Er wird Ihnen eine kurze Einführung geben und Ihnen die notwendigen Informationen zu Ihrer Eintrittskarte und zur Orientierung innerhalb des Schlosskomplexes mitteilen. Sie erhalten auch einen Plan des gesamten Komplexes.Ihre Eintrittskarte gilt für die folgenden Innenräume der Prager Burg: Veitsdom, Alter Königspalast, St. Georgs-Basilika und Goldenes Gässchen. Die Eintrittskarte ist 2 Tage lang gültig (ab dem Tag, an dem Sie sie erhalten) und beinhaltet den einmaligen Eintritt zu jeder Attraktion, so dass Sie diesen außergewöhnlichen Komplex ganz einfach besuchen können.

Beachten Sie, dass der Vertreter Ihren Gutschein gegen die Eintrittskarte für die Innenräume der Prager Burg eintauschen wird (Sie können die Innenräume nicht nur mit dem Gutschein betreten) und Ihnen eine 20-minütige Einführung geben wird.

Der Vertreter wird maximal 15 Minuten nach der Startzeit warten. Sollten Sie sich verspäten, informieren Sie bitte den örtlichen Veranstalter so schnell wie möglich.
Der Komplex der Prager Burg ist ein Präsidialamt, daher können bestimmte Gebäude aus betrieblichen oder feierlichen Gründen geschlossen sein. Aus betrieblichen oder feierlichen Gründen kann es zu Änderungen der Öffnungszeiten kommen. Bei solchen Teilschließungen oder Änderungen der Öffnungszeiten werden keine Erstattungen gewährt.

Fijn dat je niet in de rij moet voor tickets, niet fijn de tijdsdruk van het ophaal venster bij de contactpersoon en het niet makkelijk kunnen vinden van de contactpersoon. de ticket is 2 dagen geldig maar je mag elk gebouw maar 1x bezoeken.

Le guide était exactement à l'endroit convenu, vers la gauche de l'obélisque. Bonus: nous avons eu l'introduction en Français car l'une des personnes présentes pour les tickets parlait le Français. Ce n'est pas toujours le cas. Explications claires et pour démarrer la visite. Si possible assistez à la relève de la garde à 12h. Le plus beau!

All'arrivo al Castello abbiamo trovato una buona e piacevole accoglienza da parte degli Addetti. La Guida ha fornito in maniera perfetta tutte le informazioni per effettuare la visita. Inoltre i suggerimenti che ci ha fornito si sono rivelati molto utili.

Die kurze Einführung und Erklärung des Reiseführers ist sehr empfehlenswert und selbst für Jugendliche/Kinder nicht zu lang. Danach kann man mit oder ohne Audio-Guide die Prager Burg in eigenem Tempo besichtigen.

Het kaartje is 1 malig voor 4 gebouwen daarna is het klaar je kan niet meer nog een keer het gebouw in als je er al in bent geweest dat vind ik heel jammer voor dit bedrag

A day well spent, we walked through the castle and buildings for around 4 hrs, including a visit to a cafe half way through.
The cathedral is amazing, so much history and unbelievable artifacts and relics, but the whole tour is a must for any visitor.
Worth getting an audio guide to get all the info

L'audio guida non funzionava, ho provato in ogni modo, controllando impostazioni, cookies, cambiando browser, cellulare.
La visita al castello fittizia, su una struttura immensa si possono vedere solo due stanze vuote.
Nel complesso quindi il prezzo del biglietto è sproporzionato a quanto offerto

Great idea. Only thing was finding the rep when it was crowded. Although in third courtyard, the guides were not by main entrance to the cathedral as stated, but nearer to the obelisk by the side.

Panowie z parasolami biało- niebieskimi pojawili się w ostatniej chwili przed wymianą voucherów na bilety i to w jednym miejscu na dziedzińcu zamkowym. Musiałem dzwonić na numer warszawski z interwencją , gdzie ich szukać.

Il était indiqué que nous serions attendues devant l entrée principale de l église St Georges.Les jeunes gens étaient positionnés très en retrait sur la droite par rapport à l entrée. Première parole entendue de leur part: vous êtes en retard ! Il y a mieux comme accueil.

Easy to find the ticket agents but we did not know that you still have to queue to get into each part of the castle, exceptionally busy and we left half way through our visit, gave up queueing for an hour to get into the Royal Palace.

Great ticket if you just want to go around and explore yourself. Guide we met there lovely and gave us an overall history of the area. Maybe worth getting there early as some of the areas got very busy so you couldn’t see the exhibits and lots of guided tours so groups of visitors blocking walkways. The gardens are lovely and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy away from the crowds. Also great views of Prague
