Cosa aspettarsi
Aspre, tranquille e poco turistiche, le Madonie sono un vero e proprio ritorno alla natura. Qui gli abitanti vivono da anni della terra e producono vino fin dai tempi dei Romani. In questo tour di degustazione di mezza giornata, si combinano borghi medievali, antiche cantine e cibo locale.Sulle colline brunite, la prima tappa è la Cantina Abbazia Sant'Anastasia, un vigneto tradizionale. Un tour completo delle cantine è seguito da una degustazione dei loro vini biologici. Dalla vite al bicchiere, non c'è niente di più naturale di questo.Poi si prosegue per Castelbuono, una bella cittadina siciliana. Tutta stradine acciottolate e architettura medievale, perdetevi nel suo labirinto di strade durante il tempo libero, oppure fermatevi al "borgo" e alla cappella di Sant'Anna. Una sosta finale è prevista a Fiasconaro per assaggiare il tipico panettone e la manna, un dolcificante locale ricavato dalla resina del frassino.

Lovely trip. Could have been a bit earlier though, only just made it to our dinner. Had to dash to our room, change and get to the dining room. Personally Prefer to eat slightly early not having to rush and allow time to let my meal go down.

Alles was goed geregeld! Reisleidster was top! Heerlijke wijnen geproefd en andere streek producten. Duidelijke enthousiaste uitleg over hoe de wijnen gemaakt worden.

Fin tur med trevlig guide och mottagande på vingården. Det enda som kan förbättras är egentid efter vinprovning samt i Castelbuono. Tiden är för kort för att gå omkring i lugn och ro och ta bilder på omgivningarna och shoppa. Det blir stressigt helt enkelt.

Store forsinkelser (30-45 min), da guiden lette etter gjester som ikke sto på avtalt sted. D ble en lang og unødvendig busstur på vei til vingården. Vi gården var svært bra. Videre til Castelbueno der vi sto midt i gaten og mottok smaksprøver på diverse søt bakst og likør. Grunnet mye bråk på torget og i gaten ble dette bare en merkelig seanse. Her burde vi alle vært samlet inne. Skuffende at vi ikke kom i borgen.

Hotelanlage top, Strand war sehr steinig und teilweise dreckig. Es war keine Verständigung mit dem Personal möglich ,da unsere englisch Kenntnisse sehr gering waren und dort keiner deutsch mit uns reden konnte. Die Außenanlagen waren dreckig und man musste knapp 5 km fahren um etwas einkaufen zu können. Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen nur für das Hotel selbst der Rest ist einfach nicht empfehlenswert.

I can’t think how it can be improved. The tour of the vineyard and wine tasting was good and Castlebueno Most interesting village. A longer trip old include a dining experience.

The tour guide had to speak three different languages which made it difficult for her and the rest of the passengers to wait there turn we were not informed about the amount of steps to negotiate to reach the village just to visit a bakery

Roberta the guide was exceptional, very very informative, happy friendly personality and couldn't do enough for us particularly under the stressful incidences. Roberta had to calm us down because the driver was shall we say 'erraric' not sure if he knew the way in the moni bus but his dtiving wad not good at all. It didnt ruin the trip all because of Roberta, she really is a star!!

Agréable expérience et belle découverte surtout de produits locaux de grandes qualités. Devrait débuter un peu plus tôt. On a déploré un peu la traduction en français. On remercie notre hôtesse valentina qui nous avait donné l envie de participer à cette expérience par ses explications pertinentes

The guide, Chetty, was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and a brilliant translator. However, she had to translate everything into French and English, which meant that at any one time, half of the guests were bored ! I believe the trip should have been split into two, one in French and one in English. It would have made the guide's job a lot easier and led to a more enjoyable experience for all the guests. Other than that, the trip was perfect !

Das Wine Tasting war okay, ich hätte mir einen deutschen Guide gewünscht. Castelbuono hat mir nicht so gefallen. Hier hätte ich mir allgemein einen Guide gewünscht, man war für etwas über eine Stunde auf sich selbst gestellt. Im Großen und Ganzen war es aber okay. Ich wußte ja im Vorfeld, dass die Tour auf englisch geführt wurde. Mein Tipp wäre: technische Möglichkeiten für alle Touren zu nutzen.

Très belle excursion, le lieu où est fabriqué le vin se situe dans un magnifique écrin de verdure, le vin était très bon et naturel, accompagné de fromage et salaisons fait sur place. Castelbuono, charmante cité médiévale avec une dégustation de panettone et autres douceurs sicilienne.

Vond de wijn proeverij zelf veel te kort, had wel meer tijd mogen hebben tussen de wijnen door. Je zit met andere mensen aan de tafel te praten over de wijn en de volgende wordt al ingeschonken. De rode wijn wordt dan in het glas van wit ingeschonken wat raar is. De tour en uitleg was super leuk. En het stadje erna ook! Overal een aanrader
