Uns hat alles von Anfang an sehr gut gefallen, unser Guide sprach perfekt deutsch und konnte auch auf unsere Fragen antworten ,der einzige Minuspunkt war , daß doch immer wieder irgendeine Teppich Verkaufsshow mit eingebaut wird , die vorher nicht erwähnt wird und die auch wirklich niemand braucht

First to get on coach told to go to middle of coach no choice of seat. Everyone after our hotel sat at front not told where to sit. Visits to mosques had to wear robe in one not the other ? Why suitably dressed for one not the other.mixed nationality on coach lot of time waiting whilst explained in different language. Guide excellent very knowlegable. Colleseum a brilliant experience insufficient time spent there told to avoid shops meet up at a museum.. Museum more a gallery expected more

It was not made clear that there would be so much coach travel for a day trip. We were picked up at 07:30 (breakfast only opens at 7 so not a good start. There was at least 3.5 hrs driving and then we were back at the hotel for 4pm. So only 5hrs excursion and charged for a whole day. The lunch provided was good, but we were forced to pay for water which makes no sense. The driving was difficult for my parents who have arthritis and cannot sit for long. The guide Mohammed was good - but rushed

Good food, nice hotel, nice staff Give out bigger cups ( ie mugs ) instead of those tiny tea cups. It cost YOU more money as we needed three cups, using 3 teabags and more to wash up. When renovating the toilets, replace with taller ones, with the age of a lot of your customers..

En général c’était bien mais le repas du midi n’était vraiment pas bon à mon goût et je trouve ça cher. Pour ce que c’est en sachant qu’au début pour les deux visites des deux mosquées. Le guide est bien avec nous mais pour la deuxième partie de la visite par rapport aux ruine, Romain il nous laisse là pendant deux heures sans vraiment rien expliquer et je trouve ça dommage

The guide was helpful to the point of fussing. The small bus was smelly! There is no mention of of seat belts and often they Needed to be untangled in order to use them. Asking for a tip is a no no !

Tour guide was excellent, a professor who seemed to know everything about Tunisia and its history. The locations were all exceptional. The only thing I'd fault is that the lunch wasn't too good. But all in all it was a great day, I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Mohammed our tour guide was excellent and made us feel very welcome, safe and informed. We really appreciated the care he took with the day and provided great knowledge of Tunisia its history and the local vegetation and customs. Our driver Mr Bashir got us to and from all of the stops with great care.

This tour was really interesting and well worth doing. Kairouan and the El Djem Colosseum were both impressive and great to see in person. It was a very popular trip, so there were lots of people on the coach. Lunch was okay — simple but filling, with rice, pasta, and salad. Drinks weren’t included, so you do have to pay extra for those. Just a reminder to bring some cash to tip the driver and the guide, as they both did a good job. It was a long day, and on the way back everyone fell asleep

I am on a permanent crutch and told your TUI rep that 8 couldn't walk that far. The Mosque had many steps I couldn't manage. The mosaic museum was too far to walk so 8 sat on the coach whilst they all went. Lunch was ok but we had to pay for water and tea. The Colosseum was too far to walk so I stayed on the coach. 9.5hrs on a coach was very unpleasant. I would like a refund as YOUR REP did not advise me of distance to walk. He said it's not far. Tour guide said it's a long walking trip

Overall it was very good. The guide was informative but spoke a little too fast at times while your brain was still figuring out what she said, you missed a bit in the middle ! We visited El Jem amphitheater many years ago, this time adding the museum with the wonderful mosaics to the trip made it even better

Long journey to both sites, no access allowed into the mosque, was allowed into courtyard. Coliseum impressive. Meal in hotel very mediocre and limited for vegetarian. No souk shopping as described which was very disappointing Hearded into a shop and had to watch a carpet display. Advised to meet 45 minutes before leave time from the coliseum in a mosaic museum and cafe, worse coffee ever, I’d find an alternative. Not value for money I’m afraid

Leider wurden in Kairouan nur ein Mausoleum und eine Moschee besichtigt, Die Innenstadt wurde gar nicht angefahren, Ebenso wurde in El Jem nur das Kolosseum besichtigt. Anderes Sehenswürdigkeiten in El Jem wurden nicht gezeigt. Ansonsten war es eine schöne Fahrt mit einem sehr informativen Reiseleiter, nur durch die Informationen in drei Sprachen, Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch war es etwas langwierig.

Overall, it was a good excursion... Good coverage of what was stated in the itenery... Dinner at a designated restaurant was inclusive, but water, other drinks and beverages had to be paid for - water should have been included as standard in the package... Would recommend it, but do remember to take extra money as there's opportunity to do souvenir shopping much more cheaply at the excursion locations than at Sousse resorts and Medina souks.

1h en petit bus (10 personnes) pour rejoindre un grand car avec déjà 35-40 personnes à bord, dont 90% anglophones. Le guide a fait son possible. Organisation à revoir (trop grand groupe multilingue: anglais, néerlandais, français germanophones) car 4 jours plus tôt nous avons fait une très agréable excursion (Mahdia + Monastir) dans un petit bus, avec 6 participants. Le profit ne doit pas être le seul critère pour organiser une "expérience" .....

The guide was excellent. He said everything in English and in German. I was amazed by the figures he kept quoting. I would have been satisfied with fewer numbers. We joined at the Royal Kenz hotel. The trip is advertised as lasting 4 to 8 hours but we were due for pick up at 7:30am and we were dropped off at 7pm, so that's a lot longer. It was a long day and I wouldn't change it, but you should change the advertised time. The amount of time at each stop, including lunch, was about right.

It was quite an expensive day trip. The Grand Mosque at Kairouan may be important to Muslims but was not much of a spectacle; the Mesquita in Cordoba, Spain, was fascinating but then it was also a Christian cathedral! The Colosseum at El Djem was amazing, and the mosaic factory and coffee shop interesting, having seen the Roman mosaics at the Bardo. The main problem was that guide was very difficult to understand; his having to alternate between English and German was wearing.

3 francophones pour l’ensemble du car alors qu’on nous avait confirmer une visite uniquement en Français. Le guide a essayé de nous satisfaire en nous remettant des feuilles manuscrites à lire alors qu'il donnait les explications oralement au reste du groupe en Anglais et en Allemand.

Ogólne wrazenia bardzo pozytywne – szczególnie ogromne wrazenie zrobilo na mnie Koloseum w El Dzem, naprawde niesamowite miejsce, które warto zobaczyc na wlasne oczy. Szkoda jednak, ze przewodnik opowiedzial o nim niewiele i w zasadzie zwiedzalismy je sami. Sam przewodnik byl sympatyczny i dobrze prowadzil grupe, choc zabraklo mi tez dodatkowych informacji o codziennym zyciu w Tunezji czy ciekawych anegdot, które moglyby urozmaicic zwiedzanie. Pani rezydentka-pilotka Weronika byla niekompletna: informacje które podawala odnosnie zabytków byly bardzo ogólne, chaotyczne i fragmentaryczne i bylo ich bardzo malo, a czasem byly nawet nieprawdziwe! Wiecej dowiedzielismy sie podsluchujac fragmenty wypowiedzi przewodników innych grup (np.Koral Travel). Same miejsca byly piekne i ciekwe. Zaplacilismy za zwiedzanie z przewodnikiem, ale olewczy stosunek pani W. do prowadzenia wycieczki byl trudny do przyjecia. Kierowcy na plus. Autokar OK.

Enjoyed the guide, very knowledgeable. The colosseum at El Jem and the grand mosque at Kairouan were the highlights. Didn’t enjoy the Aghlabid basins - felt it was a pointless stop and perhaps more time should have been allowed to spend at Kairouan souk/medina. I felt the price was a little expensive for the experience on offer and £50-60 would have been just about right.

Sehenswertes Kairouan und beeindruckendes Amphitheater in El-Djem. Super Mittagsbuffett in einem Hotel bei El-Jem. Etwas hektisch bei den Führungen durch heterogene Gruppe mit Französisch, Englisch und Deutsch. Wansinnsleistung vom Führer Mohammed immer schnell zu wechseln-hat aber generell für Unruhe gesorgt. Leider haben wir die Médina von Kairouan nicht besucht. Trotzdem ein interessanter Tag.

Our tour guide Kamel was incredibly knowledgeable, funny and helpful. Our experience was beautiful. My little lad who attended the tour with us was the youngest in the group and got to experience so much culture & history he was so excited by all we saw. After being picked up at 7:30 we arrived back to our hotel at 5pm it was definitely a worthwhile trip. The bus driver was friendly too and we felt very safe travelling with them both.

Dans l’ensemble,les visites sont intéressantes et très bien organisées sauf le timing un peu trop rapide. Sauf que le repas au restaurant fût une catastrophe. J’ai été pris de douleurs intestinales le soir même et la nuit a été très rude.Je suis resté la journée suivante cloué au lit donc une journée de vacance de perdue L’hygiène et le service sont vraiment douteux. Nous avions pris 2 excursions durant notre séjour. À l’avenir nous réfléchirons avant de réserver avec Tui!!! Mr Mouchabatai

I feel all drink should be included in with lunch the tour guide on both trips were excellent would certainly want to do more trips on my next return possibly spring time although it was beautiful extremely hot to walk around Tunisia is such an amazing place if interest so yes enjoyed my experience Roll on spring

The guide was very informative and gave us lots of information making the places we visited very interesting. The colosseum was especially amazing and we were able to explore everywhere. A lovely buffet lunch was included but drinks including water were not.

We didnt get to go on the excursion. We were supposed to leave at 7.25. We waitted until 8.30 and the driver never turned up. He alleges he was there from 7.40 until 8 but he definitely wasn't. We are very dissapointed as we were really looking forward to this excursion

Poor value for money. Mostly German language spoken by guide, limited English in comparison. Underfoot conditions hazardous, handrails hot to touch, steps unsuitable, very hot conditions not catered for well enough. Hotel lunch poor quality, limited amount and choice. Drinks offered charged for with no alternative drinking water. Mosaics very interesting. Driver excellent. Long day in heat. Very tiring for some. Not a legend excursion to positively recommend in full to others if asked...

The guide Ayeeda was excellent as was the driver, ayeeda was very knowledgeable and friendly, the whole trip was relaxed and unhurried. However, I thought the prices for the trips are a bit steep.

Pani z TUI u której kupowalismy wycieczke byla super, bardzo szeroko i dokladnie odpowiadala na pytania, przemila kobieta. Ale Pani która byla z nami juz w dniu wycieczki to byl dramat. Przewodnikiem to jej nie mozna nazwac bo albo w autobusie czytala z kartki albo grupa musiala czekac az lokalny przewodnik opowie naszej Pani cokolwiek o danym miejscu i ona wtedy czesc rzeczy nam przekaze. Podczas obiadu nawet nie wskazala stolików gdzie nasza grupa ma usiasc co skonczylo sie wkurzonym kelnerem

Ik vond dat we meer tijd op de baan hebben besteed dan bij de te bezoeken monumenten. Het was heel vermoeiend. Er werd wel veel uitleg gegeven op de baan, de gids deed het goed. Maar de tijd om echt het monument op het gemak te bezoeken was er niet. Geen tijd om foto's te nemen of om de winkeltjes in de buurt te betreden.

Our guide was really very informative however due to the distance covered it was more of a coach tour and it was obvious that we stopped at certain places to receive a sales pitch. It was also fairly clear that the non English contingent got preferential treatment, particularly from one of the salesmen. Unfortunately for him we understand enough French to translate him communicate his dislike of English

Usual delays in picking up from multiple hotels and then a further wait in a village for a bus with a set of guests from a different resort to join us. However the guide was very good and the sites were certainly worth seeing. Especially the coliseum.

The coach had air conditioning that was hardly different from the temperature outside. The first stop at what was supposed to be a good view of the city was ridiculous as there wasn’t anything to see. The tour of the mosque where people were “celebrating” the circumcision of a young boy (also known as child abuse) was - what’s the word ? Boring. I’ve travelled extensively over North Africa and the Middle East and this was one of the most boring tours I’ve ever been on.

Ik had nog nooit zo een mooie moskee in kairouan met mooie sierlijke tegels en kleurrijke tapijten. En dan nog niet gesproken van de ommuurde stad kairouan met het mausoleum van Sidi Sahbi. En dan 3gangen menu.zeer lekker. En dan de apotheose het grote amfitheater El Djem. Dit moet je gezien hebben. Dit was een van mijn mooiste en leerrijke excursie ooit. Aanrader!!!

The programme itinerary was excellent. Our guide Fares was exceptional .He was passionate about his country,it's history,culture and politics.He brought the historical monuments and the collosium,ElGem alive.our driver Aniz,was a safe driver and had a pleasant demeanor. The lunch menu was very good and tasty.unlike all other trips the chicken was served in gravy and hence edible. Tour ran as per schedule.overall had a brilliant experience
