Notez que le représentant échangera votre bon contre le billet pour les intérieurs du château de Prague (vous ne pouvez pas entrer dans les intérieurs avec le bon uniquement) et vous donnera les 20 minutes d'introduction.
L'introduction de 20 minutes est garantie en anglais, d'autres langues sont disponibles en fonction des compétences du guide.
Le billet est valable 2 jours (à partir du jour où vous le recevez) et comprend une entrée pour chaque attraction du circuit B (ancien palais royal, basilique Saint-Georges, ruelle d'or et cathédrale Saint-Guy).
Le représentant attendra au maximum 15 minutes après l'heure de départ. En cas de retard, veuillez en informer l'opérateur local dès que possible.

Fijn dat je niet in de rij moet voor tickets, niet fijn de tijdsdruk van het ophaal venster bij de contactpersoon en het niet makkelijk kunnen vinden van de contactpersoon. de ticket is 2 dagen geldig maar je mag elk gebouw maar 1x bezoeken.

Le guide était exactement à l'endroit convenu, vers la gauche de l'obélisque. Bonus: nous avons eu l'introduction en Français car l'une des personnes présentes pour les tickets parlait le Français. Ce n'est pas toujours le cas. Explications claires et pour démarrer la visite. Si possible assistez à la relève de la garde à 12h. Le plus beau!

Die kurze Einführung und Erklärung des Reiseführers ist sehr empfehlenswert und selbst für Jugendliche/Kinder nicht zu lang. Danach kann man mit oder ohne Audio-Guide die Prager Burg in eigenem Tempo besichtigen.

A day well spent, we walked through the castle and buildings for around 4 hrs, including a visit to a cafe half way through.
The cathedral is amazing, so much history and unbelievable artifacts and relics, but the whole tour is a must for any visitor.

La visita al castello fittizia, su una struttura immensa si possono vedere solo due stanze vuote.

Il était indiqué que nous serions attendues devant l entrée principale de l église St Georges.Les jeunes gens étaient positionnés très en retrait sur la droite par rapport à l entrée. Première parole entendue de leur part: vous êtes en retard ! Il y a mieux comme accueil.

Easy to find the ticket agents but we did not know that you still have to queue to get into each part of the castle, exceptionally busy and we left half way through our visit, gave up queueing for an hour to get into the Royal Palace.

Great ticket if you just want to go around and explore yourself. Guide we met there lovely and gave us an overall history of the area. Maybe worth getting there early as some of the areas got very busy so you couldn’t see the exhibits and lots of guided tours so groups of visitors blocking walkways. The gardens are lovely and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy away from the crowds. Also great views of Prague
