It was very convenient and more cost-effective than a taxi. My only criticism is that although the driver was lovely and actually quite funny, there wasn't much guidance when we were dropped off. We kind of wandered around not really knowing where to go at first, someone to say if you this way you get the shops this ways the harbour, restaurants etc would have been helpful. We did eventually find an amazing authentic Greek restaurant and had a fantastic evening.

Good offer of Euro15 per person. Coach on time with a good driver. Drop off & pick up at the central square. Driver kept to return time of 10.30pm which worked very well for us. Pleased we were able to enjoy a hassle free evening in Zante town.

Our driver was excellent and entertaining. He was very clear about when and where we were being picked up and at what time. Some of us arrived earlier than expected for our return and he let us board the coach and wait for the others.

We hadn't appreciated that a 20km journey to Zante would take nearly two hours outward and another 85 minutes return because of so many disparate pick-up and drop off points en route. Had we known, we would have taken public transport to use our holiday time more effectively.

There is not a TUI guide for this trip, coach pick up is a bit manic, as left entirely to the Greek coach driver. But a pleasant evening walking around the shops and bars.

The smaller shuttle bus that took us to Zante town was very crushed. One lady virtually had to sit on someone else's lap in the very back , there was no room for her legs. Other seats were very cramped and knees were pushed tight into the seat in front. There were no seatbelts. On the return journey it wss a proper coach and the driver was very friendly and jolly

Het betrof juist het vervoer van hotel naar de stad, maar zijn veel tijd verloren door onnodig te moeten wachten op andere personen die veel te laat waren. En aangezien er maar één bus was die ons pas om 22.30u. kon terugbrengen hebben we beslist een gewone taxi te nemen om terug te keren naar het hotel. Wou ook nog vermelden dat de chauffeur absoluut niet vriendelijk was, wou de mail tonen op gsm en was al tekens aan het doen met zijn hand om te gaan zitten en te zwijgen.......

The shuttle service was late picking up from the hotel and from the town, whilst being 15 minutes late picking up from town, the driver was adamant about being on time for the pickup, I’d had to run to go to the WC, after being away for a minute the driver came and left without waiting even a moment, despite them being over 15 minutes late. We only waited for the service as it was booked, despite finishing earlier. We would book a taxi rather than the service and pay that extra for the taxi.

We enjoyed the convenience of being picked up and dropped off near our hotel, and the amount of time available in the town was about right. Access to an app with a map and details of landmarks on the island and in the town was also appreciated and useful. If travelling in a larger group then a taxi would work out cheaper when dividing the cost, but for two people it worked out well.

We was 2 minutes late for pickup and the driver didn't wait for us and we were told he also couldn't be bothered to wait at other hotels either. Pickup to return was 22.00 but the guests were told he was running late and would pickup at 22.30 but he actually turned up at 23.00 so it's ok for the driver to be an hour late but not for us 2 minutes.

Wir sind pünktlich abgeholt worden, die Fahrt von Argassi dauert ca. 15 min. Zakynthos am Abend zu erleben ist mehr als empfehlenswert. Wir haben sehr freundliche Touristen kennengelernt. Der Chauffeur war sehr freundlich.

En lagom lång tripp som gjorde det enkelt och bekvämt att ta sig in till staden. En mysig stad med massor shopping och god mat. Man skulle få en QR kod för sightseeing, den fick aldrig jag. Det skulle varit bra. Transfer gick bra. Var tydligt med mötesplats osv. Det jag saknade var mer info om vart bege sig, vad se, vad inte missa, vart starta, rutt att gå ex.

The shuttle never turned up to pick us up and the rep had to find out what was going on. Eventually a taxi showed up which then went on to collect 2 more passengers from another hotel. We were led to believe it was a 4 hour excursion , so were ready to be collected from12.30 as there was no time on the voucher. After 2 very expensive phone calls to the hotel and then TUI , we were told that the pick up was at 2.00.

You need to inform guests of how long the transfer is, if we had know it would take 1.40 mins to get to Zante and back for 90 euro for 6 we would have booked a taxi to allow us more time there costing 100 euro return but only taking approx 30 mins. The driver of the coach was very entertaining but spent a lot of time sorting music on his phone and unfortunately I’m a nervous passenger so was keeping an eye at all times

There seemed to be a bit of mi-communication between the reps and the drivers. All the guests were told to wait outside the hotel reception area for the transfer but the driver of the transfer were waiting for us outside of the hotel.

Transfer opóźniony o 20min co wpływa na czas zwiedzania miasta, kierowca który zawoził nas do miasta ok ale powrót z spowrotem tragiczny, kierowca Aleksander jechał bardzo niebezpiecznie,wyprzedzał na ciągłej linii,prędkość jazdy była przekroczona, a dodam że już było ciemno , czułam się jak worek ziemniaków ,jezeli chodzi o moje doświadczenie to niestety nie polecam!!!

This trip is described as the city shuttle. - which implies it is quicker and easier than the local bus! Far from it! A full size coach with 40 passengers being picked up took in excess of an hour for what should be a 15 minute journey. TUI must try harder to manage its customers expectations - and it should invest in some smaller buses for a shuttle service. The local bus is 2.20 euros - the shuttle was 15 euros each - and the driver could not even understand English - and no guide!!

The driver did not arrive for the return to the hotel. We and another couple had to get the public bus. I have spoken to the local reps, asking for a refund. But the TUI protocols of investigation drag this out. 20€ is not the issue, it’s that the first rule of customer service is listen, apologise and put things right then do the drains up. This is probably our tenth TUI holiday. Disappointing.

De transfer die ons heen bracht was top, alleen toen we terug gingen was er eerst geen bus, uiteindelijk kwam er wel iemand die ons in een andere bus neerzette. We moesten een halfuur wachten voordat we gingen rijden, waarna we na 5 minuten rijden stopte omdat de accu kapot was van de bus. Toen hebben we weer 15/20 minuten gewacht op een nieuwe bus. Die reed overigens erg lomp en hard wat soms een beetje eng was. We waren meer als een uur later terug als verwacht.

We were told by the rep that it would cost around €17 each way to get into Zante Town from our hotel, so paying €11–12 each for this trip initially seemed like good value. Unfortunately, the bus was around 40 minutes late, and when we got into town we noticed the taxi rank advertised a fixed fare of just €13 to Tsilivi. For only an extra €2–4 in total, we could have taken a taxi at a time that suited us, without the delays or waiting around. Overall just wasn’t great however did the job…

Good and safe ride in and out of town. Drivers courteous. Pick up was 15 minutes late. Drop off driver mis informed the group about where to wait and what to look for. Vehicle was different type and colour and parked on road opposite the supposed pick up point. Other than that, all good. Thank you.

It is only a shuttle so only a driver who was very friendly and a good driver but he only had limited English so couldn’t tell you to much it might be good to give you a basic information sheet with few pointers about the town which is lovely by the way !! But could be helpful to have little more info and recommendations!

We came through a large town first. Would have been nice to have had an hour walking round there first - within the same time frame. Also, had this offer also been on earlier in the week, people we were talking to who arrived on Friday & left following Friday would have liked the trip. Driver was really friendly.

This was my first experience of all-inclusive and it did not disappoint, it was everything and more. The facilities and restaurant choices were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The grandchildren could go off on their own and we knew they were safe, Would definitely recommend Tui and the resort!

We didn’t like waiting over half an hour for the transport to arrive & we felt 3 hours in Zante town was not enough.

Found a lovely eating place off the Main Street - look down the side streets until you see lots of mature trees then follow the paths to Jenkins and another delightful eating place next door. Excellent value. Lovely welcome. No downside. Driver was amazing negotiating tiny lanes Hats off to his competence. Enjoyable experience even though it was cooler than expected.

While the service was better value than a local taxi. The actual experience to get to and from Zakynthos was not worth the discount. We waited outside Natalie hotel as told. The coach driver nearly drove passed us. When I flagged him down, he shouted at us and screamed at us for not being at our hotel, despite me saying they were told to be picked up from a different hotel. His driving was scary, late breaking, fast corners, and about an hour to get there. As a driving instructor it was shocking
