Très déçu de l expérience, car nous devions visiter l amphithéâtre et il ses avérer que ses fermer depuis des année pour restauration ainsi que le temple d apollon. Donc très déçue car nous n avons pas vue grand chose. Le guide nous a bien expliquer en français et c était interessant. Le temp dans le musée trop court et le temp dans la ville trop long pour se qu il y a a voire . Je ne recommande pas cette excursion pour se prix la

Guide war nicht zu verstehen. Er hatte kein Megafon und redete so leise, dass bei einer Gruppe von 30 Personen vielleicht die ersten 5 verstanden haben, was er gesagt hat.

J'ai acheté l'activité avec guide français et il n'y avait pas de guide français... donc la visite n'a pas d'intérêt lorsque l'on ne comprends pas les explications.... L'activité comprend normalement l'amphithéâtre alors que celui-ci est fermé, en travaux et inaccessible même l'extérieur...

Die Abholung war pünktlich, danach gab es nur noch Verspätungen, die Tour war auf 2-4h angesetzt insgesamt waren wir 7h weg davon allein 4h im Bus. Unser Reiseführer war erst in Side für uns vor Ort. Die Altstadt ist ziemlich klein, und die Tour an sich hat insgesamt 1h gedauert inklusive Museum. Mit Kleinkindern nur in Wagen zu empfehlen, da es sehr weitläufig ist, den Preis von 140€ empfand ich für alles viel zu hoch. In der Altstadt kann man Euro oder Lira bezahlen.

Apollo Tempel und Theater sind Baustellen! Der Preis war deutlich zu hoch. Man kann um 2€ mit dem Bus nach Side fahren und einfach die Schilder bei den Ausgrabungen lesen. Die Führung des Guides war ok, die Erklärungen zur Geschichte top.

Super Halbtagestour. Kann als Guide war hervorragend. Auch für Kinder geeignet aber bitte beachten das es auf dem ersten Teil der Ruinen kaum Schatten gibt. Hier ausreichend Wasser mitbringen und ggf einen Regenschirm für Schatten. Die kleinen. Ventilatoren haben auch gut geholfen. Später in Side Altstadt viel Schatten und gute Möglichkeiten für eine kühle Pause. Sind super zufrieden gewesen und haben tolle Eindrücke mitgenommen trotz das das Amphitheater und einer der Tempel renoviert wird.

Der Guide hat ein ausgezeichnetes Deutsch gesprochen und war sehr informativ über die besichtigten Sehenswürdigkeiten, wir haben viele Details erfahren und waren doch erstaunt, wieviel Neues wir gehört haben, zumal wir die Anlage vor mehreren Jahren bereits gesehen haben. Und wir waren begeistert, wie gut die Schätze restauriert wurden.

Dieser Ausflug war der totale Fehlgriff und eine große Enttäuschung. Wir konnten uns weder das Theater noch den Apollo Tempel anschauen. Hohe Zäune ringsum und es wurde alles restauriert. Es geht nicht um die Restaurierung, sondern darum, dass beim Buchen nix darüber drinnen stand. Dies finde ich unverschämt und Betrug am Zahler und Bucher.

Es hat an sich super angefangen. Die Abholung am Hotel hat super geklappt. Auf den Weg einmal kurz umsteigen und dann waren wir im antiken Side. Dort angekommen wurden wir in drei Teams eingeteilt. Die Tour ging durch die Ausgrabungen mehrerer Wahrzeichen. Wirklich besichtigen konnte man NUR das Museum, den Rest der beschriebenen Wahrzeichen wurden durch den Gide in einem BUCH gezeigt weil sie zur Restauration geschlossen waren. Dafür hat man dann 60€ aufwärts gezahlt.

Das Amphitheater und der Apollontempel waren nich zu besichtigen, da sie restauriert werden. Hätte die tui Mitarbeiterin uns das vor der Buchung gesagt, hätten wir auf den Ausflug verzichtet. Ausserdem war der Reiseführer zu langatmig und schwer zu verstehen. Insgesamt stellen wir fest: schade ums Geld.

Die Tour hat sich sehr gezogen, was bei der hohen Temperatur in überwiegend praller Sonne sehr anstrengend war. Nach der Führung war man bereits so platt, dass man eigentlich keine ********** mehr hatte sich selbst die Stadt, den Hafen und die Altbauten anzuschauen. Trotzdem war es sehr interessant und schön anzuschauen.

Beautiful area, lovely half day trip. Only complaint was told to meet at a certain time to catch the small train back to the main pick up point, and the guide had left early. Slightly frustrated. Is only a short walk back to the main area so not a huge deal

Leider hat mich dieser Ausflug enttäuscht. Die Reiseleiterin war zwar freundlich, aber wegen der schlechten Lautstärke kaum verständlich. Vom Tempel bekam man praktisch nur die Außenansicht zu sehen. Auch die enthaltenen 10 Euro Museumseintritt stehen meiner Meinung nach in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum gebotenen Erlebnis. Daher kann ich den Ausflug nicht empfehlen.

We boekten de excursie met het verhaal dat het 1 uur in de bus naar Side was (dit bleek op de dag zelf ruim 2 uur te zijn). In Side aangekomen hebben we 1 uur een rondleiding gehad, inclusief museumbezoek. Helft van het museum was dicht, theater en tempel van Apollo werden gerestaureerd en stonden in de steigers, dus was niks van te zien. Dit had van tevoren wel even verteld mogen worden. Daarna 1,5u vrije tijd en toen weer 2,5u in de bus terug. Waardeloze excursie, zonde van de tijd!

Gids was aardig. Vertelde alleen de info met niet veel passie waardoor het snel niet boeiend was om naar te luisteren. Excursie is ook veels te duur voor wat je krijgt. De enige betaalde onderdelen was het museum (van €5) en de transfer. Dus totaal niet de totaalprijs waard door de vele onderdelen die gratis en zelfstandig waren. Daarnaast duurde de transfer ook langer dan dat je daar bent, ook vanwege het drukke verkeer. We hadden de excursie liever niet gedaan

Der Guide war sehr interessant, informativ, humorvoll und nett. Der Bustransfer war pünktlich beim Hotel angekommen. Ich fand es schade, dass man viel Zeit verliert, bis man alle Gäste von unterschiedlichen Hotels sammelt, wäre ,vielleich,. besser , auf die kleinenBussen die Ausflugsgäste zu verteilen. Denn Side Apollo Tempel hätte dann von meinem Hotel Roma Beach Resort in 20 Min. erreichbar, anstatt fast eine Stunde. Außerdem, war leider das Amphiteater aufgrund der Restaurirungsarbeiten zu.

Gids was zalig, heel aangename man ( Engelse gids) want de Nederlandse gids was half uur later pas ter plaatse, maar heeft ons niet gespeten. Die man is echt top! Persoonlijke vind ik toegang voor museum te duur. Het weer zat ons ook niet mee. Dus terrasje doen was niet mogelijk. Maar goed weer heel aangename uitstap.

Es gibt kaum etwas zu sehen von der antiken Stadt, es ist alles mit Planen abgesperrt. Der Apollon-Tempel ist unspektakulär, eingerüstet und kaum zu sehen. Nur im Museum kann man ein paar Fundstücke betrachten. Da lohnen sich z.B. Perge o.ä. wesentlich mehr. Wenn man in den Touristenshops kurz einkaufen möchte, hat man dazu Zeit. Ist aber echt nichts besonderes an der Tour und von Belek aus hatte man eine recht lange Anreise. Der englische Guide war gut, der deutsche Guide hat nur abgearbeitet.

Der Guide hatte ein sehr großes Hintergrundwissen.seine deutsche Ausdprache warsehr gut verständlich. Leider waren viele Sehenswürdigkeiten eingerüstet oder gesperrt . Da ist mann dann schon enttäuscht. Der Hafen von Side und Hafenstraße war sehr bunt und für kurzes durchlaufen nett. Zum Bummeln die Zeit zu kurz.

De gids sprak goed nederlands en wist veel te vertellen. Soms was het wat moeilijk te volgen omdat de stops aan een drukke weg met veel verkeer waren. Fijn dat onze groep klein was (12 personen). Wel jammer dat het theater niet toegankelijk was en de Apollo tempel in de steigers stond. Aan het einde ruim voldoende tijd om op eigen gelegenheid te winkelen of nog wat door de oude stad te wandelen.

Thoroughly enjoyed lovely Side. Our guide was very good and the coach very comfortable. It did take a long time to arrive at Side because of the number of pickups before we’d even left the Belek area. Fortunately the coach was comfortable. There was also a lot of walking involved and standing , about 1.5 hours and feel this should be notified before booking for those with walking difficulties. However we did really enjoy our trip and would recommend.

Alll of the tour was very well organised, the guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful. The coach transfer was clean, efficient, and safe. Side itself is wonderful, and the tour was just about the right length, especially in the very hot weather. The complimentary orange drink at the restaurant was also a lovely touch - and much appreciated.

We enjoyed the tour very much and the timeframe for my husband was just about right. I could always spend longer looking at the ruins and museum because I like history. The Side offer was poor value. It wasn't explained by the TUI that most of the site was covered up with boarding and coverings preventing viewing.Recontruction of this site will take 2 years more.Half an hour for the museum is time limiting. Temples of Appolo again covered up. .Tour guide was over informative and difficult to to hear on the coach speakers. Pitty that the Perge and Aspendos trip was not on offer from the Liberty hotel 2026 as this trip was spectacular in 2025

Die Altstadt war ein sehr schöner Ort, aber man sollte doch momentan darauf hinweisen dass fast alle Tempel und Gebäude 2Meter hoch umzäunt sind und nur Bilder auf Plakaten zu sehen sind aufgrund von Restaurationsarbeiten. Und selbst was man gesehen hat war voll mit Gerüste. Zumindest momentan wenig zu sehen.

Our guide was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about Turkish history which was great and enthused the whole group. There was some waiting around but Deniz our tour guide did his upmost in making sure all the group were safe and supported and looked after so very well done to him!

For the price, there could have been more included as it was only a few hours. Didn’t get to look around the temple of Apollo as it was boarded up for building work. The guide was fairly knowledgeable but admitted he wasn’t feeling too well and wasn’t as on form as usual which was evident. The weather could not be helped (raining). The included fresh orange juice at a local bar was welcome. It was interesting looking at all the ancient ruins. 20 mins was not really enough though.

Die Reiseleiterin hat kaum deutsch gesprochen. Sie konnte uns so gut wie gar nichts über die Geschichte erzählen. Und wenn, hat sie es vom Handy abgelesen. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden, die Führung war nicht ihr Geld wert. Sehr schade. Da muss man sich überlegen, ob man noch mal was bucht.
