The boat staff were great. The rating is due to misinformation from the TUI staff after booking. My wife specifically asked if this sunset cruise stopped for a swim and was categorically told it did not. As such we dressed in non-swimwear attire. On the cruise itself it did stop and most people swam. We were unable to due to having the wrong clothing on.

Tout s’est bien passé sauf que le représentant a oublié de venir nous chercher,heureusement une représentante tui d’une autre nationalité a réussi à appelé et nous faire venir un chauffeur pour rattraper le groupe sur place à part se désagrément l’excursion est vraiment top et vaut le coup d’œil

Ganz ehrlich, meine Kinder und meine Frau, wir haben Schock bekommen, erste Nacht im Hotelzimmer. Insekt +kakalaken. Wir haben beweisen, Fotos und Videos, komische Geruch. Badezimmer Rost und **********. Wassermänner sind voller ********** und Rost. Und und und. Einfach schrecklich, Klimatisierung 0 Feuchtigkeit. Bewertung nicht nur 0 sondern unter 0und. Schade für sie TUI Unternehmen, wir werden unsere Bewertung abgeben sobald wir in Deutschland sind wir sind voll enttäuscht von euch Tui.

The catamaran itself was very enjoyable, the captain and crew were entertaining, it was a shame we only had 5 minutes to swim, and only saw dolphins from a distance. The bus smelt strongly of smoke. It was not a safe journey, the driver was on his phone texting, his driving was erratic, not stopping at roundabouts, a few times made cars swerve around us as to avoid an accident. ( wife had her eyes closed ) tour guide was knowledgable but only on bus for 1 stop then did not come on boat

We were left sitting on the bus at the hotel for 40 minutes without any explanation before leaving for this trip. Also the guide was so quick walking from the catamaran to the bus that some guests were struggling to keep up and we had to get on the bus at a roundabout. Finally we were supposed to go on this trip earlier on our holiday but it was cancelled due to poor weather. The weather today was no different to that day and so I question the truthfulness of this cancellation.

Nothing to enjoy on this trip. It was the sunset catamaran trip and it was awful. The boat was overcrowded and only seats left were at the back of the boat below the captains station. Due to the angle the boat took to witness the sunset, we had absolutely no viewpoint and missed the sunset. Also told there would be snacks on board, two slices of watermelon and a flat coke. Truly shocking, will be seeking a refund. Got back to hotel after food service so three kids went to bed without any dinner.

Although the trip says am we actually had a sunset trip which was pretty lush.. Although we didn't get to see any dolphins as this is not a garente we did see some jellyfish plenty 😉 the only downside of this trip was the refreshments everything is watermelon and soft drinks but nowhere really to just enjoy the time to take in the moment drink your drink and chill it was straight moving. We where told we could jump off the boat but that never happened for the cost I wont do it again.

Wsan't really given any safty advice or offered life vests but I didn't say anything at the time either! Drinks and fruit were supplied but they weren't cold - would have been nice as the day went on if the drinks were cold and the fruit was bought out in stages instead of all at once. Nice trip otherwise and got to see some dolphins which is always a bonus!

The overall experience was fantastic, the only thing we didn’t like was having to wait around afterwards because the rep sent people into a shop which meant a lot of us were left waiting around afterwards

The most beautiful experience ever.. Boat was clean, well maintained and staff were fantastic. We saw dolphins, and staff ensured we had time to film them in their natural habitat. Best trip so far 100% recommendation

The minibus that picked us up with filthy beyond belief with not a single working seatbelt. I was unable to secure my 2.5 year old safely. The boat was over subscribed with 40+ people on board. 19 alone came from our minibus. We left the harbour yet turned around only to collect 3 more people! I had to sit next to a pile of peoples stinky shoes. We were offered a soft drink & watermelon which felt offensive considering we paid £102 for a 2.5 year old plus my husband & I. That’s not all!

I would actually like to raise a formal complaint about this experience. The boat was VASTLY over subscribed. We were told there would be no more than 30, and the man loading us on shouted at the guide because there was too many people. There were at least 45 people on that boat. We were completely squashed in, with no room to move. The boat set sail but had to turn back to go and get more! It was as extremely over priced! I will be complaining formally about this.

Journey to the port took over an hour, then we had a fifteen minute walk to the catamaran. Too far for the elderly or infirmed. They had no piped music. Asked passengers to supply some. The sailing was enjoyable though only a 2second view of a dolphin and staff were kind and courteous. Would not recommend this trip to anyone with walking difficulties

It was awful- the bus driver was erratic and didn’t feel safe! They left us at the harbour with no idea what boat was ours or where to go ! The trip was short one stop for ten minutes - the boat was over crowded and no space for shade with young children . Longer journey to get there than at sea. Then dropped off by the boat and waited 40 minutes for the coach to get us - we left left on the side of the road!

More people on the trip than had been told but was still enjoyable. If it was the right amount of people on the boat would have had a bit more room to manoeuvre around the boat. But overall really good trip from TUI reps and Aladdin for recommending it so highly.

I think this trip was overpriced. We were picked up at 8:30 not made aware that it was 1.1/2 hour transfer time. Eventually got on the boat at 10:00. A very cramped catamaran out to sea, about 15 mins to swim then the trip back to the marina. We couldn’t face another 1.1/2 hours for the coach trip back so paid for a taxi. Would not go out of the resort again. It was overpriced and not very enjoyable. Complete waste of a day

1hr 20min transfer there and 1hr 10 mins back for a trip out on the ocean and didn't see anything. Boat was over crowed despite being promised low numbers there were 25+ with over 6 pick ups on the way there and back. Music was the Bart Simpson sound track on repeat for two hours with 1 drink offer and a water melon. Boat staff were really friendly, but as a family trip nothing to see and very little to do. Water was full of Jelly fish so couldn't really swim either (no ones fault).

First time leaving a negative review, however it's fair. The trip is not good value for money at all - you sail directly out to see for an hour, turn around and come back, stop half way and jump in the sea with jellyfish everywhere. The captain is sarcastic to everyone, and comes around everyone individually asking for a tip. They advised that the jellyfish are harmless and completely dismissed any customers concerns. First and last time booking a TUI excursion.

Half-day? Es sind ca. 2 Std incl. 20 Min Ein- und Ausfahrt sowie 20 Min Badestopp. Ansonsten "plätscherte" der kleine Catamaran vor sich hin. Kein Vergleich zu einem anderen Catamaran-Trip. Wir haben vom "Half-day" über 2 Std im Bus verbracht. Der Bus war 25 zu spät und innen total demoliert. Sitze lose, dreckig. Kein Sixherheitsgefühl. 15 Min Fußweg von Bus zum Boot und zurück. Einzig die Crew war freundlich und hat sich Mühe gegeben. Drinks und Melone inkusive. Wir buchen das nicht nochmal...

Drinks were limited, only offered one small cup, but good that choice of water or soft drink. Lots of water melon offered. Just need to make clear that some passengers will need to sit on the netting not on the boat itself. Would be good to have some time to explore Port El Kantoui as literally arrived and got on the boat and when returned straight back on the bus
