Au vu du prix le repas aurait pu être autre qu’ un sandwich ( voyageant beaucoup et pour légèrement moins cher à Ile Maurice ou république dominicaine il propose des grillades et salades sur le bateau par exemple )… ensuite le moment de détente nage avant d’accéder sur l’île sert pas à grand chose ( pour ma part ) Sinon guide et catamaran au top

Service was great, but we paid a lot of money for the ‘Luxury Catamaran cruise’ only to spend 45 mins on the boat dropped off on Isla Mujueres for 3.5 hours and then picked up and taken straight back home again.

Long journey from our hotel to port in a tatty mini bus , advised when we got there that the luxury catamaran cruise which included snorkeling , stopping for swimming , kayaking and food was instead a quick transfer due to a windy day which took approx 30 mins , a sandwich served for lunch at 9.30 , choice of ham/ cheese or a salad , no other food served ! Transfer back which again took 30 mins, might as well have booked an uber and ferry across , waste of £200 !

Ik vond het wel heel jammer dat we niet konden snorkelen en dat dat bij het opstappen op de boot pas gezegt werd. Je kan dan ook niet meer terug of bezwaar maken. Snorkelen was de reden dat we deze trip gingen doen dus ik denk dat we het dan of geannuleerd of weer verzet hadden.

Very disappointed, we paid nearly £250 for two people for what ended up a boat ride over to Isla Mujeres, there was no snorkelling and a plain chicken sandwich for food, we could of just got the ferry over for £20 and had all day to explore, it was also extremely long day because all the drop offs and we only had 2 hours on the island, this was extremely bad value. Disappointed.

Unfortunately can't tell you about the island as our pick up time was changed and only informed by emails, since being in Mexico my emails haven't loaded (iCloud issues) and the information on the booking on the app has never been updated so it was missed. The hotel also didn't see anyone try to pick us up at the mentioned time

Amazing trip! We had 2 snorkelling/swim stops and a few hours to explore the island. Staff were amazing and so tentative. Trip included a nice sandwich for lunch and free drinks which were fantastic! When we got to the island we hired golf carts for extra. Antonio was a great host. A must do trip - we worth the money.

Es war bei dem Hafen sehr unübersichtlich. Man wurde von einem Punkt zum nächsten geschickt,es war stressig. Dann musste ich eine Stunde auf das Boot warten. Warum muss man die Gäste dann so früh abholen?! Auf dem Boot durfte man keine Sonnencreme auftragen; nur auf den Toiletten dort. Man durfte auf dem Boot seine Badelatschen nicht tragen. Wie unhygienisch ist das bitte? Diese Einschränkungen und die Organisation haben nichts mit Urlaubsfeeling zu tun und die Enttäuschung ist sehr groß.

Unfortunately not great. A "luxury" cruise is not really the case. It is very expensive and doesn't have extra options such as full mask for snorkelling. So therefore, me and my daughter were unable to snorkel. It offers various drinks but it all seems rushed. 30 minutes to swim and 30 minutes snorkelling, followed by 2 and a half hours at Isla Mejeures. Just lunch and a quick 50 minute swim at the beach we fitted into that. Loads of room for improvement for me.

Es war die Dauer der Unterhaltung und die Freizeit auf der Insel sehr ausgewogen. Das Baden auf der Insel war ein richtiges Highlight, vor allem wenn man es mit dem Strand am Festland vergleicht. Aber auch die Fahrt am Katamaran zur Insel muss man hervorheben. Das Schnorcheln und Schwimmen am Meer, Musik, Essen und Trinken waren hervorragend, genauso auch die Rückfahrt. Für mich war es ein wunderschöner Tag im Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

À fuir !!!! Plus de 40 personnes par bateau et déjà six bateaux de la même compagnie sans parler des autres autour. Au moment de partir, on nous informe que les plus de 60 ans ne peuvent pas faire le snorkeling ce pourquoi nous avons quand même payé l’excursion. ! L’équipage est plutôt sympathique, mais oublie une boisson sur deux. Arrivé à Isla Mujeres, grande déconvenue, la plage autorisée pour se baigner est de 6 m de large face aux gaz d échappement, aux bruits et autres odeurs. Zéro !!

Bonjour. Par où commencer..? Nous avons été déçu dans l'ensemble car aucun guide francophone. ´Nous ne parlons ni anglais ni espagnol donc la journée à été compliquée. Repas dit "snack" très leger. Un sandwich froid. Pas de fruits proposé ou autres. Cela dit c'était bon. Pas de guide donc aucune explication sur l'histoire de l'île... DECU. nous recommandons pas cette excursion.

The pick up and drop off journeys are very long from riviera maya to cancun, over 2 hours coming back!! The trip description is misleading as it says half day but pick up 9.20 and drop back 7.15pm. Isla mujeres is too busy. You get hassled constantly by sellers , you are on edge and just can’t relax..

My daughter took this last year and said don't waste money. But we decided to try. It was just common--nothing more. Not worth the price. 20 minutes snorkel-not worth the time to get wet. 20 minutes to swim way off beach--ridiculous. The 3 hours for Isla Mujeres good. Passing around 1/2 sandwiches---no music---very dry-atmosphere. We've been on many of these many countries and islands. They were all fun party atmosphere. This was just a money maker for the company but for the customer very blah.

We've done this trip a few times on our many visits to Mexico, don't think we've done the luxury version before though and we are so glad we did. The boat wasn't grounded, it wasn't a party boat. Drinks were good. Staff were brilliant. We'll definitely book again when we are in Mexico next (probably next year) thanks guys!

La traversée est super agréable, et relaxante. Boissons et repas à bord sans oublier la musique. Trop trop bien. Le personnel à bord est vraiment au top ?? La plage et l'île d'isla Mujeres sont magnifiques, malgré énormément de monde. Le retour au coucher de soleil était Wahoo??

Liked the combination of the snorkeling and exploring the island. Would have preferred more time at the reef and skipping the second swim. Liked that we were under sail on the return trip. Some of the music on board was good in that it had wide appeal. Other music was niche that was a bit annoying, like the ‘Your Body’ song that repeated the same lirics for seemingly half the trip back.

Unser Guide - Mani (Manuel) - war toll. Sehr sympathisch, hat immer für gute Stimmung an Bord gesorgt. Ansonsten hat - zumindest für uns - das Verhältnis nicht gepasst... je 25 Minuten Zeit für Schnorcheln oder Schwimmen. Und dann 3 ganze Stunden auf Isla Mujeres. Hätten uns mehr Zeit auf und im Wasser gewünscht und dafür weniger zum Shoppen.

It was WAY too far from the Hotel Zone. It was a 50 minute drive to drop off-back to the hotel. That should be disclosed. Also, the snorkel part being guided only was kind of annoying. There was no “free time “ to snorkel on your own, more like a swim with a few pauses.

Staff were friendly, and attentive. The only negative was the lunch provided. Not the best quality, and I believe all of my family had stomach issues after this cruise and eating the lunch. Food provided, was likely not kept as a safe temperature.

La croisière était top. L'équipage était au petit soins. La nourriture est moyenne. La plage était bondée malheureusement, ce qui a été un peu moins bien. Il aurait fallu prévoir des transats et un espace dédiée aux passagers.

I really liked riding on the catamaran, the snorkeling and going to the beach at the island. The guide seemed to be in a bad mood which affected all of us clients. There was no music or merriment. The drinks were horrible.

Je pense que un petit guide papier avec le plan de l île serait super avec choses à faire et avec recommandations de restauration. Nous pensions que nous allions déjeuner à bord mais non. En fait on nous à servi un petit plateau 30min après le départ. Le restaurant de l hôtel ouvrant que a 7h et nous avions quitté à 6h25 du coup on avait pas mangé c était super mais l excursion parlait de déjeuner à bord ???? Pas eu

The snorkel part was cancelled, so turned into a boat trip and stay on the Island. Not sure how you could cancel, as only told when there! I would take this an non snorkel trip, and if happens, bonus. I selected the late leaving 2pm and that gave us 2 hours on the island. The food was taco and spicy snack but as IBS could not eat it. Drinks a plenty and staff were great. The main beach is packed, but you can hire a buggy or taxi to another part.

Our guide explained the schedule well so there were no surprises and you knew what would happen. The boat was nice and so was the ride. Lunch was just enough food. The time spent on snorkeling and swimming was also just enough.

Fantastic mini bus driver Benjamin. Water provided for the journey out and for the journey back. Also beer for the journey back. Catamaran was fantastic. All the staff were amazing. The food was absolutely great. Service of drinks and food was fantastic. Didn’t like the island as much it was basically a big street market great if you like this but we don’t But other people who do would love it. However, the beach and sea were beautiful and we had a walk round and drinks in a few bars.

Boat trip was good Partner slipped on boat and has not been able to walk properly since. Injured foot and cut leg. Isla Mujeres was disappointing, expected secluded island but was extremely busy, and shops all selling same tourist tat. Time would be better spent having longer for snorkelling. Extremely long day for essentially a ride on a cataraman. Arrived back almost 2 Hours later than told we would. Lunch and service was very good

Unfortunately the sea was too rough to go snorkeling, so ended up having lunch at 11am which was a bit weird. There was meant to be paddle boarding too which wasn't offered. So 2 of the main reasons doing this we were unable to. We did have longer on the island though which was lovely.

Le catamaran top, le guide sympas, la balade en mer vraiment bien. Par contre l arrêt sur l île sens intérêt. L île est remplie de monde, on est l un sur l autre, des centaine de bateau arrive tout le temps, vraiment pas paradisiaque. Je préfère rester les 3ans sur le bateau que mettre ennuyé sur la plage

Brilliant cruise, excellent staff, food and drink excellent, swim in coral reef fantastic and in the bay Not so good being dropped at a horrible tourist attraction mobbed by loads of people selling you a load of tut. Wanted to hire golf buggy but swindled for 2800 pesos when really only 700 pesos for 2 hours horrible visit to island which could have been better if the buggy’s were organized as part of the trip couldn’t wait to get back on the boat after 3 hours of nightmare

Driver collected us - large sign saying tips are his salary … same on boat - they came round with a hat in front of us before we got off the boat. Intimidating and unfair for what is already an expensive trip.

Une magnifique excursion qui mène à une très belle île avec une magnifique plage aux eaux turquoises. Le guide était très sympathique et le personnel à bord du bateau très avenant. La mer était plutôt agitée pendant le snorkeling, ce qui peut surprendre pour les débutants mais la sécurité était parfaite. Vous pouvez rester à bord. Nous avons vu quelques poissons, le temps de snorkeling est de 20 minutes, peut être un peu court. La nourriture était très bonne et les boissons à volonté.

we enjoyed the the sailing and crew service very much but found the length of time 3hrs on the Isla mujers a bit to long 1 and half hrs / 2hrs would have been more enjoyable.
