to the water park took 2hrs 20 mins and 2 hrs on the way back so we spent as much time on the coach as we did in the park. There was very little if not any air conditioning on the coach which was horrendous. We were told to return to the coach for 5pm and were left on the coach for half an hour. Whilst the information said the experience was 8 hrs, information on the estimated transfer time would have been helpful especially with a neurodiverse child

Lots of slides but sometimes the queue was a bit too long so we didn’t get to experience all of them. Some areas such as the lazy river and the jacuzzi felt a bit lacking in maintenance (broken tiles etc) Overall, everyone enjoyed it and it was reasonable value for money

The park is really good, not too expensive for things whilst there, clean and lots of do. Queues are not too bad either. Lots of walking if you aren’t physically able, but you can take it bit by bit. Only niggle was the pizza we ordered took ages. Transfer communication back could have been better.

The coach transfer isn't organised with TUI, it's with the water park directly. It turned up 35mins late and was so full people had to stand (which was very dangerous). The waterpark itself was average, there's not many two people slides and parts of the park were dirty. I wouldn't go back again.

Transport to pick up was over 30 minutes late which distressed my autistic daughter. We were advised to walk to a local hotel for pick up but the coach went to our hotel as well. The park is aimed at younger children and was small. I wouldn’t recommend for teenagers

Nice driver. Waterpark overall a great day out. Park organisation a bit slapdash for info/signage on how to sort out a locker & queuing for Sidewinder, stairs there are for 2 rides, go straight to top for Sidewinder, past those waiting for lower slide. Lots of insects & leaves in swimming pool. Queues for slides not bad, max wait 10 mins. Queued to have 'purchases' totted up then immediately queued again elsewhere to pay. Around 25 mins queuing just to pay & exit. Still a great day though.

The water park was lovely, clean and well organised. Reading other reviews I was a bit nervous to go - but queues were fairly short, there were plenty of tubes to use in the slides and it was really good fun.
Food is excellent and well priced.

We got on all the slides, queues were as expected within the park, around 10-15 mins wait (maybe 20 max) There was plenty of time provided and clear instructions from the guide when we were due back and the bus number we were. All information provided prior to the trip was accurate and up to date. We were picked up and dropped off right at hotel reception/entrance.

It was a typical holiday water park, unfortunately it was pouring down in the morning the day we booked It was end of may and the pools were pretty cold but ok once you got used to it, the company come to pick us up and dropped us off in a mini bus which was good

Overall our experience was very good, the transfer time from Rethymno is very long, over 2 hours. It would be better if the transfer time from a particular hotel to the Waterpark was accurately given. While the 2+ hours transfer didn't impact us too much it may be difficult for some, particularly if they have younger children. Also, as the time was already nearly Midday when we were changed, if the Waterpark happens to be really busy you would struggle to do many rides by the 5pm leave time.

Be aware that even though the TUI price is based on age, ride eligibility is based on height. We had to upgrade the ticket for our 10 year old who is easily tall enough and wanted to ride everything. Over 140cm and enjoys water slides? Book as an adult.

I thought overall the park was amazing with many different activities to do as well as the the food and service. However the walk ways to the slides as it is so hot they burned your feet and can not wear shoes so I feel if there was more sprinklers this would be great.

Excellent water park, clean and completely safe. Slides are great fun. Queues got a bit big in the afternoon but all floors have sprinkles on them so doesn’t burn your feet. Only negative is it’s a bit short as the pick up was at 4pm, would’ve preferred an extra hour but overall great trip

Transfer was on time. Would have been useful to know exactly where the pick up was, as wasn’t directly outside the hotel. Water park was clean, life guards were very friendly and maintained safety on rides well. Ridges on some slides did hurt your back and bottom, we wore swim tops. Lots of shade. Longest queue was 15 mins, most were less wait. Really good fun for me and 14yr old son. Liked lockers and paying using wristband. Plenty of single rings. Mix of slides. Clear pick up time and location

Water City was great! I've booked it through that app and it was really easy. Bus came on time. In a park there was plenty of slides so waiting time and queues were minimal. Keep in mind that in order to use bigger slides you need to be over 140cm, their child ticked is up to that height. So if your child is toller than 140cm (like mine 12 years old son) buy adult ticket. Not much more expensive, but will allow your child to have fun on all slides.

Great experience. We booked via the app so no TUI guide but driver turned up on time and gave us our tickets. The water park was quite expensive inside for food/drinks etc but normal for this type of place. The rides were fantastic, we had a great day!

The Water City aqua park itself was good and enjoyed it, but we were not impressed that TUI did not make it clear that buying "child" tickets meant the kids could not go on most of the rides. The child tickets were for persons under 140cm, and our kids are over that. We then had to buy adult wristbands (or rather over 140cm wristbands) so that they could go on most of the bigger rides.

Watercity was good as expected. A few different rides to Acqua Plus, where we’ve been before. Queues for rides may have been shorter if staff managed the rides more actively. Good choice of food & drink. My daughter hurt herself slightly on a ride and it was good to see the staff check on her straight afterwards without prompting. Minibus transfer was cramped (overbooked so another family’s three children shared two seats) and a bit overlong but understandable given nature of drop offs.

Check in was extremely slow and we had to queue outside in the sun. It wasn’t clear you needed to go to the shop to get a locker band, it would of been good to ask if this is wanted at check in. Rings weren’t available at the rides or returned to the pick up locations. Not all staff spoke english. Not enough sunbeds

The information was missing from TUI staff about pick up and was very confusing - no rep and no-one seemed to know where the transfer was being picked up from with another water park being visited from the same Hotel made the start a little frustrating. The park itself is brilliant. TUI could pass on much more info. What type of transfer is it? One day it was a massive coach with the TUI logo, the next day it was a small minibus with no identifying features so we almost didn't get on. Passing on info like, "no food or drink to be brought in" or "no towels provided" would be usef too.

Had a wonderful time meeting up with friends who were staying in Reythmnon so the ideal half way point and for 5 x 13+ kids what could be more fun than a waterpark. Very well organised great facilities, lots of lifeguards on duty, the place was spotless clean. Definitely worth a visit.
