Zum Service gehört dazu, dass auch nachgefragt wird, wenn man am Tisch sitzt bezüglich Getränke.Essen war qualitativ nicht gut.Guide war sehr gut.WLAN totale Katastrophe.Kontrolle ließ zu Wünschen übrig.Ich habe eine Knie TEP mit Pass, konnte der Mitarbeiter nichts mit anfangen.Den Vacoped für die gerisseneAchillesssehne sollte ich ausziehen. Insgesamt ein viel zu hoher Preis,dass es schneller, qualitativ besser und vor allem günstiger geht zeigt Griechenland...170€ billiger und viel besser!!!

We enjoyed the fast track service and how smoothly it went from first security check to checking in, had to wait a week whole to be taken through to the lounge area. The lounge was lovely but the food was pretty poor, not very warm and staff were not very helpful in the Lounge

Wasn’t given any information from the TUI staff at the hotel to where we needed to go what we needed to do, so ended up queuing in the main case scanner. Then had to find a TUI staff member which felt like a needle in a haystack within the airport to take us over to the lounge. By the time we got to the lounge we had 25mins in the lounge. Felt like it was a money fleecing situation.

Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. We were travelling with 2 young children so using this service provided a stress free experience. From arriving at security and getting to the lounge it took about 30 minutes. I would recommend arriving at least 3 hours prior to departure to take advantage of the duty free shopping and the use of the lounge. The lounge was spacious and comfy with a good selection of drinks and snacks.

Für uns war es wieder mal eine sehr gute Entscheidung die Elite Lounge zu buchen. Der Service ist sehr gut, keine langen Warteschlangen, schnelles Einchecken und durchkommen am Flughafen, ja der Service ist teuer, jedoch kommt man entspannt vom Urlaub und hat keinen Stress am Flughafen.

Steer well clear of this lounge at over £100 pounds per adult, it was a awful. Rude staff, far more interested in talking to each other than helping you the customer. Limited seating whilst you wait for the check in to open, when booking you don't get told that ! Quite a walk to the lounge, which has more staff than customers, again with congregate together chatting than serving you. Poor selection and quality of snacks and soft drinks, in essence a complete waste of money!

Wenn 120€ pro Person verlangt wird und man als Familie 360€ zahlt sollte es keine Fehler im System oder inkompetenz bei der Buchung geben. Wir sind kreuz und quer über den Flughafen gescheucht worden mit dem Endergebnis das wir auf keiner Liste auftauchen und man keine Ausnahmen macht. Danke, für nix!!!

Besonders gut das schnelle einchecken. Innerhalb von höchstens 45 Minuten waren wir mit allem durch und in der Lounge. Koffer aufgeben, Passkonntrollen... In der Lounge ist eine nette ruhige Atmosphäre, die Toiletten sind sauber. Auch sonst gibt es fast alles 😉 was das Herz begehrt. Warmes essen Buffet, Kuchen, Obst, diverse Getränke über Cola, Säfte, Wasser, Wein, frisches Bier und Cocktails. Das Essen könnte etwas mehr Auswahl benötigen und auch Snacks z.bNüsse und apgepaktes .Immer wieder

A little expensive but so simple, friendly and smooth I'd do it again. Antalya at peek times is bedlam. The fast track moves through really fast and the lounge is excellent. I would repeat it whenever I had the finances. It just makes the whole experience less stressful

Der Empfang, das bekleiden des Personals bis zur lounge,duch die gesamte Abfertigung und Kontrollen war sehr zu empfehlen. In der Lounge war das Essen nicht unbedingt zufriedenstellend. Brötchen etwas zu alt z.B.

Die Mitarbeiterin die uns zu Lounge geführt hat, hat so gut wie gar nicht mit uns gesprochen. Das fand ich sehr schade. Und es ist schon ein stolzer Preis für die Lounge auch wenn wir froh waren, das wir die Option genommen haben.

It was excellent. We got taken through 3 security checks and bag drop off, each time in a private empty queue. We finished in the elite lounge which was incredible. It had fridges with drinks to help yourself to, lovely bathrooms, a kids' playroom, toms of comfy seating, and a buffet with excellent food available. Chicken, rice, soups, bread rolls etc. it was very calm and peaceful.

Es wird leider nur Englisch geredet, man muss sehr schnell dem Personal folgen, waß mir sehr schwer gefallen ist da ich Probleme habe . Es wäre für Ältere Gäste eine große Hilfe,wenn geholfen würde zum Abflugsstand zu kommen.

Because our journey from Barut Andiz to the airport took 2 hours 30 minutes we only spent 20 minutes in the lounge just time for soup and roll. If it hadn't been for our taxi driver contacting lounge and arranging for someone to meet us at the airport arrivals we would not have made it at all. The Lounge looked really good but time did not allow us sample the best of it.

Es ist zwar ziemlich teuer aber es hat sich gelohnt . Wir sind mit privatem Transfer (extra gebucht) gefahren und dann Dank VIP Lounge und Service völlig Stressfrei und entspannt ins Flugzeug gestiegen. Vorallem zu empfehlen wenn es wie bei uns ein weiter Weg zum Flugplatz und eine Abholzeit mitten in der Nacht war. In der Lounge in Ruhe noch sehr gut gefrühstückt, sehr freundliches Personal. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder nutzen

Es ist sehr angenehm, direkt am Treffpunkt außerhalb des Flughafens bereis abgeholt zu werden. Das Checkin dauert nur Minuten, keine Warteschlangen und kein langes Anstehen. Das Warten auf den Flug ist sehr angenehm, aber auch sehr teuer.

tui rep suggested the Elite lounge and fast track for all 4 of us to look after my husband as he sustained a fracture in his back 24 hrs after arriving in resort. We only made it through security to bag drop. A fit to fly was needed which the hospital or drs hadn't provided.The reps were very helpfull as we had sat in bag drop 3 hrs with just water.hubby taken to airport hospital in wheelchair. Dr gave certificate. We made our flight with 5 mins to spare. Didn't get to the lounge. Thanks Tui

Check In, Sicherheitskontrolle ohne Stress. Dann wurde man abgeholt, musste dann noch mal einen weiteren Weg zurück legen und nochmal eine Sicherheitskontrolle passieren, aber auch ohne Wartezeit. Die Lounge sehr schön, alles da, was man braucht. Essen, kaltes und warmes.. Getränke, alles inklusive... Ich konnte die Lounge leider nicht solange nutzen, da ich erst spät am Flughafen war und mein Boarding ziemlich zeitnah begonnen hat.

Es war ein stressfreies Ende von unserem Urlaub. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Von der Ankunft am Flughafen bis zur VIP-Lounge hat es keine 30 Minuten gedauert. Wir sind spät Abends geflogen und waren dementsprechend müde und kaputt vom Tag. In der Lounge konnten wir uns ausruhen. Vielen Dank an TUI, dass für die Kids 50% übernommen werden. Wir werden diesen Service auf jeden Fall erneut nutzen

Service vom Bus bis zur Lounge war Top. Die Lounge war sehr Einladend und gepflegt, Auch das Essen, Trinken, Kaffee und Süßes wurde immer aufgefüllt. Es gab warm und kalt. Der Preis ist von 120 Euro ist etwas zu hoch. Es wurde leider nur Englisch gesprochen.

We Appreciated that we didn’t have to queue at security and that we had a quiet comfortable lounge to wait in. However we did have to wait 45 minutes for our check in to open so didn’t get much time in the lounge. We did think that it was a little expensive but as one of our party had mobility issues at the time we decided to spend the money.

Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang am Flughafen. Man wird sehr aufmerksam und höflich zum eincheken begleitet. Leider sind die Laufwege sehr lang. Man durchquert fussläufig den gesamten Airport. Dauer ca 10 -15 min. !!! Ist zu lange. Die Lounge ist top ausgestattet und präsentiert sich gehoben. Leider wird im Frühstücksbereich das Angebot nicht regelmäßig wieder aufgefüllt. Preis ok, insgesamt zufrieden.

Leider mussten wir fast eine Stunde auf die Rollstühle warten und hätten fast keine Zeit mehr für die Lounge gehabt. Erst nach Intervention wurden wir zur Lounge gefahren und nach einer halben Stunde zum Boarding gebracht Das Ganze war leider etwas hektisch.

Bei der Sicherheitskontrolle wäre es zu wünschen das das Si-Personal älteren Menschen beim Gepäck auflegen helfen würde, man muß das Gepäck auch noch bis zum Scanner schieben. Ein no go!! Der Guide durch Passkontrolle bis in die Lounge war sehr gut.

Kontrolle der Koffer beim Eingang ging schnell wurden von 3 Angestellten unterstützt. Nachher fast 1 Stunde Wartezeit bis zum Koffer einchecken. Dann wieder warten bis zur Passkontrolle. Nach der Passkontrolle wieder warten weil ein weiterer Fluggast sein Ticket verloren hat. Dann sehr langer Weg bis zur VIP Lounge. Getränke wir Mineralwasser, Wein und Bier gratis, Cüpli CH 18.-- Euro, Apérol Spriz 12:-- Euro mussten bezahlt werden. Essen bis auf die Suppe waren fast kalt. VIP nicht ¨gelohnt!

Eigentlich zu teuer. Positiv war, dass man auf jedem Fall ein Sitzplatz hatte. Kühle Getränke und auch was essen konnte. Zudem gab es ein Raucherbereich.
