Cosa aspettarsi
Esplorate l'ARTIS Amsterdam Zoo, situato a soli 10 minuti dal centro città su uno dei canali di Amsterdam. Scoprirete vitelli di elefante appena nati che giocano all'aperto, oltre a monumenti e giardini fioriti in questo zoo urbano.Partecipate alla spedizione degli elefanti, seguendo un percorso a piedi e imparando a conoscere questi giganti e a decifrare il codice degli elefanti. Immaginatevi in Madagascar nel rinnovato Kerbertterras (ex recinto dei leoni) e ammirate la convivenza tra i lemuri dalla coda ad anelli, i gorgieri e le tartarughe radiate del Madagascar. Ascoltate le varie storie delle persone e degli animali che hanno soggiornato ad ARTIS durante la Seconda guerra mondiale e osservate gli edifici e i recinti degli animali con occhi nuovi.Visitate il Planetario per un viaggio nello spazio, incluso nel biglietto d'ingresso. Scoprirete stelle e pianeti e vi meraviglierete del nostro posto nell'universo. Passeggiate nel parco cittadino, ammirate l'architettura ed esplorate il giardino botanico prima di concedervi una pausa rilassante in uno dei ristoranti vegetariani.Controllate il programma giornaliero delle presentazioni dei guardiani dello zoo, dove potrete conoscere meglio i giaguari, gli elefanti asiatici e molti altri animali.

Mijn gasten komen uit Bermuda, grootouders met kleindochter van 11 jaar. Op Bermuda hebben ze alleen aquarium. Bezoek aan Artis was een hele belevenis want ze hebben alle dieren nooit in het echt gezien. Giraffen, leeuw, aapjes etc, alles was voor het eerst te zien voor hun. Ze vonden het geweldig !

La experiencia ha sido increíble, el zoo es gigante tarde como 3h en verlo todo bien, no es como cualquier zoo primero los animales están sueltos no en jaulas (excepto algunos pero muy pocos) y segundo tiene zonas de serpientes, reptiles, plantas etc… mucho contenido para ver

Er waren te veel bouwactiviteiten en we waren erg teleurgesteld dat ook het aquarium dicht was.
Het kost evengoed toch een hoop geld en de 'consumpties' bij 'de bakkerij' en het restaurant waren gewoon te duur.
Gemengde gevoelens dus.

We totally enjoyed the zoo! It was larger than we expected. We would recommend that you inform people that they could easily spend an entire day there! We would have appreciated some additional signage or perhaps a map to help to navigate the zoo. We understand the need to limit paper.
