The ultimate Riviera Maya day sailing adventure. You'll cast off in a luxury catamaran along Mexico's Caribbean coastline to snorkel, paddleboard, swim and soak up some tropical sunshine. An open bar and lunch on board complement your day out.From Puerto Aventuras, you'll sail away into the distance towards one of the most spectacular reefs in the area – Inah. Je ne pas évaluer cette sortie car elle a été annulé, prise en charge prévue à 11h40, on a attendu jusqu’à 12h30 sans info d’annulation, sans demande de notre part on ne serait toujours pas au courant. J’attends le remboursement, car impossible à re planifier dans le timing des vacances.

This was billed as a cruise for ages 12+. There were several young children on the cruise. My husband is disabled. He did not plan to snorkel, just enjoy a boat ride. When I booked the cruise I was assured he could get on the boat as long as he could step from the dock onto the deck. This was not how people boarded, you had to walk across a metal ramp onto a platform with no railings and then climb a set of stairs to the deck. I am asking for a refund of his ticket because he could not go.

We didn’t go on the trip as Clare in our hotel had a time change and didn’t inform us to the change and was most unhelpful when we saw her and denied all knowledge of the time change and didn’t care either way

Overall we had a good time, but we had a different experience to most, as it rained the whole time. Staff were great, nice catamaran. Lunch could have been a lot better, was just sandwiches and fruit, so I didn’t eat anything. The 2 stops we did for snorkelling, didn’t really see much. So was quite an expensive trip when we didn’t see a lot. But had fun, and would love to go again when it wasn’t raining

We waren er niet helemaal op voorbereid dat deze trip geen zeilboottrip is maar een boottochtje met een (matig) snorkelhalfuurtje waar het vooral gaat om drinken en dansen. Niet geschikt voor mijn 12-jarige dochter en eigenlijk voor niemand <18. Dat gezegd hebbende, iedereen was even vriendelijk en gezellig en we hebben een leuke middag op het water gehad.

It was a generally pleasant trip though probably more for the younger generation. I am very able to snorkel but struggled with the fins and would prefer not to use them. At the reef it was one mad rush without any real reason and I gave up because the fins impeded me. The lagoon was relaxing

Conclusion Sortie annulée par l'organisme, trop de vent .. Nous avons perdu 4 heures de nos vacances sur la route ...

Paula (notre guide francophone) a été adorable. En revanche, cette sortie catamara est très onéreuse au regard de la prestation. Pour moitié moins cher, nous avons réalisé des journées extraordinaires en Espagne ou en Grèce (sorties organisées par Tui).

Sadly due to weather conditions the snorkelling at the reef didn’t happen. We understand that this was to keep us all safe but we were disappointed not to have the experience we had booked. The staff were amazing and gave us a great party experience instead, but still disappointing not to see the reef.

The sailing was very good, after a bit of waiting around to get booked in after being picked up from the hotel. The snorkelling was average at best, a bit disappointing as the small reef was not in good shape and over-visited. The rest of the trip was fine, lots of crew on the catarmaran and very attentive, food (sandwiches and fruit) and drink in constant supply. Overall it was a good afternoon out, but not for the snorkeling. After snorkelling, we didn’t do much except lounge about.

It was insisted upon that all wore safety belts. However these kept us face down rather than flipping us over onto our backs. Not very safe! The food was mediocre but otherwise good. After snorkeling we were able to swim or paddleboard in the shallows. Any client with their own equipment would be advised to take it the things on the catamaran were poor in that the fins were very short & no top to the snorkel tube.

Pick was prompt and on time. Upon arrival at the port there was a bit of a wait to board catamaran with lots of people waiting to board various vessels. Once on board the staff were informative, helpful and friendly. The snorkelling experience was good fun and well organised. Then the opportunity to swim to the island, have ago on the paddle boards eff was great fun. Finally the food was lovely and fresh and drinks flowed! Would recommend this experience.

Wow, what a fantastic afternoon we had sailing along the coast of beautiful Riviera Maya, just wonderful! The guide and staff on the boat were great, chatty and helpful, giving us information and safety info too… My family loved the opportunity to swim out to the reef and snorkel, seeing so many fish and coral, wonderful! The food and drink on offer was amazing… big thanks to the chef who prepared the best gluten free lunch for my daughter, delicious! A fab trip and would recommend!

We had an amazing experience. The staff are all friendly. Food and drink was great. Best part was trying the paddle boards. We all had so much fun, I even managed to stand up on it. was gutted when it ended. Great value for the money we paid

The trip from start to finish was excellent. Collection was on time and we arrived at the port first so could book in. We were led to the catamaran where we were greated by the team. The snorkelling was amazing, saw 2 large sting ray, the guide remained with us at all times. We then anchored on a beautiful beach where we could paddleboard and swim in chrystal waters. We then took a slow ride back to shore. The food served was delicious and drinks readily flowing. A fab trip ??

The catamaran was fine but the so called amazing coral reef and issues getting to it were awful. The reef was brown and very small, not the amazing reef we were led to believe. Trying to fin to it with our grandson (age 16) was a nightmare and by the time we did get to it we had to return. My grandson had a traumatic time and when we eventually managed to flag down a guide to help myself and husband were absolutely exhausted. Don't recommend. Disappointed.

We had a lovely afternoon on this Catamaran , Matt our guide was very attentive as we're the rest of the staff . The sea was a little rough and they bought food out whilst still sailing which wasn't a great idea really but we didn't really care as we were having such a nice time , drinks were flowing if you wanted for beginning to end . Had a lovely swim in the bay . We had 2 of our party who had mobility issues but they were well looked after so don't let it stop you . Bit of a walk at first .

Brilliant half day session. small mini-bus collection from hotel which was covered by Daniel. Not too crowded so felt comfortable on the journey to and from the excursion. Good half day, thoroughly enjoyed the catamaran experience and swim

Ein sehr schönes Erlebnis! Lediglich zu Beginn vor dem Betreten des Catamarans war es etwas unorganisiert. Aber an Bord war alles super. Die Guides wares sehr nett. Das Equipment war gut und die Schnocheltour war super: Wir haben Rochen und eine Meeresschildkröte in nächster Nähe gesehen. Ich würde die Tour wieder buchen.

The trip was good and nice that the boat had paddle boards etc. The snorkelling was a bit disappointing and quit rushed i think and no real need to rush it as there a lot of time on baord having lunch etc then paddle boarding if anyone wanted it. Overall it was good and the crew/ photographer were good.

Super schöner Ausflug, den wir immer wieder machen würden! Wir sind zu einer Insel gefahren, sind dort geschnorchelt, haben lecker Mittag gegessen (obwohl es ein Halbtags Ausflug war) und hatten auch die Gelegenheit zu Baden, Standup Paddeln und, und.... Einziges Manko war, dass der Ausflug in englisch, hier jedoch kein Problem war.

The crew were fun and happy to help. We were supposed to go snorkelling on the reef but the sea was too rough. We wondered whether they should have gone with the trip as they cancelled our booking two days previously due to the wind and it was just as windy today - maybe a bit greedy. They took us to a party cover we hitches very lively and we did paddle hoard and a bit of snorkelling Food was good and the wine flowed and we met some lovely people

We really enjoyed the entire experience on the catamaran. The staff were lovely and the places we visited were amazing. The food was fab and we had loads of cocktails and drinks which was great. Overall it was a blast. The only thing that could improve is maybe the length of the tour. Maybe adding 2 hours on top would make it even better so have enough time to enjoy the snorkelling and the swimming.

We had an amazing time yesterday! The team and the catamaran were awesome. Snorkelling was great (loads of fish to see and a beautiful reef) the food and drinks were great too and the music made for a great vibe aboard. I’d definitely recommend the afternoon trip!

Very poor, boat overcrowded, no where to sunbathe on the boat, food well below average for a trip of this cost. To be honest not impressed with any of your trips the last four I have been on no value for money, 3 here and one in Greece, everything is outsourced, no tui reps, done for the cheapest way for the company to make the most profit. Very disappointing and when you report it reps don't care just play lip service.

The experience was amazing and all staff were great (a missing mojito aside :)), brilliant all around. They were keen eyed to make sure we all knew when turtles and rays were around to make sure we didn’t miss anything while snorkelling

Enjoyed the sailing and boat Food OK Crew fabulous Didn’t enjoy the fact there were not enough masks/snorkel to go round (despite some people having their own) which negates the snorkelling part!! Were given the option to go on the ‘long’ snorkel or short one which we decided to do as my husband had surgery 3 months ago - however this was just a case of surface swimming around the boat without mask/snorkel as everyone else off swimming round the reef!

Would definitely recommend for couples and friends travelling. You are collected and have to wait a little, where we could have been explained what was happening a bit more. But then your group is given a wristband and walked down to the jetties. Shoes off and on board welcomed with a drink. Everyone was a little unsure at first where to go so we all sat bunched up at the front. Bit soon enough we were underway and everyone spread out and relaxed! Relaxing beautiful journey up the coast. Was given the option to join a snorkeling trip from the boat (c.45mins) or to just hang around the boat to snorkel. You are provided all equipment and waist floats so the long trip isn't too onerous. Those who stayed with the boat did a mix of swimming, paddle boarding or just relaxing with drinks from the open bar. Saw sting rays, sea turtles and so many fish! Staff were amazing. Music going so such a good vibe. I'm not a strong swimmer and had never snorkled but tried it and felt very safe and in control and had the BEST time. Then we all got back aboard and were given lunch which was local and delicious. Though I would recommend taking a snack because I was hungry way before lunch came. Then we put the sail up and chilled to some great tunes in the sunshine all the way home.
