Les enfants âgés de 1 à 12 ans doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte payant. Les enfants âgés de 13 ans ou plus peuvent participer seuls. Les enfants âgés de 6 à 12 ans bénéficient du tarif enfant. Les enfants âgés de 13 ans ou plus paient le tarif adulte.

L'âge minimum requis pour participer à l'excursion « Flavours of Jamaica » est de huit ans.

L'âge minimum requis pour participer à l'excursion en quad/Mud Buggy est de six ans.

Soyez assurés que nos balades à dos de chameau respectent des normes de soins rigoureuses, garantissant que le bien-être et le confort des chameaux sont une priorité absolue tout au long de l'expérience. Cela implique notamment de leur accorder de nombreuses pauses bien méritées tout au long de leurs journées de travail.

La durée des activités varie en fonction de l'option choisie, allant de 2 h 30 à 6 heures, sans compter le temps de trajet.

Les femmes enceintes peuvent participer à l'excursion « Flavours of Jamaica ». Si vous en êtes aux trois premiers mois de votre grossesse, vous pouvez également participer à l'excursion « Jitney Tour », mais les autres excursions ne sont pas adaptées.

Les conducteurs de « Mud Buggy » ou de quad doivent être âgés de plus de 18 ans et être titulaires d'un permis de conduire en cours de validité.

Pour le circuit en tyrolienne et les formules proposées, les participants doivent porter des vêtements adaptés, tels qu'un t-shirt, un short ou un pantalon, ainsi que des chaussures fermées.

Une assurance facultative couvrant les quads est disponible sur place afin de prendre en charge tout dommage causé au véhicule.

Picked up and 9 . Waited 2 hours at venue. Then charged $10 for insurance for the cart, $10 for a locker and no phones as they want you to buy their photos. Paid £150 for 1 adult 1 child . 40 mins on buggy. When asked where is the bathroom, was advised to pick a favourite tree. Left early and was given a feedback form but once I starting filling it out, staff become confrontational so I gave them the feedback form and advised they fill it out for me. Waiting for an update from Rep!

The guides on the zip line were great; however everything else was appalling. Lacked complete communication and not very informative about the history of secret of the Blue Hole. The ATV and Mud Buggy experience was disappointing as we only went around the track twice; so the buggy experience was over within 10 minutes. It was a complete and utter waste of money. Plus shuttle bus driver drove off with my personal belongings on the bus. It was a total disaster and wouldn’t recommend.

Enjoyed the zip line and buggy ride. Excellent fun and felt safe throughout whole experience. Guides are absolutely excellent. Did not like fact we as family of 3 had a 4 seated buggy and was not aware we had to pay for empty seat - do not think this was fair at all. Tui needs to state this before booking.

The transportation to and from the venue was a nightmare. The van driver Gregory if she did the speed limit by 40 to 60 km/h, has other cars on the left and right hand side of the road. On the way home the driver stopped at a gas station to “meet someone” and then proceeded to be gone for more than 30 minutes. During this time we will walk inside the van. Eventually, my spouse had decline up and over in front of the van and climb out of the front door to let all of us out.

It’sa complete money scam. We pay $411 usd for two people. Upon arrival we had to pay for lockers and insurance. We also paid for digital photos that they never sent. We spent most of the day waiting around for the activities to start. The staff were flying back and forth on ATVs and it was just completely disgrganied. Complete waste of your money. Pick another business to do your tour with.

Great day on the ATV’s/Buggies and to finish off in the Secret Waterfall. At the end they offered and we negotiated purchasing the photos but the guy disappeared. It would be good to retrieve them? Thanks

We enjoyed the buggy ride. However, it could have been a longer experience. We realised you just go round in circles. Then the other part of the trip, was a shambles as we waited for 1 and 1/2 hrs for someone to pick us up for the river trip but that didn't happen at all. Even one of the staff called the tour and they said 15 mins, which turned into never. A waste of our time and money.

The Park was really fun and the staff are very friendly! Only thing that could have gone better was that we found out it was cancelled due to low participation the day of so we had to reschedule for the next day. We should have been told that it was cancelled way before instead of last minute.

The excursion was fantastic but they ran over time lunch was offered at 4.30pm but they had to put more jerk chicken on as run out so it would have been another 45 mins before we ate...one person from a different resort had to get back to her small child so we agreed to leave before the food was ready so she could get back..she was a part of the taxi party. Disappointed at the end after such a good day.
