À quoi s'attendre
Whether you like it spread on toast, mixed into your cup of tea, or drizzled on your ice-cream, honey has plenty of admirers. And today, you'll see how its sustainably sourced in Andorra during a visit to a mountain apiary (AKA a place where beehives are kept). Follow the owner of the apiary around and see every step of the honey-making process, and learn why the honey here tastes so different – spoiler alert, it's the altitude. And once you've seen how it's made, you'll round things off with a guided tasting to discover those distinctive flavours for yourself.
