Extremely large groups, lacked a personal touch we think because of this, Not enough time at Lara beach to get down and back up and swim (25min or so). Lack of information on places visited. Overall we felt disappointed on the trip,

The whole day from collection at hotel reception to buggy allocation and then out on safari was incredible The whole day is split in to manageable time slots and the driving is broken up by regular stops. Food is plentiful and well worth the value. Not one concern or issue to raise and highly recommend this excursion

Great trip, we booked a single buggy for two people. At the first stop the battery died, but the crew were able to bring out a replacement for us by the time we'd finished the drink and coffee stop! Views were fantastic, and the staff were helpful and funny.

We enjoyed absolutely everything about this experience. The staff were tremendous and very professional and caring, in particular Costa who was our main guide. Outstanding!!!!!!!

It was a brilliant day. Can’t wait for next year. I think to improve the experience more., I think receipt should be given when paying by cash. I was accused of not paying for the lunch we had, when I did pay. It bib put a little downer on the day.

The experience was fantastic, guide was amazing and so informative, however the pick up from hotel was a lady in a Golf car, not that friendly we had to pick up 2other people we were very squeezed in and on the way back she was in such a hurry she set off whilst my husband was still trying to get in the car. Maybe a larger vehicle is needed. Overall it was a beautiful day.

We loved this excersion, we went up to the mountain but next time we are definitely doing to do the springs trip ! We didn’t eat but foot looked and smelt delicious and that’s something we will be doing next time ! Our tour guide was wonderful and we will definitely be back to do it again ! Thanks for a good experience
