À quoi s'attendre
Parmi toutes les combinaisons possibles, il est difficile de faire mieux qu'une croisière au coucher du soleil assorti d'une expédition d'observation des dauphins. Et c'est exactement ce que nous vous proposons ici. Vous partirez en hors-bord au large de la côte de Puerto del Carmen pour chercher des dauphins, puis pourrez admirer le soleil se coucher à l'horizon. Le vin pétillant et les pâtisseries sont inclus.La « Biosfera » partira de la marina de Puerto del Carmen en début de soirée. Pendant plus de deux heures, votre capitaine vous guidera sur les mers pour voir les dauphins. Il n'est pas garanti d'en voir mais le skipper fera tout son possible pour les trouver. Les dauphins sont le plus souvent repérés pendant les croisières. Des informations sur les dauphins vous seront données à bord et pendant la balade, du cava et des pâtisseries vous seront servies.Viendra bientôt le moment de l'autre grand spectacle, le coucher de soleil. Les couleurs dépendent du jour et de la couverture nuageuse, mais les tons roses, or et écarlate sont les plus fréquents. Pour le retour au port, la « Biosfera » passera le long de falaises volcaniques et de criques isolées. Une soirée magique.

Allt var super! Trodde först inte att vi skulle få se några delfiner då det nästan kändes som dom skulle göra en vända, men just då så ropade dom och körde bort och det kom ca 10 delfiner och hoppade runt båten ända tills vi körde iväg. Det var även helt molnigt på hela himlen men just när solnedgången kom så lättade det upp och vi gick bubbel och kaka. En helt magisk upplevelse som jag ger 10/10 ??

A nice gentle ride out for just over an hour. We didn't see any wildlife, but a slowly setting sun. Then our pilot put the hammer down...... WOW what a ride back. Leaping and jumping all over the place, I've never done that before. That is a must do?? We berthed by the dock for some snacks, then word came. Dolphin have been signed by another craft. So off we went. We weren't disappointed, first one then a couple of dolphins leaping out of the sea. Then a bus ride back to our hotel, more sedated.

Particularly concerned about the coach driver to the event. 30 minutes late, having picked up a hotel worker to be dropped en route. He then drove hard on accelerator and brake to make up time. Answered phone while driving round a roundabout! Outward journey far longer (with pickups) than we’d been advised and a long walk to the boat. No dolphins until a glimpse at the end, but that’s fair enough. BIt concerned about the return journey as the driver (a different one) veered fairly wildly

Staff on the boat was super friendly, Guy was funny, knew a lot about dolphins. Great that we got to see them. Only thing was when we were dropped off, the driver didn’t tell us where to go. She left straight away so first the whole group waited… after 5 minutes one man went to ask another driver from another company and he told us where to go.

der transfer war völlig unorganisiert, hinzu viel zu spät und viel zu lange fahrt insgesamt hat sich der ausflug zu lange hingezogen. es war langweilig und unorganisiert am hafen wurde man einfach aus dem bus geworfen und wusste nicht wohin man gehen sollte.

Trip on boat was fine but the return coach driver dumped us in the middle of nowhere after he had gone past our stop and we had to find our way back to our hotel Beatrix 5 miles away. He said he called a taxi but it never arrived.

It was the most horrifying experience of my life even if some miracle there were any dolphins ! There was that much sea water in my eyes and down my throat i wouldnt have seen them as i was soaked through to my underwear No warning to bring towels just a light jacket which didnt stop the waves going over my head everything in my bag was soaking even my mobile phone the trip wasnt worth 20 €s then to sit soaked through looking at sunset was awful

Pick ups were a bit laborious, as we seemed to be backing up on ourselves a few times. The crew were very friendly and informative (especially Teddy with his knowledge of the sea life) We unfortunately did not see dolphins. Understandably you can not guarantee this, as much as it’s my life long dream. But we did experience a beautiful sunset with wonderful company. Will recommend this trip as soon as much to say we will be going on it again when we return next year.

Bus broke down and had to wait for replacement Boat ride was wet rough and uneventful saw no dolphins Cava was cheap and the boring piece of sponge cake didn’t hit the spot. No safety procedures, no mention of life jackets. Not good value for money. Would definitely not recommend

Ankunft mit dem Bus am Hafen waren wir erst mal irritierend, da die Reiseleiterin verschwunden war. Wir wußten nicht ob wir uns erst nochmal anmelden mußten oder direkt zum Boot gehen konnten. Anmeldung war nötig für ein Ticket. Ab dann lief alles gut. Freundlicher Empfang an Bord. Decken für die die keine Jacken mitgenommen hatten. Partystimmung durch gute Musik. Leider keine Delphine gesehen. Die Fahrt war trotzdem sehr schön und wir wurden mit Sekt, Kuchen u. Sonnenuntergang entschädigt.

All good. We managed to see some flying fish. Sea was choppy so not much else to see. The crew did their best to find some dolphins to see but it was not to be, we appreciated that they did their best ?? Hopefully better luck next time ??

Well what can I say about this experience it was amazing from start to finish didn’t get to see the sunset as it went behind some clouds but seeing the dolphins towards the end of the evening made up for it so we were both happy the guide was amazing the people on the trip with us all had fun and laughter the drinks and cake at the end of the boat trip was amazing too would definitely recommend everyone doing this sunset and dolphins trip it’s fantastic

We enjoyed the experience especially as we got to see dolphins which isn’t always possible. We were a little disappointed in the fact that the bus driver didn’t speak so we were all unsure if we were on the right bus then when we got to the harbour we had to figure out where to go for ourselves. I think for future trips more information needs to be given to anyone who chooses this trip.

Because of my disability I had to check the suitability of excursions. This type of excursion as the rep explained was itself fine for my disability apart from having to stand in a queue awaiting to board the boat for over half an hour which was painful for me being an amputee wearing a prosthetic. There is no seating where you embark or surrounding this area where you can sit. I feel this needs to be addressed as there will be many others in a similar situation.

Horrendous ! Bus broke down sent another driver bout 40 minutes later. As we were late he decided to drive like a complete maniac and put our lives in danger by tail gating the whole time, overtaking, talking on the phone while driving one handed. Texting and talking on the phone again .Undertaking on a roundabout. If you value your life please do not book this excursion with TUI as they didn’t care this happened to us and just fobbed us off. This could have ended very differently !

Not as advertised - penultimate pick up and last drop off an hour after expected return time and missed restaurant booking. Boat not super fast experience, no dolphins encountered, in fact no ocean life seen. Boat like rollercoaster, no life vests and not quite pastries (small piece of cake).

Leuke excursie en de bemanning deed goed hun best om de dolfijnen te spotten. We hebben ze gezien :) Ook de zonsondergang was erg mooi en je kreeg er cava en een lekkere cake bij. Zeker een aanrader! Toen we de dolfijnen zagen moesten we wel eerder weg dan gepland helaas, omdat er een aantal mensen moesten overgeven, erg jammer. Tip: neem een primatour in voordat de excursie begint??

The crew were great. We searched for dolphins for a long time so when we saw them we didn't spend that long dolphin watching. It was very windy so there was a lot of big waves. As we powered out to sea everyone on one side of the boat got drenched and it was quite scary for some. The crew spotted my elderly mother was struggling and guided her across the bouncing boat to a dry patch on the other side and gave her 2 hoodies. We waited 25 minutes in the sun for the pick up bus as it was full!

Absolutely brilliant experience, would highly recommend. Yes we got a bit wet from the sea spray but it is a speed boat. Staff were friendly,made sure everybody were safe throughout and they tried there hardest searching for dolphins and succeeded. Watching the sunset was beautiful too with cake and cava. Brilliant atmosphere on the boat would 100% recommend!

Firstly, and for context. I worked at sea for 20 years then worked for Lloyd's Register It started off ok. Then the Coxswain (not a Captain), decided to go beam on through the swell of the other boat in front making the craft unnecessarily rock. I can only assume this was for his amusement. Although, he spent more time on his phone than as Coxswain. At one point he wasn't steering completely oblivious that the deckhand had to raise his attention to another boat.... Rule of the Road training....

This was a good tour, unfortunately no dolphin sightings for us though, but was made aware this was possible at point of booking. Would be nice if the crew spoke a little more to the passengers about the dolphins as there was no communication other then the safety announcement and being offered cake/drink.

We moesten helaas 35 minuten op de bus wachten......twijfelend aan je zelf, staan we goed? We hebben toch de juiste dag geboekt? Daardoor gingen we dus ook later de boot op. Gelukkig op.het laatst dolfijnen gezien en daar ging het om. Ook het uitzicht vanaf het water richting de kust was prachtig. Ondanks de vertraging zeer de moeite waard.

Despite the dolphins not appearing we were obviously disappointed but still enjoyed this trip immensely. Being out on the water, seeing the coastline and the stunning sunset with a glass of fizz was amazing and a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

Die Tour war ein absolutes Highlight und ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Wir haben die Tour bei starkem Wind und ziemlichem Wellengang gemacht. Die Besatzung hat alles gegeben und wir haben tatsächlich Delphine gesehen. Das Boot ist zum Teil regelrecht durch die Wellen gefegt. Entsprechend wurden einige von uns ziemlich nass. Fur kleinere Kinder vielleicht nicht so gut geeignet und auch nicht fur Leute, welche schnell seekrank werden. Bei uns mussten mehrere sich ubergeben.

Boat ride itself was fine, but experience not as described. Bus 25min late, driver not in a good mood. Left on harbour for 20min in 29deg heat waiting to get on boat. Didn't see dolphins (not their fault) & the 'cava' -1/3 of a paper cup & just 1 choice of drink for children(at end). 'Pastries' not served during the ride -it was 2cm cube of cake, no idea what the cake was. No information from 'guide' except notice at beginning saying we might not see dolphins/ end to say shame we didn't see

The bus driver bringing us from the hotel was on his phone and almost rear ended a car , jammed on the breaks and had music blaring, he was asked to turn it down but ignored. From pick up to drop off with my wife two kids it was the most disappointing and waste of valuable time and money . Could not wait to get off the bus as did all passengers.

Boat trip was ok. No dolphins. Looked like guide was going through the motions using his binoculars to look for them. Sunset part was ridiculous. Watching the sun go down over a house isnt my idea of an exciting experience. Champagne (which we didnt drink as we're both non-drinkers, but were offered no alternatives) and two bits of what was a flan cake didnt do anything to improve the experience either. Wouldn't recommend this trip to anyone. Very disappointing.

De schipper en reisleidster zaten meer op hun gsm bezig dan dat ze bezig waren met hun taak. We wisten dat de kans er was dat we geen dolfijnen gingen zien, maar ze deden ook weinig moeite. De sunset was wel mooi om te zien.

No safety talk. No communication from the staff/guide on what was happening or in what order. No Dolphins, which can be expected, but the guide didn't even comment on the this. The best part was the speedboat ride back to shore -.No safety talk on that either..I'd have thought he would at least say 'hold on', but nothing.

Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins but was a good boat trip. Would definitely recommend taking a jacket as gets really cold out at sea. Shame about the dolphins but was good fun nevertheless.

Sadly we didn’t see Dolphins though of course this can never be guaranteed. There was an ‘incident’ on the boat with a very drunk couple who started to perform ********** acts on each other! The captain however was very very professional and turned the boat around and took them immediately back to the port. He should be commended! Unfortunately it did mean our trip was cut short by 1 hour as we had to return to port and then went back out. A partial refund would be nice.

Staff are fantastic and really lovely, boat trip was also a lot of fun and even if you struggle to see dolphins it's still a great experience! Staff even make sure you find your way to transfers and make sure everyone is accounted for.

Not exactly what we expected, however it was a thrill a min. It is on a smallish speed boat. So no getting up and walking about. Captain carlos was very attentive to passenger safety and getting what we paid for, even after he got injured whilst we was bouncing across the waves. I would say it is not suitable for young kids or those with bk problems or pregnant. But definitely fun for thrill seekers who take a chance on finding some dolphins if they want to be found.

Durch den sehr starken Wellengang fühlte man sich unsicher. Von anderen Delfinbeobachtungstouren her hatten wir dies nicht erwartet.Auch wussten wir nicht, dass wir mehrere Kilometer von der Küste entfernt sein würden.(Thema Sicherheit) Durch die Beschreibung des Ausflugs waren andere Erwartungen geweckt worden. Der Imbiss bestand aus kleinen Kuchenstücken auf Plastiktabletts und der Sekt wurde im Pappbecher serviert. Der Sonnenuntergang wurde dann direkt vor der Hafenmauer betrachtet.

Amazing. Nearly didn't see any dolphins but they persisted and we saw a few baby ones. Kids loved the speed, definitely was not expecting that. Very tentative to everyone. Very enjoyable.
