J’ai beaucoup aimé le cénote ! Il y avait beaucoup de sargasses dans la mer ce qui a gâcher l’expérience et surtout le gros point négatif de cette expérience était les tortues ont nous a mentis en nous disant que l’on allait faire du snorkling mais non! Les images étaient trompeuses la mer sale mais bon cela reste quand même une ********** expérience à faire avec un super guide Rodrigo qui nous a fait rire tout le long et était super sympa.

Overall a brilliant day out. Maybe need a little more info before, the trip was almost 12 hours, we thought it was going to be around 8 hours. Maybe inform people to have a little breakfast before they set off. But that aside our tour guild and driver were both brilliant 👏

Aller voir les tortues encadré comme jamais, sans palme et avec un gilet, me paraît pas correcte, on ne dit pas plongée avec les tortues, on dit faire le bouchon, chose que je ne referai plus pour le reste très bien

The activities themselves were enjoyable, particularly the turtle snorkelling, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the overall organisation was poor, with far too much time spent waiting and driving between locations. The pick-up alone took around three hours before the tour even began, which is excessive. Lunch was in a distant location and the quality was disappointing. While the experiences were good, the amount of time wasted on logistics significantly reduced our enjoyment.

Le guide ne parlais pas français contrairement à ce qui nous avait ete promis. Le conducteur roulait à 110kms/h sur des routes limitées à 60. Les amortisseurs du bus étaient mort et la route du cenote était défoncée. Nous faisions des bons sur les sièges arrières. Les photos sont interdites au Cenote et sont vendues 50 Euros ou 100 euros l'ensemble.

Site de Tulum vu rapidement pour ensuite passer 30 min à attendre dans la zone des boutiques : sans intérêt si ce n'est enrichir les partenaires Cenote : sympa mais assez rapide aussi. Et là encore on nous montre des choses à acheter. On se sent vache à lait Les tortues : sympa mais 15 min dans l'eau on a vu les tortues au pas de charge Repas sympa ensuite au bord de mer. Compris dans la prestation mais on nous incite encore et toujours à payer Bref : journée à but mercantile qui gâche tout

Lovely trip but lunch far to late. Very early start so no time for breakfast, a banana & bar were provided but not enough to keep you going until lunch which was 3pm. This meant we had to buy food adding to an already expensive day out, had lunch been at lunch time this expense wouldn't of been necessary.

Snorkeling with turtles. Hard to stay with group. Told to stay with purple wearing guide but each group had someone wearing purple. I got separated but thankful someone looked for me. Too many people surrounding 1 turtle. Maybe groups of 5 would be ideal. Overall trip was fabulous. Cenote was fantastic to swim through

Myriam est une guide très chouette en tout point de vue... les endroits visités sont très intéressants... je ne m'attendais pas à voir autant de tortues ?? Les prix des excursions sont en général trop élevés

The trip was excellent. Bus pick up arrived promptly. Guide was informative, professional and had an excellent attitude and sense of humour. Mayan village was beautiful. Cenote cave swimming yesterday was brilliant. Saw Fruit bats hanging from ceiling very cute. Was a great experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the day.

- Nous n’avons pas été informés de la fermeture de la plage de Tulum. - Nous n’avons pas apprécié l’arrêt dans une boutique à 5’ du site de Tulum, où la bouteille de Tequila se vend 125 dollars Américain ?? Enfin, nous avons été scandalisé d’apprendre que les photos sont interdites dans le magnifique cénote que nous avons visité, sauf pour le photographe habilité qui vend la photo 50 dollars. Pour le reste, tout était parfait grâce au guide Moïse qui est très pro. la nage avec les tortues ??.

It seemed silly to go for food afterwards which was fine but we could have gone straight back to the hotel. If providing food do it in the middle of the day not at the ended all guests just wanted to go back to their hotel. Also, very disappointing we couldn’t take cameras to the senote when friends who went to other tours could. $150 for a photo is extationate and meant we couldn’t have a photo moment to despite bringing an underwater camera.

Nous avons adoré le Cenote et la visite de Tulum avec son petit bout d'histoire. Nous aurions voulu faire nos propres photos dans le cenote. D'autant plus que le service photo est hors de prix (120$ US sérieusement c'est beaucoup trop pour avoir des photos à télécharger. Tous les touristes ne sont pas riches c'est loin d'être mon cas ça nous à beaucoup déçus de ne pas prendre de souvenirs de ce moment magique nois avons donc quand même acheté les photos...). Le guide lui était excellent

The guide and driver were exceptional, very knowledgeable. However, all seemed a bit rushed. Customers should be warned there are no changing facilities and you have to stay wet between some of the activities. I was disappointed I couldn’t take my own photos at the Cenote, official photos were a complete rip off. I understand you need to make money but £50 for one photo is extortion.

Absolutely fantastic excursion from start to finish! The Tulum site was really interesting and the guide was so informative. Snorkelling was great and being up close to the turtles was so special, swimming in the cenotes was magnificent and the lunch stop was outstanding, the food was delicious. Money well spent.

We had a great day, every part of the experience was wonderful and our guide Jesus Salas was knowledgeable and entertaining. Our 8 year old grandson found swimming with the turtles amazing. I would highly recommend the excursion to anyone.

We had a great time seeing turtles and learning about the cenote but it had a lot to do with ikir keeping up the energy. Tulum was quick but it is admittedly hot and you don't have that much to see compared to, say, chichen itza where you do get time. At first blush we thought it was a rip off with attempts to get more money (tequila tasting and photos) but ultimately we had fun and those breaks weren't pushy as expected and were mostly convenient loo breaks!

Nous avons payé une prestation vraiment pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, ils n’ont pas respecté l’excursion que l’ont a réservé, nous avalons pas vu les tortue, nous avons vu une mangrove pleine d’algues à rien voir avec le masque, et nous avons mangé à 16 h 00 de l’après-midi, je déconseille cette sortie avec tui, j’ai fait une réclamation sur le site via l’application pour demander un remboursement partiel de cette excursion je suis toujours sans réponse j’espère avec ce message vont réagir

We loved absolutely everything. We felt the ruins tour was a little bit rushed, the cenote was lovely but so busy however hats off to the driver, it was extremely bumpy but he got us there safely. Highlight of the day was swimming with the wild turtles, we saw big and smaller ones ... magical. The guides were very professional and gave us v clear instructions. Finally to finish the day with small meal on local beach. Overall, a fantastic day and highly recommend it.

Good to have a short tour of Tulum and swim in the cenote though the cenote swim could have been shorter to give more time to the star attraction which was snorkelling with turtles! The turtle experience was fantastic though it would have been nice to have a photo opportunity with them. Could have done without ‘lunch’ on a beautiful beach and had time to swim there instead or just return to the hotel where we had plenty of food.

Picked up at 6.30am ...then got 6 more people as pick up. Taken to a garage on the motorway - 6 other people went onto another van + tour. We were left in the van and told to wait 10 'mexican' minutes! 25 mins later put in another van which was packed! 2 last seats on back row of bus to Pkaya de Carmen - NOT Tulum! Cramped and girl.in front was sick! No communication! Then got off at Pmaya de Carmen + told to wait again. Then got on another van to Tulum with 2 others. Took 3 hrs to Tulum! :o(

Brilliant trip. We firstly visited Tulum and it was overcast, can imagine when it's sunny it's very hot. Then the cenote swim was amazing, you go through about 5 different caves. When the guide switches the light off you can't see anything. Be aware you can't take any of your own photo! The turtle swim is next and equally is good. Bring a gopro or a case for your phone. A boat drives you out to sea and you swim back looking for them. We saw at loads and rays. Guide was Jesus. Highly recommend!!

What a great trip, even though the venue for snorkeling changed due to the sea being too rough. It was great, Tulum was fabulous great guide, the cenote swim was great and informative followed by the snorkeling at a natural pool. The lunch was very late but very nice too. Shame at the venue they hadn't cleaned the beach.

Cesar and Roger as our guide and driver were fantastic !! The shuttle bus was too tight for 16 people —you should break up day with the lunch as it is a lot for older people to go all day without eating —the Cenotes picture you should be able to buy by the picture —they lost money as I would have bought 3iut of the five pics —The Akumal swimming was the best activity by far should be offered as a separate tour or combined with the Cenote

il aurait fallu reporter l’excursion, le temps était vraiment très mauvais, pas de tortue mais un lagon et le repas au beach bar sous une pluie battante et trop tard 15 heures pour le repas du midi??? L’hôtesse a été parfaite, le repas était bon. Nous ne demandions pas un soleil mais au moins un temps plus agréable! La météo avait annoncée que c’était une très mauvaise journée!

The only thing I and my friends enjoyed in the tour was the Xenote swim and that’s it. We were shortchanged with this tour. The snorkeling with turtles didn’t happen due to the weather and instead we went to visit another lagoon which was not enjoyable due to the strong current of the water. We didn’t get to see much of Tulum due to another group of tourists joined us that our tour guide has to translate to two languages not to mention no umbrellas or poncho was offered to us unlike other group.

Viel, viel zu teuer! Eintritt kostet nur 5€ nach Tulum; cenotes ca 10€; das Mittagessen kostet 10€. Lass das schnorcheln noch 20€ kosten. Dann bleiben noch 90€ übrig für fahrt und tourguide. Einfach bodenlos zu teuer

Ausflug war sehr gut, am besten hat uns die cenote gefallen. Der Preis für Fotos von der cenote sind viel zu überteuert, das hat den Gesamteindruck der Tour geschmälert.

While the overall organization of the event was top, and the guide was top, too, everything was very touristy and we felt rushed the entire day. The turtle snorkeling event was aweful. Way too many people there, way too many. You cannot protect the species this way. The government should stop this. We weren’t even able to follow the rules because it was so crowded.

It was very well organised and our guides were excellent....we could have learned a bit more about the Mayan culture from the guide in Tulum in addition to the history of the ruins. The cenote was good but unfortunately due to the recent rains we only swam in one chamber for safety reasons. The snorkeling was good but groups did get mixed up when looking at the turtles. The food at the beach was lukewarm and one of our party had tummy problems afterwards lasting for a few days which spoilt it.

My only real complaint is that due to the environmental protection against using any sunblock, and the constant sun exposure at peak sun hours i got quite badly burned

Tour sollte auf Englisch sein, war aber dann auf Englisch und Spanisch. Ein Sprachmix bei dem ein verstehen der englischen Sprache sehr schwer war. Teilweise alles etwas gehetzt

When snorkeling, ensure people are aware there is no refresher and you just 'go'. Its was fine for our group but me and one other lady hadn't done for decades and could have done with a bit of practice time which time didn't allow for. We still enjoyed it but chose not to hold up the group and went and waited. Our guide however was Fantastic. Also make clear that no cameras/phones are allowed in cinotes

Le prix est clairement moins cher si on passe directement via cancun adventure. 50us$ de différence. Pas de crème solaire dans la cenote et dans la mer avec les tortues; pas prévenu donc aucune possibilité de prévoir un t-shirt à manches longues en amont. Guide supplémentaire pour les ruines de Tulum; ne donne aucune information concrète sur les ruines. Grosse perte de temps. Extrêmement touristique, ********** de monde.
